The demographic and spiritual center of world Christianity today is not in Rome, Geneva, or Nashville, but in the Global South – in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

While at the beginning of the 20th century more than 80% of the world’s Christians lived in Europe and North America, a century later the situation has radically reversed: today, about 61% of Christians are residents of Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Sub-Saharan Africa, where only 1.5% of Christians lived in 1910, has become the largest Christian region on the planet in terms of population, surpassing Europe and now home to almost a quarter of all Christians worldwide.

🔹 In Latin America, once almost monolithically Catholic, there is an explosive growth of evangelical, especially Pentecostal, churches. In Asia, powerful churches and missionary movements are emerging in China, South Korea, the Philippines, and India.

🔹 This demographic shift is driven by three key factors. Firstly, the rapid population growth and high birth rates in the Global South. Secondly, the phenomenal success of missionary activity, particularly of evangelical and Pentecostal movements. And thirdly, the secularization and aging of the population in the historically Christian West, where the number and proportion of Christians are steadily declining.

But this is not just about quantitative changes. A qualitative transformation of Christianity itself is taking place. Faith in the Global South possesses distinct, contextual characteristics that are increasingly shaping its global image.

🔹 In Africa, for example, Christianity is deeply rooted in everyday life. The level of religious involvement there is one of the highest in the world: more than 75% of Christians in every surveyed country in sub-Saharan Africa say that religion plays a “very important” role in their lives, and they pray and attend church more frequently. And it is Africa that is projected to account for almost 70% of the total growth in the world’s Christian population between 2020 and 2070.

🔹 In Latin America, Christianity has become a tool for social mobilization and the formation of a new identity for millions who are leaving traditional Catholicism. Pentecostal churches, which emphasize personal experience of the Holy Spirit, miraculous healings, and material blessings, are proving attractive to the urban poor and even the middle class.

🔹 This new reality presents American evangelicals with complex, and sometimes uncomfortable, questions, forcing them to re-examine their traditional roles and priorities.

🔹 Firstly, the typical portrait of a global evangelical is no longer a white American from the “Bible Belt.” Researchers agree that there is no such thing as a single, unified evangelical. By the broadest estimates, 47% of the world’s evangelicals live in Africa, 26% in Asia, and only 11% in North America. The country with the largest evangelical population is no longer the United States, but China.

🔹 Secondly, serious theological and cultural tensions are escalating. For Christians in the Global South, who grew up in the context of colonialism, poverty, and social injustice, the distinction, common among many Americans, between “evangelism” (caring for the soul) and “social ministry” (caring for the body and society) seems artificial and even harmful. They insist on a holistic approach, where combating systemic sin and oppression is just as important as preaching personal salvation. Criticism of the “coloniality” of Western Christianity, which for centuries imposed its cultural forms as the only correct ones, is becoming increasingly vocal. Now, churches in the South are demanding equal partnership and the decolonization of mission and theology, which calls into question America’s historical role as teacher and sponsor.

Finally, these global shifts are also reflected within the United States itself through growing immigrant and multicultural communities. Haitian, Nigerian, Korean, or Salvadoran churches in American cities bring with them the energy, theology, and social priorities of the Global South. They often combine conservative views on family and morality with an active stance on issues of racial justice, immigration reform, and poverty alleviation.

The well-known term “globalization” refers to one of the many objective processes that ultimately boils down to the formation of a certain new culture that embraces and unites all existing regional civilizations of the planet. In the process of globalization, there is a change in economic relations in society in the direction of integration of productive forces into a single economic system of mankind — this is also an objective process, but the concept of integration is a subjectively conditioned social phenomenon, moreover, not predetermined unambiguously and without alternative. At some historical point in time, there was a group of people who saw this very globalization as an objective reality and formed their own concept of achieving some goals in relation to this objective process. Historically, the project of enslaving the world in the name of God was actually developed on the basis of an international monopoly on credit and financial activities.

But there seems to be nothing new here, because there are numerous cases from history of the use of usury by certain corporations, now intelligently called “lending at interest”, to intercept the management of the state or even entire regional civilizations in order to achieve domination over them and their own enrichment at their expense. Some oracles, ecclesiastical orders, such as the Templar Order, and even monasteries sinned in this way, but the end was always the same: a ban on usury, coming either from the church or from the ruler of the state, thus expressing the will of the people. The Koran banned usurious activity, numerous prohibiting decrees were issued by Christian churches, significant restrictions on this activity were imposed by kings and emperors. And the Euro-American civilization in the twentieth century, in order not to draw attention to the problem, removed the term “usury” from use, replacing it with the term “lending”, which left in silence the loan interest on the loan and all the disasters generated by it in the life of national societies and humanity as a whole.

The credit and financial system itself is, first of all, a tool for assembling macroeconomic systems, and not necessarily a means of enriching the minority at the expense of the majority, which many people want to use when entering into competition. But in order to be guaranteed to surpass competitors, we need a method that provides an advantage over others. This method has become a monopoly on international usury. The creation of such a method is only possible for those who have deep knowledge about the world, about objective processes in society and understand how to use them for their own purposes. These people are usually called priests, but from our point of view, a priest is a person engaged in life — saving for the benefit of people, that is, able to bring people the Truth and adequate knowledge about life, and if he uses his knowledge for his own purposes, ignoring and suppressing public interests, it would be fairer to call him a medicine man, and the association healers — the witch doctors corporation.

So, the healers found a very original method: they decided to use the holy Scripture to achieve their goals, which believers trusted endlessly, because in their opinion it was written, if not by God Himself, then under His inspiration by the apostles or the fathers of the church. True, it took a lot of work to implement this method: it was necessary not only to make changes in the holy scriptures sanctifying usurious activity on behalf of God, but also to distribute books already modified for this task in society, destroying everything that did not correspond to the formed doctrine. Of the two possible concepts, one of which involved the interaction and cooperation of people, and the other — deception and exploitation by a minority of the whole world, they chose the latter.

Theologians help them in this, who in their writings prove that the Old Testament is an integral part of Holy Scripture, and both books have been harmoniously complementing each other almost since the time of the Apostles (1). But this is not quite true, or rather, not at all.

It is known that in 1825, the ten thousandth edition of the Old Testament, translated and printed by that time under the auspices of the Bible Society, was burned at the brick factories of the Nevsky Lavra (2), if not by direct order of Emperor Nicholas I, then with his tacit consent. And before that, as Florovsky writes, “the Synod did not take over the leadership of the biblical translation (of the Old Testament — author) and did not take responsibility for it.” But the New Testament was printed in large circulation and was freely distributed in Russia already in 1820, and no one hindered this. Now we can say with confidence that even in the first half of the XIX century, the Old Testament was not considered a sacred book in Russia, otherwise Emperor Nicholas I, even if he had not been excommunicated from the church (the Synod was still a state body headed by the emperor), would have lost authority in his country under the influence of rumors about his act. The Emperor could not commit such blasphemy as the destruction of sacred books, but once he did, it means that at that time the Old Testament did not yet belong to the scriptures.

Hieromonk Agafangel, a bachelor of the Moscow Theological Academy, wrote in the middle of the XIX century: “The people do not read the Bible, it is almost unknown among the people; the insignificant degree of distribution of the Bible among the people, which can be established, that is, mainly the distribution of the Gospel and Psalms (here and further, the bold text fragments are ours: auth.), does not depend on from a specially directed good intention or order of the Church, and regardless of such intention, under the influence of the Church charter and on the initiative of institutions and individuals outside the Church.” From the explanatory dictionary of Vladimir Ivanovich Dahl, published in 1863-1866, i.e. even before the appearance of the complete Bible in Russia, one can learn that a Christian was a person who believed in Christ and preached the Gospel. All this also confirms that the Orthodox people did not refer the Old Testament to sacred books.

Chronology of the translation of the Old Testament into Russian in Russia

THE HIDDEN ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH

During the thirty-year reign of Emperor Nicholas I, there were practically no attempts to translate and even more so to publish the Old Testament, except for the case of personal initiative by Professor of Hebrew language and literature of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy G. P. Pavsky. He translated the Old Testament from Hebrew into Russian and distributed it through students in Moscow and Kiev. But this case was quickly stopped. Translation of the books of the Old Testament into Russian was resumed in 1856 during the reign of the sovereign Emperor Alexander Nikolaevich. During his time, the Synod decided on the need to translate the Old Testament into Russian. But it took another 20 years of struggle, in a sense of the word, for the publication of the complete Bible in Russian in one volume in 1876, on the title page of which stood: “With the blessing of the Holy Synod.” This text was called “Synodal Translation”, “Synodal Bible” and is being republished to this day with the blessing of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.

One of the main roles in the translation of the Old Testament was played by Daniel Abramovich Khvolson, who, as it is written in the Jewish electronic encyclopedia, was a student of Rabbi Ginzburg and after baptism headed the department of Jewish, Syriac and Chaldean literature at the Oriental Faculty of St. Petersburg University, and Vasily Andreevich Levison, a rabbi from Germany who converted to Orthodoxy in 1839. In 1882, a translation into Russian of the Hebrew Bible was published, made on behalf of the British Bible Society by V. Levison and D. Hvolson. In this regard, the question is quite legitimate: What forces were interested in giving the Old Testament the status of a “Holy Book” and why did they need it? One can imagine the possibilities of these forces: after all, they managed to process the members of the Holy Synod and convince most of them of the need to attach the “Hebrew Bible, designated in the Christian tradition as the Old Testament” (3), to the New Testament. Apparently, someone was striving so hard for this goal that they even had to sacrifice two rabbis who converted from Judaism to Orthodoxy, but only formally, but in reality they continued their Jewish activities. By the way, the Jewish electronic encyclopedia speaks positively about them, and not as traitors.

In the West, by this time, the Holy Bible (4) was already a combination of the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament, and at the same time, by the middle of the XIX century, absolutist-monarchical rule was eliminated in Europe. Only in Russia did monarchical absolutism persist, and the country was ruled by an autocrat emperor, which is why it was to some extent a conceptually independent state (as far as the worldview and will of the ruling monarch allowed). So she became the target of the “world backstage”, which sought to expand the boundaries of its power and include Russia in its possessions. One of the means contributing to the realization of this goal was the two-part Bible. After the translation of the Old Testament and giving it the status of a sacred book, the fate of Russia was sealed: the revolution that Nicholas I so feared and sought to avoid happened very soon and swept away the royal family, who could not understand the twists and turns of global politics. Of course, there were people in Russian society who saw the danger of the “sanctity” of the Old Testament, for example, General A. D. Nechvolodov, but they could not convince Nicholas II and his “administration” of this.

There were those who understood in the West. Eugene During (about whom the older generations know mainly by the title of the work of F. Engels “Anti-During”) in the work “The Jewish Question” wrote: “The Old Testament is a book that is completely alien to us, and must become more and more alien to us if we do not want to change our identity forever”. But no one heard him either, or maybe they did, but at that time it was already impossible to reverse events. In principle, the above is enough to draw far-reaching conclusions, but it is still desirable for most readers to present factual material and prove the hypothesis put forward above on facts. Therefore, next we will consider the history of the elevation of the biblical usury concept, expressed in the Old Testament, to the rank of “holy scripture” in Russia and beyond, as well as possible alternative versions of this concept.

The Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) currently adheres to the following scheme of the history of translations of the complete Bible in Russia:

• translation of Cyril and Methodius — 982;

• The Gennadiev Bible — 1499, the first two-part Bible containing the Old and New Testaments, the text of which has survived to the present day;

• The Bible of the first printer Ivan Fedorov (Ostrog Bible) — 1581;

• the Moscow edition of the Russian Bible — 1663, which was a somewhat revised text of the Ostrog Bible;

• The Elizabethan Bible — 1751;

• Synodal translation — 1876.

This diagram is intended to show some logical sequence of the appearance of the Bible in modern Russian. It follows from it that it was a succession process, proceeding naturally. It seems as if it turns out that the Orthodox Russian people had a natural need for a complete Bible and internal driving forces appeared that embodied this need. At the same time, it seems that there is no external influence, i.e. there were no external forces striving to introduce the Old Testament books into Russian Orthodox society as sacred.

Due to the fact that the translation of Cyril and Methodius has not been preserved, and for some reason its traces are not traced in ancient Russian literature, the main role in the preparation of the complete Bible by Church historians is assigned to the Novgorod Archbishop Gennady, who became famous at the end of the XV century for his struggle against the heresy of the Jews. It was allegedly under his leadership that the Hebrew Bible (now known as the Old Testament) was united under one cover for the first time in Russia and the New Testament. A subtle move: an authoritative archbishop is credited with the idea of combining two books that are supposedly necessary for him to fight the heresy of the Jews. In fact, the fighter himself, if you look closely at his actions, promotes the ideological basis of heresy to Russia, which he is fighting. A paradox? — but it is accepted by the ROC as a reliable historical fact.

After the recognition of this “fact”, everything is already moving along a well—trodden path, and sequentially: Ivan Fedorov — for Prince Ostrogsky, then Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich, then Empress Elizabeth Petrovna — each in his own time — participate in the printing and distribution of the Hebrew Bible among the Orthodox people. And all this ends in 1876 with the publication, with the blessing of the Holy Synod, of the complete Bible in the literary Russian language of that time. It seems that everything is logical and simple, and the Orthodox reader should not have any questions about the authenticity of church history. But, the truth is there is a little twist: if this is so, then why did about four centuries pass between the first unification of the two books by Archbishop Gennady and the final assignment of the status of “Sacred Books” to the Bible? And if there was also a translation of Cyril and Methodius, then how and why was it lost?

If everything were as simple as church historians imagine, then we would have been praying to the Old Testament gods for a long time. But the whole history of Bible translation speaks of a serious centuries-old struggle of our Orthodox hierarchs and some understanding monarchs with some external forces for life and death, which, in the end, ended not in favor of Russia. The Holy Synod, which gave its blessing to the distribution in Russia of a synodal translation of the Bible containing two artificially linked books under one cover, actually signed a verdict to its state, which is confirmed by all subsequent events, including the current state of Russia. Next, we will try to reconstruct the real course of events, relying on various historical documents (including the works of domestic and foreign theologians), common sense, logic and intuition.

HOW IT WAS IN RUSSIA

First, let’s consider the question of the primacy of the translation of Cyril and Methodius. Metropolitan Makarii (5) in his book “The History of the Russian Church” (Volume 1, Section 2, Chapter 1) writes: “In the life (of Cyril — author) it is told that, stopping in Korsun on his way to the Khazars, Saint Cyril learned the Russian language: “the Gospel and the Psalter are written by Russian writers, and the person is spoken by the same conversation, and conversing with him, and we accept the power of speech, applying our conversation various writings, reco and vociferous, and making a prayer to God, in the beginning of honor and saying, and I will give him a miracle.” Russian Russian met Kirill on his way to Khazaria, who gave him the Gospel and the Psalter in Russian, and Kirill easily learned to read them, which caused surprise among others.

THE KHAZAR KINGDOM

Further, Macarius continues: “From the books used in worship, Saints Cyril and Methodius translated: The Gospel and the Apostle (6). This is unanimously confirmed by almost every single ancient evidence about the Solunsky (7) brothers. The Gospel was the first book with which they began their great work back in Constantinople, and the first gospel word that sounded through their lips in the Slavic language and sanctified our language was the word about the eternal Word: From time immemorial, the Word was from God, and God was the Word. The Gospel and the Apostle were then translated in the form in which they are used in the churches, i.e. not in the order of the evangelists and the apostolic Epistles, also not in the order of their chapters, but in the order of church readings, or all-day readings for the whole year.”

From this passage we learn that Cyril and Methodius translated only the Gospel and the Apostle into the Church Slavonic language, although it is unclear from which language. But Macarius is not satisfied with this situation, and he tries to prove that not only the Gospel and the Apostle, but also the Old Testament books were translated. He refers to the description of chernorizets Polycarp, who knew one recluse who was well versed in the Old Testament: “… chernorizets Polycarp, who described several lives of the holy Kiev-Pechersk ascetics, expressed himself about the recluse Nikita, who lived during the abbacy of St. Nikon (since 1078): “No one can get in touch with him with the books of the Old Testament; the whole of God is known to us: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Judges, Kingdoms, and all the prophecies according to rank and all the books of the Jews.”

According to Makarii’s logic, it turns out that the recluse Nikita’s knowledge of the Old Testament indicates the existence of his translation by Cyril, although this translation has not been preserved. But in fact, this does not prove anything, because Nikita could read books in another language, for example Greek. Let us note two oddities in Polycarp’s statement: firstly, there is no Deuteronomy among the listed books, and secondly, the books Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Judges, Kingdoms and all prophecies do not belong to the “Jewish books”. An explanation of these oddities will be given further. We will not give information about Cyril from other modern church sources, because there is nothing new in them.

Orthodox theologians of the XIX century still had doubts on this topic, for example, I. E. Evseev (8) writes: “Science does not know what the Cyril-Methodius translation is; what the Greek original of the translation was even less known; what historical changes the original translation was subject to — science does not deal with this” (p. 894). Further, the author frankly admits that over the issues of the formation of Slavic writing and the Slavic language, the composition and volume of Slavic writing and the nature of the original monuments of this writing, “some evil fate is weighing on them, delaying their clarification in the most impossible way” (p. 895).

We quote Metropolitan Makarii further: “One important perplexity here is: why until the XV century among the preserved Slavic manuscripts we do not find a single list of books of the Old Testament, except the Psalter, whereas lists of New Testament books are quite common? But from the fact that there are now no more ancient lists of all the Old Testament books, it does not follow at all that they did not exist. On the contrary, even now there are still indications that they were, and, consequently, if they were lost, then, of course, because they existed in a small number of copies, since copying all the Old Testament books was a great difficulty and, meanwhile, did not represent such an extreme necessity as copying the books of the New Testament and the Psalms, used during worship, and therefore survived in considerable numbers.”

All this complicated story proposed by the ROC with Russian translation, Greek and Church Slavonic is not logical and does not inspire confidence. Or maybe the Gospels and the Psalter were immediately in Russian and Cyril only translated them into Greek or Church Slavonic – is it impossible to admit such a thought? But for our research, another thing is important: in Russia, only the Gospels were used during worship-aprakos (9), the Apostle and the Psalter, and at that time Russians were unfamiliar with the main Old Testament books, because they did not exist in Russia, and Makarii failed to prove the opposite. In fact, Metropolitan Makarii’s research has shown that the Old Testament was not widespread in Russia, at least until the XV century. And what happened in the XV century?

The appearance of the Gennadiev Bible and the heresy of the Jews in detail

It follows from the history of this issue that a complete Bible was compiled under the leadership of Archbishop Gennady of Novgorod, and the Old Testament was translated from the Vulgate (10), since it was not possible to find manuscripts of the Old Testament in Russia. Why did Gennady in the XV century need to collect the Old and New Testaments under one cover in almost their current form? What was his goal? And did he do it? This time coincides with the “heresy of the Jews” (11), and therefore the content of this heresy is of interest to answer our questions. Why did the church report about the victory over the Jews, but it really turned out differently, and a fair share of Orthodox People today believe that this heresy still exists and, moreover, dominates the hierarchy of the ROC? (12)

One can find many contradictions in the events of that time and even in theological works. Gennady is the main fighter against heresy, and suddenly, with him, the Old Testament is added to the three books used in worship in Russia as a holy book, actually propagandizing the same heresy. It is believed that the Bible of Gennady is the basis of the modern Russian—language Bible, since it was virtually unchanged 80 years later printed in the form of the Ostrog Bible in the western part of Russia and in 1663 reproduced as the first Moscow printed Bible. It would seem that all the issues with the translation of the text of the Old Testament have been resolved, but not: under Peter I, they begin to coordinate its content with the Greek text again, but for some reason the translators translated it from the Vulgate and from the Jewish Masoretic text, considering it to be the original. The translators were accused of violating Peter’s will. After Peter the bacchanal with translations continued with some interruptions until the end of the XIX century.

From the history of translation it is clear that there was a serious struggle of Russian theologians with those who tried to impose their own version of the Bible, and this struggle affected not only the content of the translation, but also the list of books of the Old Testament. The heresy of the Jews, the Hundred—Domed Cathedral, the anti-Judaic controversy in Palea, the Nikonian schism are only the visible part of the iceberg of the complex process of promoting the Old Testament to Russia, and what actually happened is partly forgotten, and partly still carefully hidden. These events need to be restored bit by bit and hints that remained due to the oversight of later “editors” interested in this matter. The Jewish Heretical movement in Ancient Russia

“The Jewish heretical movement in Ancient Russia of the last third of the XV — n. XVII century tried to plant Judaism in the Russian Church. It got its name from the word “Judaism”. Continuing the thousand-year-old traditions of secret Jewish sects, the Jews opposed Christian teaching, denied the Holy Trinity, blaspheming the Son of God and the Holy Spirit. They rejected the Divinity of the Savior and His Incarnation, did not accept the saving Passion of Christ, did not believe in His glorious Resurrection, they did not recognize the universal resurrection of the dead, denied the Second glorious Coming of Christ and His Last Judgment. They did not recognize the Holy Spirit as a Divine Hypostasis. The Jews rejected the apostolic and patristic writings and all Christian dogmas, taught to observe the law of Moses, keep the Sabbath and celebrate the Jewish Passover. They denied church institutions: sacraments, hierarchy, fasts, holidays, temples, icon worship, all sacred objects, services and rituals. They especially hated monasticism. The Jews violated the Honest Cross, Holy Icons and Relics, committing outrages over them, unimaginable for a person who grew up in the Orthodox faith. According to the testimony of St. Joseph Volotsky, mocking the shrines, they said: “Let’s abuse these icons, as the Jews abused Christ“.

The continuation of this mockery of all that was holy was fornication and debauchery. The Judaizing priests celebrated the Divine Liturgy, having eaten and drunk, after fornication, blasphemously swore at the Holy Body and the Honest Blood of Christ and committed other desecrations, about which, according to the Rev. Joseph Volotsky, “it is impossible to write.” The Judaizers aroused doubt in the faint-hearted and the little-believing in some places of the Holy Scriptures, and above all the New Testament; they also seduced with the help of the renunciated ones they spread, that is, condemned by the Church, books — manuals on the secret sciences — and distorted lists of the Holy Scriptures; they also used all the arsenal of Jewish witchcraft and sorcery available to them. In the organization of the sect of the Jews , much resembled the future of Freemasonry: strict secrecy, penetration into the highest layers of government and clergy; ritual, including the “rite” of desecration of the shrine; the formation of a “teacher —student” system outside of traditional Orthodox beliefs. Being irreconcilable enemies of Christianity, the Jews hid their hatred for it, secretly hoping to gradually destroy it from within. Before people who were firm in their faith, heretics presented themselves as “good Christians” and “exemplary zealots of Orthodoxy.”

The beginning of heresy dates back to 1471, when the Prince of Taman arrived in Novgorod in the retinue of Prince Mikhail Olelkovich from Kiev. This well-educated and well-connected Jew belonged to the Karaite Jewish sect, which had a wide network of its organizations in Europe and the Middle East. Karaites belonged to one of the currents of Judaism, which fulfilled almost all of its provisions, but recognized Jesus as a Prophet. Karaism arose in the VIII century . in Babylonia, having absorbed small Jewish sects and adopted the traditions of the Sadducees. Unlike the Rabbinic Jews, guided by tradition and the Talmud, the Karaites considered themselves entitled to apply to the law of Moses without intermediaries… Since the tenth century, the Karaites had close ties with Jerusalem and Constantinople. According to the historian Z. Ankori, “Jerusalem of the X century was connected with the Troki (the town of Trokai in Lithuania) of the late Middle Ages through the fruitful mediation of the Karaite center in Byzantine Constantinople.” In the XIV — XV centuries, Karaites became more active in Byzantium, Turkey, Bulgaria and Russia.

As G. M. Prokhorov wrote, “when it is discovered that the Byzantine-Turkish Jews were “Zionites”, the most zealous of the Karaites, the long distances — geographical and temporal — between Asia Minor and the Balkans of the XIV century and Great Russia of the XIV — XVI centuries are overcome by a chain of interconnected Karaite communities — in the Crimea, Lithuania and Western Russia. Karaites lived on the Crimean peninsula and the lands adjacent to it long before the XIV century. — at least, according to written data, no later than the 2nd half. XII . The Northeastern Karaites received teaching literature and teachers from their Middle Eastern and Balkan co-religionists.” In the XII — XIII centuries, German rabbis in Regensburg received the writings of Karaites through Russia. The Crimean and Kiev communities constantly received religious literature and people knowledgeable in it from Babylonia, Palestine and Constantinople.

PROSPECTS OF CRIMEA AS A SPRINGBOARD FOR A NEW KHAZARIA

Before the emergence of the heresy of the Jews , the Jewish sect of Karaites had already launched its anti — Christian offensive against Russia in the XIV – XV centuries . This offensive can be seen in the sect of strigolnikov, operating in Pskov, from which it is a stone’s throw to the Trok in Lithuania — one of the main centers of the Karaites. Creating a sect of Jews in Novgorod, Karaim Sharia, apparently, fulfilled the task of one of the international Jewish centers and took into account the experience of the work of the shearers. In a short time, this Jewish conspirator managed to put together a secret society of at least 33 people, of which 27 were priests, their closest relatives, deacons and clerics.

The rapid spread of Jewish heresy in the Russian spiritual environment was explained by the state of Orthodox doctrine and church literature in the XIV — XV centuries. Historically, the service books have included many elements reflecting the Jewish rather than the Orthodox tradition of the creed. In Russian manuscripts there was a significant number of materials included in the “circle of the most important synagogue holiday and everyday readings.” The psalms found among heretics turned out to be a Jewish prayer book “Mahazor”. The Archimandrite of the Kirillo-Belozersky monastery Varlaam remarked about them: “There are no prophecies about Christ in any of the psalms of this translation” (we will return to the question of prophecy in the psalms — auth.). N. S. Tikhonravov concluded that this is not the Psalter of David, but Jewish prayers used in worship, in which the Jewish opposition (dislike) to the doctrine of the trinity of the persons of the Deity is clearly visible.

In the XV century, the Pentateuch of Moses was corrected according to the Hebrew text, the book of the Prophet Daniel was translated in the Jewish (non-Greek) tradition, the Jewish translation of Esther appeared in general at the end of the XIV century. I.E. Evseev noted that this translation testifies to the translator’s “high and exceptional respect for Jewish truth. In the Christological prophetic passages, the Rabbinical understanding is expressively introduced.” “Here we have,” the researchers conclude, “a century—old literary tradition of translation from Hebrew.” The “Six-Winged” with the Jewish chronology, the “Logic” of Moses Maimonides, astrological treatises, atheistic writings of Raymond Lullius were widely distributed in Russian manuscripts of the XV—XVI centuries. Jewish traditions were also viewed in the so-called chronographic edition of the Explanatory Palea. Presented by a number of manuscripts, starting from the 2nd floor. XV century, it contained a large amount of apocryphal material with Jewish sources.

The long existence of the Jewish book tradition in Russia explains to a large extent the success of the propaganda of the Scharia

To sow doubt, based allegedly on the canonical book, was the main way to convert to heresy. This mechanism of conversion is shown in the work of the monk Zinovy Otensky, exposing the heresy of Theodosius the Oblique. Some kryloshans came to Monk Zinovy to ask if the teachings of Theodosius the Oblique were true. They themselves, as can be seen from their story, were inclined to believe that it was true. “Oblique, therefore, the true teacher predicates, because he has books in his hand and is unbending, someone who is not written, he will read and sow books himself. And Orthodox priests and bishops are false teachers, because when they teach, they don’t have books in their hands.” The use of texts in Russian service books that were alien to the Orthodox tradition caused people to doubt the correctness of their confession of the Christian faith.

The iconoclastic demonstrations became the first external manifestation of the heresy of the Jews already in the 1470s. Heretics, referring to the Five Books of Moses, began to call for the destruction of icons. “They,” wrote Joseph Volotsky, “forbade the worship of Divine icons and an Honest Cross, threw icons into unclean places, they bit some icons with their teeth like rabid dogs, some smashed.” Despite the indecent, scandalous nature that the heresy of the Jews acquired, its influence intensified. Around 1480, heretics also penetrated into Moscow. Here they expand their organization at the expense of prominent statesmen from the entourage of Tsar Ivan III himself. Russian Russian priests In addition to the priests of the main cathedrals of the Kremlin, heretics attracted many boyars, the head of Russian foreign policy, deacon Fyodor Kuritsyn, and even the inner circle of the heir to the Russian throne. The participation in the secret organization of a significant number of state people was largely explained by the good attitude of Ivan III himself to the Jewish Scharii, who invited this Jew to his service until 1500.

The activities of the sect were exposed in 1487 by Archbishop Gennady, who informed the tsar and Metropolitan Gerontius about it. On the instructions of the tsar, several heretics, named Gennady, were arrested and subjected to the “city execution” (punishment with a whip at the auction) for desecrating icons. The high-ranking patrons of the Jews did not allow the condemnation of heresy as such. At the Council of 1488, only minor criminals were declared, and the sect itself and its leaders were not named. In 1490, Metropolitan Zosima became the head of the Russian Church, secretly supporting the heresy of the Jews, whom Joseph Volotsky called “the second Judas”. Nevertheless, in the same year, despite the opposition of Metropolitan Zosima, the Council of the Russian Church has already publicly condemned the heretics, calling in its verdict their deeds “Jewish”, and themselves “real charmers and apostates of the faith of Christ“.

All Russian people stood up against the Jews

The Orthodox Church represented by its best representatives: Joseph Volotsky, Nil Sorsky, Archbishop. Gennady of Novgorod — gave the heretics a worthy rebuff. First of all, church books were reviewed and everything alien to the Russian Orthodox tradition was removed from them, Jewish synagogue texts were eliminated, all dubious places with which heretics seduced Orthodox priests. At the initiative of Archbishop Gennady, the Bible was completely translated. This translation finally disarmed the heretics (how? — our question: author), who in their arguments against Christianity had to resort only to open deception. Archbishop Gennady also organized the translation of polemical writings in which a systematic refutation of Jewish sects was presented. The essay of Master Nikolai Delir, “the rank of lesser theologians of the persecutor, the most beautiful claims, the Jewish lack of faith in the Orthodox faith is pohulyayushche”; the essay “the teacher of Samoila is Jewish on God-evident Jews, accusatory prophetic speeches”, etc. were translated. writings against the Jews. The crimes of the “Jews” against Christianity were revealed in Joseph Volotsky’s essay “The Enlightener”. A great role in the struggle against heretics was played by the collection of lives compiled by Nil Sorsky, where he included, in particular, the lives of Theodore the Studite and John of Damascus, who condemned iconoclasm.

Taking advantage of the support of high-ranking patrons, the Jews succeeded in appointing the heretic Cassian to the post of Archimandrite of the Yuriev Monastery. Vladyka Gennady, despite all his efforts (the Yuriev monastery was part of his diocese), could not expel the wicked. Moreover, the Jews, through intrigue and slander, managed to bring Vladyka Gennady himself from the Novgorod pulpit in 1503. After the Council of 1490, which condemned the heresy of the Jews, the struggle against them continued for almost 15 years. Only in 1504 Tsar Ivan III decided to convene a new Council. At it, the heretics were once again strongly condemned, and their leaders were executed after the trial”. Why did the Jews need to plant their teaching in Russia? Did they really want Russian Orthodox Christians to become Jews? This is incredible, because it does not correspond to the goals of their puppeteers and the further development of events.

So the “heresy of the Jews” is only a cover, a smoke screen, a distraction that creates opportunities for the realization of more important goals

We have to identify these goals in order to know for sure what to resist and how to organize this confrontation. Another thing is also obvious: the theologians of the Russian Orthodox Church incorrectly defined the goals of the Jews, deciding that they wanted to deprive them of their monopoly on pastoral activity and brutally dealt with their fellow Christians who wanted religious enlightenment and improvement of the church organization. From the above description of heresy, it follows that the struggle was serious, and most of the Orthodox Church was attributed to the Jews and condemned only because the tsar supported their opponents. It is possible that with the victory of those who were labeled “Jews”, the doctrine of Orthodoxy in our days would have a different content, and the history of the country would be in many ways different. There are other opinions about the heresy of the “Jews”, but they fall out of the general context of relations to the events that occurred.

In 1551, a Hundred-Domed Council was held, at which the issue of translations of holy books was considered: “And which will be the holy books of the Gospel and the Apostles, and Psalms and other books, in which you will find the church, are wrong and described, and you would have those all holy books with good translations to celebrate the cathedral, and the sacred rules about they forbid and do not order the wrong books to be brought into the church, and rivers flow through them” (14). The resolution of the council states that the holy books are the Gospel, the Apostles and the Psalter and that they can be used in the church if they are from good translations, and wrong books cannot be brought to the church. And there is no mention of the Old Testament and the Gennady Bible, although if they had existed by that time, the participants of the council would have been aware of them and would have had to express their opinion on the legality of using them. Sergei Mikhailovich Solovyov in The History of Russia since Ancient Times, Volume 5 gives the contents of a letter from Gennady of Novgorod to the Rostov Archbishop Joasaph: “There is also news of how many books Joseph Volotsky brought with him to the monastery: four Gospels, an Apostle, two Psalms, the works of Ephraim, Dorotheus, Peter, Damaskin, Basil the Great, Paterik abc, two irmologists”. Thus, even in the middle of the XVI century, the Old Testament in its currently known composition was not widespread in Russia and did not belong to the sacred books.

Now consider the Gennady Bible. On the first page of the Gennady Bible it is written: “In the summer of 7007 (= 1499), this book was written, the spoken Bible, the recce of both the Old and New Testaments, under the blessed Grand Duke Ivan Vasilyevich, the autocrat of All Russia, and under Metropolitan Simon of All Russia, and under the Archbishop of Novogorotsk, in the Great River City, in the archbishop’s courtyard, by the command of the archbishop Archdeacon Monk Gerasim. And the deacons who wrote, these are their names: Vasil of Jerusalem, Grida of the Confessor, Clement of the Archangel.” The opinion of the author to this inscription is expressed in the magazine “Sofia” (15): “We do not know what thoughts possessed the Novgorod scribe who put down this “entry entry” on the first sheet of a huge handwritten book lying in front of him (with a volume of a thousand sheets!). Simply and without pathos, he recorded the appearance of the first complete codex of the Bible in the Slavic world.”

Most likely, this phrase was written much later, because there is no other evidence that the Bible was compiled at the time and under the leadership of Gennady. And there is no logic in the actions of Archbishop Gennady on the translation of the Old Testament. But in retrospect, attributing to the authority for the struggle for the purity of Orthodoxy a two—part holy book, where in the first part the heresy itself is elevated to the rank of revealed truth, is quite a logical action of the medicine corporation: if the fighter against the heresy of the Jews himself compiled the Old Testament, then this is certainly a divinely inspired book and an integral part of the Orthodox Bible. There is another weak point that the proofreaders did not take into account. In the collection of decisions of the Hundred-Domed Cathedral, Tsar Ivan the Terrible asks the cathedral a question about usury. Question: “About the church and monastic treasury, hedgehogs are given in growth. Does it please the gods, and what does the Scripture say about this?”The divine Scripture forbids even the laity, rather than giving money to the churches of God in the growth, and bread in the hasp, where it is written in the holy rules.” Answer: “And what the prelate’s state money gives in the growth and bread in the growth, so also the monastic state money gives in the growth and bread in the growth, and the divine scripture and the sacred rules not only forbid the bishop and the provost, and the deacon, and the whole priestly and monastic rank, but also do not command the common people to take advantage and torture.”

ORTHODOX BUSINESS

We see that in those days usury existed and even monasteries in Russia sinned against it: their remaining reserves of money and products were given to growth. Ivan the Terrible, apparently, felt all the perniciousness of this case and demanded proof of the sanctification of usury by Divine scripture. The Cathedral clearly responds to him that not only the priesthood is forbidden, but also ordinary people. If the Gennadiev Bible had already been there, the Council would have referred to Deuteronomy, where it is directly prescribed to the Jews. At that time, they relied on the “Rules of the Holy Apostles” (16) prohibiting usury. Rule 44 says: “A bishop, or a presbyter, or a deacon, who demands a lot from debtors, either let him pass away, or let him be cast out.” The famous theologian, professor of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy I. A. Chistovich in the book “The History of the Translation of the Bible into Russian“, published in 1873, says nothing about Gennady’s initiative, but only mentions that “the collection of the complete Bible in Russia was made at the very end of the 15th century; moreover, as some books were translated from the Vulgate, and the arrangement of the books is made according to the Vulgate, because of course it was already in print.” Joseph Volotsky in his work “The Enlightener” (17) quotes some other Bible, and not the Gennadiev One, as can be seen from the editor’s comments.

American scientists have actually proved the archaization of the Gennady Bible

MOSSAD ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE: THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

In 1999, a conference dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the Gennady Bible was held under the title “The Bible in the spiritual life, history and culture of Russia and the Orthodox World” (18). Two scientists from the USA spoke at it, and here is what was written about their speech on the website: (currently, this link does not work — its content is assessed as “inappropriate”, since it could not be refuted?): “The speech of P. Foster (USA) “The Archaization of the Gennadiev Bible: the Return caused acute controversy to the “classical” norm.” The author insisted on the artificial archaization of the text of the Gennadiev Bible, comparing it with the text of the manuscript of the Russian National Library, which he considered to be a working “draft” in relation to it (Old Testament Collection, cipher — Weather. N 84. 60s of the XVI century.). His colleagues rightly disagreed with this, arguing their objections in detail: The Gennadiev Bible is indeed archaic, but the Codex is not. N 84 is not a draft, but, on the contrary, a much later list. The controversial topic of “archaization” was continued by the report of D. Jeon (USA) “The use of the dual number in the Gennadiev Bible”.

To archaize means to make it obsolete in style, in the manner of the image (Ozhegov’s dictionary). Scientists from the USA tried to prove that the Gennadiev Bible is artificially aged, i.e. it is a fake written later than the XVI century, but the theologians of the Russian Orthodox Church “rightly disagreed” with them: their arguments are not given, but in vain … The Gennadiev Bible is written in Church Slavonic, and it is believed that this was done even before the advent of printing in Russia. But what was the point of its forgery in later times, and who needed it? And it was necessary for those who were in a hurry to prepare the necessary edition of the two-part Bible by the time printing appeared, because the first printed books were copies of handwritten books compiled, allegedly, by an authoritative hierarch in Russia. In the future we will see that it was necessary for the rabbis and their masters, and they were just great experts in the organization of the production of handwritten books. The encyclopedic scholar Morozov in the book “The Prophets” asks the question: “Don’t Jewish rabbis in synagogues use manuscripts written according to the ancient pattern even now, in the centuries of printing?” So it is quite possible that the Gennady Bible is a later forgery, which was expressed in the style of its text, and was revealed by American researchers to the displeasure of the Orthodox.

Printing appeared in the West, and several editions of Bibles were printed there already at the beginning of the XVI century

We will consider the issue of the distribution of the Bible in the West later, and now we will deal with the events that took place in Russia. Church history tells us that in 1564, the founder of the printing business in Russia, the “first printer” Ivan Fedorov, published the book “The Apostle”, which included the texts of the New Testament: the Acts of the Apostles and their Epistles. This book in the Old Slavic language was the first printed in Russia. And in 1581, for the first time, a complete Bible was printed in Church Slavonic. Tikhomirov (19) describes it this way: “The first printed edition of the Slavic Bible, the Ostrog Bible, was undertaken in 1580-1581 by Prince K. K. Ostrogsky in connection with his concern for the fate of Orthodoxy in the Western Russian lands (the prince’s possessions were part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth). The list of the Gennadiev Bible received from Moscow served as a model for the Ostrog edition.”

Now it became clear why Gennady was credited with compiling the Bible

PROJECT MARGINALIZATION OF ORTHODOXY IS ALREADY RUNNING

The fact is that the Ostrog Bible penetrated to us through Poland and already contained the Old Testament, and it was necessary to give it authority in Russia. This authority was Archbishop Gennady, a well—known fighter against the heresy of the Jews, allegedly the compiler of the Bible, which served as the prototype of the Ostrog Bible. So, most likely, the Ostrog Bible was the first two-part Bible that began to be distributed in Russia through Poland. However, as Tikhomirov writes further, the Ostrog Bible was not approved by church circles and theologians demanded to coordinate its text with the Greek text of the Septuagint, but despite this, in 1663 the first printed Bible was published in the Moscow printing house. This Bible was called the “Moscow Bible” and was a complete copy of the Ostrog Bible, i.e. it contained the New and Old Testaments.

Over the past few years, digital finance and digital currencies have become the most priority area of the BIS’s activities. Since the beginning of this decade, dozens of central banks, as if on command, have begun to deal with the topic of CBDC – “digital currencies of central banks.” Observers believe that the team was from Basel, from the BMR. It seems that each country is discussing or even developing its own unique versions of CBDC. But at the same time they have a lot in common. These digital currencies are served as a third type of money along with traditional cash and non-cash money. All central banks initially stated that CBDCs were intended for “internal use”, i.e. within the national borders of the respective states. A year ago, the BIS reported that about 130 central banks of the world were interested in the CBDC topic.

BASEL 3: THE REVOLUTION THAT NO ONE NOTICED

At the beginning of this summer, about four dozen central banks were already engaged in practical CBDC developments or were testing them as part of pilot projects. The largest CBDC pilot project, which was launched three years ago (in June 2021), is the digital yuan project implemented by the People’s Bank of China. Some have already legalized CBDC nationwide. There are about a dozen such countries and jurisdictions. Among them are the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Nigeria. But these are all very small countries. Except for Nigeria. But there, as I have already written, the digital currency turned out to be very poorly in demand, and when it was introduced, very serious abuses were allowed by the Nigerian Central Bank.

It is noteworthy that today many central banks developing or testing their digital currencies talk about the need to give this currency an additional function – as a means of cross-border payments and settlements. And the BIS strongly supports this approach. And not just verbally supports, but practically helps.

Three years ago, the international mBridge Ledger project was launched on the initiative of the BIS

Its participants are: the innovation division of the BIS in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the People’s Bank of China, the Bank of Thailand, the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. In June of this year, the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia joined the project. As the name of the project itself implies, its goal is to create technologies that would serve as a “bridge” or “adapter”. Such a “bridge” would allow for cross-border transactions between project participants using national CBDCs.

In November 2021, the Jura project was launched on the initiative of the BIS

A consortium was created under him, whose members included the Bank for International Settlements, the Bank of France, the National Bank of Switzerland and various private firms, studied the possibility of direct transfer of wholesale CBDCs in euros and Swiss francs between French and Swiss commercial banks on a single blockchain platform (“distributed registry”).

In March 2022, the BIS Innovation Center, the Reserve Bank of Australia, the Central Bank of Malaysia, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Reserve Bank of South Africa announced the completion of the development of prototypes of a common Dunbar platform that allows international settlements using multiple CBDCs.

Unified registries will require tokenization of assets, especially money, for transfers using smart contracts. Tokenization of assets is not just about fixing them online. Tokenization will have to fix the compliance of assets with certain regulatory requirements (including those developed by the BIS, for example, capital adequacy standards for credit institutions developed by the so-called “Basel Committee”).

The Bank for International Settlements announced the launch of a project called Agora. This means that there are technological structures in the political, social, scientific, cultural, military and all other spheres of activity. Their successive change demonstrates the development of the sphere. But their cardinal influence on the existence and development of the social environment takes place only within the boundaries of the sphere itself. But since all spheres of activity are “organs” of the unified system of the social organism, a significant change in any of them necessarily has some impact on the rest of the spheres-makes them adapt to the new features of the changed sphere.

As a result, the whole system of the social organism changes somehow

At a minimum, the models of interaction with the changed sphere of other spheres are corrected. As a maximum, some of the other areas of activity are also changing significantly. The reason why a significant part of political scientists and sociologists agree with this postulate does not belong to the category of scientific ones. Because first of all, guided by it, they make all important decisions on where and how to move. As a result, they act together. Therefore, the main difference between an industrial society and a feudal one is a fundamentally different worldview. And the reason for the radical restructuring of the organization of society and the transition to new goals for him was the replacement of the captains and navigators of public ships of European civilization idealistic worldview materialistic. The same thing happened in history with the transition from the ancient society to the feudal – Christian worldview offered new goals for society and demanded a different organization.

Today, severe and already chronic crises are observed simultaneously in all spheres of activity of the countries of the First world. Political, economic and social crises are only more visible. As the concern of all. And all sufficiently understood. This means that there is a crisis common to all spheres of activity. Accordingly, having a common cause for all spheres.
Such a reason can only be a common understanding of the world

Because if in all spheres activity leads to disappointing results, it means that in all spheres the understanding of what is happening in them is lost – the direction and nature of the flow of developing processes. Since society provides a worldview sphere of activity, it means that the crisis originates in it. And in other areas only derivative crises are developing. This means that the original cause of the first world crises is an outdated worldview-which does not correspond to the level of complexity achieved in the development process. But materialism could not become the conceptual basis of social science

Because it has no mind and no society. And all attempts of philosophers to attach them to the materialistic model of the universe ended in failure. Therefore, the development of social science disciplines provided only a model created in the framework of materialism evolutionary process. Although the model did not explain the nature of the subjects of social processes, it nevertheless gave an idea of the processes themselves – their nature and orientation. As a result, the model could serve as ersatz conceptual support.

In fact, social science two centuries have evolved as polonyi – analogue alchemy. And as the results of alchemy were successfully used by the economy, and the results of alchemical social science with some efficiency used by the authorities of European civilization. First of all, social science disciplines oriented society and citizens to development. This provided European civilization accelerated development during the industrial era.

We can say that if chemistry and physics materialism has given the opportunity to develop, moving with the tide of evolution “crawl”, the social science it has provided the opportunity to sail only “a dog.” Nevertheless, even with the efficiency of the locomotive, social science allowed the authorities to manage the process of social development quite intelligently.

But when intellectual authorities announced the end of social development half a century ago, they deprived social science of its conceptual basis. Having lost it, social scientists turned into decorators of politics and dreamers. And the process of social development has moved into an uncontrollable mode.

Half a century ago, it was time for developed countries to change their worldview once again-to move to a new worldview. Adequate to the level of complexity achieved by society. And already the fourth technological way of the world Outlook sphere of societies of the channel of the European civilization. It was the first way of the ancient era. It was created by the first generation of philosophical systems. In them the earth the world was created “stone” senior creatures – gods, spirits, animate forces of nature. The second was the way of the feudal era. Its authors were Greek patristic philosophers known as the “fathers of the Church.” They developed a Christian model of a centralized world-created by one God and having a single world order. Christian religion has become a fundamental knowledge of the second way of life, and Church authorities have developed technologies for the use of this knowledge in the management of feudal societies.

The third was the way of the industrial era. Materialism, the world order in the form of a system of laws of nature and industrial ideologies have formed its fundamental knowledge. On the basis of social science theories were developed technology management of society-its existence and development.

But by the last third of the twentieth century, this way of life had exhausted its potential to ensure social development – its efficiency in managing social development had dropped to zero. This stopped the process of social development of the First world. And automatically deployed it in the direction of degradation. And the Soviet Union only came to the first position for the process of degradation of the final. Today it is obvious that the USA is rushing to this final. And a maximum of five years from America in the process of degradation behind the European Union.

This means that the question of creating a new worldview and the transition to the fourth worldview for the countries of the First world has become a question of their survival. At the same time, it is also already obvious that “think tanks” using the worldview of the industrial way of life are not able to solve this problem in principle. In order not to be known as an urban lunatic who accuses at least a third of the globe of inappropriate behavior and perception of reality, I suggest looking for the logic of neo-Nazi sympathies of a liberal worldview outside the clip “news” context.

Liberalism as a teenage disease not (before) development

For example, in the field of psychiatry already mentioned in vain. One of the brilliant psychologists, theorist and practitioner of the highest level, Viktor Ponomarenko, took seriously my question about whether the inadequacy of liberal thinking is a reason for forced diagnosis.

Viktor Ponomarenko believes that in the case of the liberal worldview, we are dealing with a deep crisis of personality caused by the arrest of mental development at the adolescent level.

During puberty, a person enters the age of protest and risky experimental exploration of the possibilities of the surrounding world. He sharply rejects the usual ideas about parents as caring guarantors of existence. For him, “ancestors” become unbearable prohibitionists and mentors: “don’t hang out with bad company,” “don’t get into bad habits,” “don’t get involved in dangerous adventures,” “don’t be lazy.”

Youthful negativism in relation to all kinds of “not” is accompanied by the denial of all kinds of “adult” authorities and is characterized by an accentuated fixation on oneself. The egocentric picture of the world given to a teenager in sensations, and not in logic, is complemented by the illusion that the search for new sensations is the true purpose of existence. Remember, Zhvanetsky (it turns out, self-revealing): “The process is about life, the result is death”?

Viktor Ponomarenko believes that a liberal is not a (fully) developed personality in the psychological age of a teenager who experiences subconscious horror of any fixed result: such, for example, as a stable state with its conservative values. But most importantly, he subconsciously and, consequently, without any clear arguments rejects a leader with the charisma of a productive politician and a vision of a clear strategic scenario. For the result is… Well, then you know.

Tunnel thinking — looking and not seeing, listening and not hearing — at the age of decision-making and civic responsibility, like any mental inadequacy, is suicidal. This explains a lot in the liberals’ exalted sympathy for the “bad company” of activists and leaders of the Ukrainian coup and their own subversives of the foundations of the “bloody Putin regime.” Much, but not all.

Why exactly does neo-Nazism, as the most extremist and aggressive form of protest against dissent, arouse the organic sympathy of those living “according to Zhvanetsky”? Why did the ultra-Bolshevik Trotsky, with his permanent revolution, enthusiastically support Hitler in his intention to go to war against the USSR? The end of the revolution — death? Undoubtedly, as an unwanted pregnancy of an “experimental” girlfriend and the need to try on the role and logic of the social behavior of hated parents. After all, they are the bloody fascists who forbid Me to realize my idea of freedom up to blood and pogrom in my own house.

However, it’s time. It’s time to deal with the basic definitions in order to build an adequate system of logical coordinates without pubertal liberal emotions. And don’t miss the strategic perspective chart.

Nazism: terminology and essence

Until now, domestic political science operates with phantom connotations, considering the springs of the Ukrainian coup. The terminology base at the level of the “junta” and “Bandera” is good for news headlines and journalism, but is poorly effective as a tool for expert analysis and argumentation of top-level political decisions and actions. I believe that, albeit negative, but still romanticizing the image of the Maidan is a known stalemate in the discussion on the topic “is Bandera a fascist and what percentage of Bandera members are involved in the current bloodshed.” Which, alas, we are now observing. “Bandera” and “junta” do not work in the field of Western and domestic liberal Russophobia.

The domestic “civil society” continues to show vivid examples of mediocre dead-end initiatives that are based on emotional assessments of the subject. What is the desire of the former legislator, member of the Federation Council Boris Shpigel, to ban fascist symbols in the country! It is difficult to suspect the once powerful senator of wanting to make a splash on a bloody topic, but in fact, according to such a formulation of the law, it would have been necessary to demolish the fence of the Summer Garden in St. Petersburg, to destroy columns and knock down the stucco of countless historical buildings throughout Russia. Readers of the respected magazine “However” do not need to explain the difference between Italian fascism and German Nazism, as well as Roman fascia — bundles of brushwood with double—edged axes – and the German eagle with a swastika. But the creators of the legislation have an obvious gap in this. And not only them.

FASCISM IN THE SERVICE OF CORPORATIONS

I have heard more than once from people who define themselves as Russian nationalists, and even “Orthodox fascists” (?!) that the Nazi criminals Shkuro and Krasnov, convicted by Nuremberg, as well as the notorious General Vlasov, are not traitors, but freedom fighters against the Stalinist regime. In Russia, the holy place of the “new hero” of Ukrainian freedom — the executioner of Bandera — will not be empty. Just let go.

In order not to get bogged down in a deliberately inconclusive discussion, we need to figure out why modern nationalist extremism, even without a reverse swastika or SS runes — just in a balaclava or an expensive suit — is still the same cannibalistic Nazism that cost humanity tens of millions of lives and is fraught with a global relapse.

Nazism is chauvinism, which is the basis of state policy. Such a universal definition, cleared of theoretical political science husks, creates a semantic and legal basis that equates with Hitler’s Nazism the modern regimes in the countries of the former Soviet Baltic States, Moldova, Georgia, the policy of the United States and NATO towards Russia, Iran, China, Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, Libya and Syria.

The proposed definition ontologically connects Hitler’s swastika, trident and the abbreviation NATO in the Goebbels logic of hatred of Russia as a second-class state, in respect of which “civilized” norms of international law do not apply. And if we talk about symbols, then this definition gives a direct Nazi content to the white ribbon and the term “fifth column” as a symbol of the attitude towards one’s own people as subhumans. After all, only this justifies in their unconscious logic the application of so-called double standards to Russia.

CAPITALISM AS A REALITY – SOCIAL NATURE, THE MAIN STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT, THE MODERN WORLD CRISIS

Liberalism as a breeding ground and a political tool of Nazism

According to Viktor Ponomarenko’s psychiatric definition, liberals in any country are an ideal protest mass against state foundations as a fixed result. That is why modern Nazism chooses a liberal stratum to crack the statehood, which is not pleasing to its world order. Undoubtedly, on the one hand, in the psychological logic of puberty, this is seduction. But in real life and politics, we are not talking about children, but about adults who are able to wield a bat or operate with words or capital and at the same time egocentrically demanding serious attitude. And if so, then we should take seriously the roots of liberal thinking.

It is obvious that there is no direct sociological connection with social, property, age, educational, intellectual and other statuses. The conservative-liberal rift has now become obvious in any stratum. The attitude to the Ukrainian events destroys long-term friendly ties and even family relations. And if the underlying cause is outside the field of standard sociology, then where to look for it, if not in some personal archetype?

It seems interesting to me to dissect in this vein the archetype of the notorious music critic Artemy Troitsky, known for his white-ribbon activity and the corresponding “Maidan” thinking. It would seem that he is a successful well-known showman, a brand personality, as they say now. Is there something wrong with the anamnesis? Perhaps. How did it happen that a person who did not take a single note in his life turned out to be a guru imposing his idea of “beautiful” on the audience?

Trotsky’s star rose in the era of the barrier that the Soviet leadership built in front of Western mass culture. The barrier was purely speculative, especially for those who, valiantly defending the interests of the USSR in the international arena, turned into an elite at home on the basis of access to those very Western values. In their diplomatic baggage, foreign consumer goods catalogs and music magazines easily overcame the Iron Curtain. Those who had access to these objects of lust were no different from the banal fartsovschikov, and often were simply part of this illegal system. Most of them have placed themselves in a virtual matrix “looking at foreign stickers with affection and eating Russian bacon.”

Perhaps this illusion of “real life” became the block that stopped personal development at the level of a teenage game of “I’m kind of in the West.” But it was in this environment, which gave birth to the contemptuous term “scoop” and experiencing fanaticism towards everything domestic as inferior, Troitsky stood out in a special way. His scathing articles about foreign music in the youth periodicals were distinguished by the “non-linguistic style”, although they were politically correct. Only a few who had the opportunity to read Western periodicals were surprised to discover the suspicious similarity of his texts with foreign originals.

The era of lifting bans deprived a whole layer of Troitsky not only of the elite status of “access holders”, but also forced them to look into the impartial mirror of their own professional aptitude. And it is quite logical that such a pseudo-elite followed the path of Kitty Vorobyaninov: there is no reason, but arrogance remains. As a reflex, respectively, to treat a country that does not suit them. And make a life-saving psychological escape to an elite childhood, continuing the game “I’m kind of in the West.” But unlike the post-revolutionary hereditary aristocracy with frayed elbows, these philistines in the nobility quickly realized that the game can be safely and profitably made a profession. And to regain the material and moral confirmation of their exclusivity.

The new time is a new game of exclusivity, devoid of a real basis and, by definition, taking the participant beyond the field of adequacy. Office plankton declares itself a creative class, in fact, without creating anything, and considers itself a champion of freedom, being in a rigid totalitarian corporate hierarchy.

Both generations share not only a negative attitude towards the rest in “this country”, but also a specific liberal idea of freedom. Let me remind you of the sacramental: “my freedom ends where yours begins.” If you think about it, it really rhymes with the opinion of liberalism as a juvenile psychiatric complex. After all, the beginning of “your freedom” should be felt experimentally: you can try from the first minutes of acquaintance to start an unambiguous action against an individual of the opposite sex or throw a stone at a representative of the authorities. After all, the process is life.

And the totalitarian regime does not like this freedom. He invents his own draconian laws and demands their observance (“the ancestors got it”). Their norm is a result imposed from above, this is the lack of new options to get thrills. This is death. And whoever obeys is a redneck and a slave. A second-class person. And the fact that the liberal idea of freedom at the junction of the boundaries of personal ambitions, by definition, in a weak state is fraught with a war of all against all, the owners of an infantile idea of the world do not care. Is anyone against it? The older boys from the next doorway will help us!

And the regime is therefore “bloody” and “fascist” because it protects the defenders of its freedom. But that’s not the only reason. Both the over-aged liberal and the pimply one have not grown up as a flawed person, an external culprit is required to compensate for their own hidden or obvious complexes of personal insolvency.

And here, no matter how deplorable it may sound for liberal intellectuals, they should see their reflection in the average sports fan, a person of anti-sports beer behavior, who considers himself a specialist more competent than a football commentator, and acquires an elite status relative to the “rest” of subhumans in the virtual ideal. (Did I say something about Trinity? Or Makarevich? Probably escaped from the depths of the subconscious.)

And here we come to the main element of the cultural code of the liberal, which merges it with Nazism in a binary charge.

THE SECOND CIRCUIT OF POWER IN THE WEST AND CAPITALISM

I will start from afar, since 1968. It is known that the events of the Prague Spring began with the most active information aggression of the West. The CIA-controlled media in Germany and Austria, neighboring Czechoslovakia, conducted round-the-clock processing of the Czechoslovak population. But so far, little attention has been paid to their main target group — sports fans. The developers of the area protest technology have calculated them as an organized, structured, hierarchically controlled mass, accustomed to acting outside the law. And most importantly, used to seeing a sports rival and his fans as deadly enemies. And to use collective aggression, not caring that it does not affect the numbers of the scoreboard. The first swallows of the “democratic revolution” on Wenceslas Square in Prague were the fans of the Czechoslovak hockey team, “suddenly” outraged by the regular defeats of their idols from the Soviet team. In international matches, internal contradictions between fans of the home championship merged into a common hatred for the country of the offender.

Does it resemble the Kiev Maidan and the Odessa pogrom in any way? Both there and in other cities of Ukraine, fans unite with extremists, journalists, financiers and become a political tool of Nazism as a policy of state chauvinism.

A natural conversion to the opposite

FASCISM VERSUS COMMUNISM, OR HOW HISTORY WAS SUBSTITUTED FOR US

At the heart of this unity of liberals, extremists and leaders of the economic race is a clear division into themselves (the sector of the most right—wing, successful, exceptional individuals) and into “them” (a faceless second-rate mass, “people who grab”, “losers”, stupid disenfranchised slaves). “Russians who support Putin, “Donetsk”, who do not accept the ideals of the Maidan coup, are slaves,” the liberal public echoes Hitler, the current extremists and oligarchs. It is not by chance that the domestic liberals find themselves in their sympathies on the side of the Maidan coup. And it’s not just about the relevant targeted grants. I know that one popular figure of the domestic show business refused to participate in the sensational anti-Putin “peacemaking” PR campaign, despite a substantial fee, with the words: “The motherland is worth more.” On the other hand, it is difficult to classify those who went to it as those in dire need. The root cause is deeper than financial motivation — in the liberal cultural code.

Sorting people, social groups and ethnic groups into masters and slaves is at the heart of the political philosophy of liberal economics. For the engine of liberal development is her Majesty competition. The reverse side of the victory of one is the defeat of the other. By definition, a serving political system based on other principles cannot exist. And he condemns himself to self-destruction, because the liberal model “my freedom ends where yours begins” is in conflict with the ideal of unlimited freedom. It is possible to expand the boundaries of the kingdom of freedom only by infringing on the rights of those who will be appointed second-rate. For obvious reasons, the slave mass does not really put up with its second-rate. And then liberalism resorts to the standard means: it gives a group of “trembling creatures” the right to elect. The calculation is simple: to provide them with ideological and military weapons and point out the culprit in all the troubles. So, in fact, political liberalism is driving itself into a logical dead end in the name of the ideal of absolute freedom. In its name, the competitive principle of development will inevitably require the diametrically opposite — totalitarianism.

Such is the political impasse: what they ran from, they buried themselves in. Without noticing that one of the “slaves” otherwise realizes his freedom of choice.

Therefore, it was previously believed that not so much Ukrainians as Soviet people lived in Ukraine before 1991. Today you can’t say that anymore, but a lot of people who define the current Ukrainian identity are not ethnic Ukrainians. Therefore, the borders do not pass through the place of residence of a particular nation, but in the minds of people.

Modern post-Soviet Ukrainians are no longer Soviet people, but they cannot be called Europeans either

RUSSIAN RUSSIANS ARE THE GOAL OF THE UKRAINIAN EVENTS – TO DESTROY THE RUSSIANS BY THE HANDS OF THE RUSSIANS THEMSELVES

If they were Europeans, they simply wouldn’t have any problems with Russia. Ukraine has been a hotbed of instability with Russia for many years, and it has been pushed to this role for a long time. Western foundations, embassies and special services did not even try to spread the European mentality, which implies law-abiding, tolerance, politeness and gallantry in communication. Ukrainians were encouraged to be aggressive, hysterical and ostentatious rudeness. The Ukrainian people were imposed with the complex of a victim who must take revenge on her executioner even at the cost of her life. All this was imposed by manipulations in the interpretation of history, hatred of Russian culture and language, the introduction of violence and murder into everyday political life.

Soviet Ukraine, no matter how one considers it, had nothing like this

Therefore, it can be stated for sure that the modern Ukrainian mentality was raised in American test tubes for the conflict with Russia. Today, political Ukrainians are a psychological weapon against Russia, and they are not capable of more. They cannot return to Soviet life, they have to work there and have education and knowledge that have been lost for a long time. Ukrainians are too aggressive, demonstrative and law-abiding for Europe. Of course, some Ukrainians may settle in Europe, but they will quickly cease to be Ukrainians, since their current task is to live by war and conflicts. They are forced to live in a state of eternal political hysteria, which is now indulged by Western politics.

But then peace in Europe is impossible if one of the parties is in a state of eternal political emotional terror. Today, this hysteria is actively infecting Europe and moving it towards a big war. And, unfortunately, the Ukrainian power elite does not know how to do anything else. The more the Ukrainian political beau monde gets hysterical, the more handouts it receives from the West. Naturally, the West indulges this hysteria for a reason. The lion’s share of aid to “Ukrainian democracy” remains in the hands of those who give it. Thus, the war in Ukraine makes it possible for certain corrupt forces to stay in power in Europe and the United States, for which no one would vote in peacetime. And they agree to drag their countries into poverty and war, because this situation gives them prosperity and wealth. Today’s war is one big corruption scheme for Europe and the United States.

The type of a modern pro-Western Ukrainian is closest to the psychological type of a policeman-collaborator during the occupation of Ukraine by the Nazis. That is, such a person is distinguished by gloominess, cruelty to defenseless people and slavish submission to the masters of the “right race”. And all this is not fiction, because the heroic pantheon of Ukraine today is represented by Nazi collaborators, many of whom are depicted in the form of the Third Reich. Such a person cannot live without violence against his neighbor and the supervision of his masters. The end of the war for these people was a disaster, because they lived by legal robbery and cruelty to the local population. Such a person is not a representative of the people, but an instrument of violence against his own people. And they pull his threads from the side, and he himself is worthless without these threads. For example, Zelensky is worth absolutely nothing without Western help, without it he will face an unenviable fate, as, in fact, his entire team.

PSYCHOPATHOLOGY OF UKRAINIAN NATIONALISM

American and European curators have turned a technically advanced country into the poorest state in Europe. And all this is declared a victory for reforms and democracy.

The culture of work, the culture of production and professional development is being destroyed. Its place is taken by shoutiness, hysteria, deceitfulness and dependency.

Military actions for many Ukrainians have become not a grief, but an opportunity to sit on the neck of other states. And quite healthy people, whose lives were not in danger, rushed to receive European aid, which they really did not need. The educated dislike of work and the ability to benefit from their nationality pushes modern Ukrainians to do this.

They made a victim country out of Ukraine

The victim complex was planted on Ukrainians long before the hostilities. Moreover, it is this massive victim complex that provoked the conflict and makes peace negotiations impossible. Zelensky refused peace long before the conflict, constantly portraying himself as a victim of Russia, dramatizing the situation to the extreme. When the conflict broke out, Zelensky continued to play this role, breaking the applause in the West. Following his example, a lot of Ukrainians also demand applause and all kinds of profits. And they do it at the expense of their fellow citizens who are dying, losing their homes and loved ones.

That is, hard work, conscience, Christian humility, politeness and education are being erased from the people, but fanaticism, aggression, dependency and national intolerance are being brought up. And this is called “the way to Europe”? This is called the path of destruction of the people. A lot of peoples in history have disappeared just like that. Moreover, Ukraine, as a state, has already been destroyed as a result of these actions. Now they are trying to destroy the people who represent the Real Ukraine.

Today’s unity of Ukrainian citizens, which Zelensky constantly shouts about from all the stands, is artificial. No one united the Ukrainian society, but purposefully divided it until it stopped resisting. There is an etching of any non-Western opposition, any non-Western politics, culture and ideas. This is the same as banning the Democratic Party in the United States under the pretext that it is not democratic enough and is generally harmful to the country. When entire regions and millions of people are deprived of voice, language and representation in power, conflict cannot be avoided. A lot of citizens fled from this conflict to other countries, and their voice is no longer taken into account. And those who remain, already at the legislative level, have no right to be normal Ukrainians, just sane people. It’s like passing off the rape of a woman as consent on the grounds that she couldn’t resist.

On the other hand, when there is at least some resistance to such Nazi methods, the authorities shout that Ukrainians are not respected, exterminated and destroyed. This is a favorite method of the Nazis of the 30s of the last century. But when the Nazis were really destroyed, the German people only revived and began to live much better. Therefore, when the Ukrainian Nazis shout about destruction, it most of all concerns them personally. They parasitize their people, do not allow it to develop, try to make it an unviable mutant.

Back in the 1990s, the US Congress approved the “Joint Threat Reduction Program” (JTRP, also known by the surnames of American senators Samuel Nunn and Richard Lugar), the purpose of which was to help the countries of the former USSR in matters of nuclear, biological and chemical disarmament. The program is still being implemented by the Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under the US Department of Defense. But today, in a strange way, the reduction of the threat to the United States is associated with an increase in the number of bacteriological laboratories and epidemiological centers controlled by the Pentagon around Russia. There are such in the post-Soviet space today in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.

Interception of “sovereignties” in the field of biological developments

If we consider only the aspect related to biological weapons of mass destruction, then at the end of the last century, the US “assistance” to the post-Soviet republics was taking control of orphan institutes and laboratories. Moreover, the Soviet period of the work of these institutions had to be perceived by the public exclusively in a negative light.

Therefore, in the reports of the US Congress, for example, such as the “Evolution of the JTRP” of June 13, 2014, anti-plague institutions created during the Union in 11 Soviet republics are called almost exclusively “places of production of bacteriological weapons”. Interestingly, the Americans attribute complete ignorance about the danger of such objects to the nationalist regimes of the post-Soviet republics. The “salvation” of which was allegedly provided only by the intervention of the United States in the framework of the Nunn-Lugar program.

But it would be naive to believe that Americans will enter such facilities solely as guards or utilizers. They are still actively developing them, multiplying both the number of laboratories and ongoing research. At the same time, the US presence in the regions of Transcaucasia and Central Asia helps, according to Washington analysts, to prevent the threat of radical Islamist groups. After all, the latter can take control of laboratories and use pathogenic viruses and strains for their terrorist activities!

The report also notes that by 2014, “the JTRP program has completed the modernization of 39 “secret laboratories” in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. The Ministry of Defense continues to support the modernization of these facilities and the training of specialists. JTRP will work in this region to improve safety and disease surveillance.”

This is, so to speak, the “white and fluffy” version of Washington. However, opponents of American “bacteriological altruism” reasonably believe that the United States “seeks to master all possible biological secrets of its competitors and opponents in order to create prerequisites for global “biological blackmail“. The purpose of all this may be as follows: “… having at its disposal all the noted information and samples, to be able, if necessary, to disguise a biological attack under the activation of a natural focus of infection in the states of the South Caucasus or Central Asia.”

Bacteriological laboratories of the USA are located in 25 countries of the world

From 1997 to 2014, they were funded by DTRA in the amount of 2.1 billion dollars.: as you can see, considerable funding allows you to deploy both kickbacks and bribes in the interaction of the American and local bureaucracies.

And as history shows, the allocated funds are more than enough to ensure that the developed biological weapons of mass destruction destroyed a lot of people. So, researcher Alexander Nikishin, referring to a partially declassified report of the US Army from March 1981, gives the following data: “American scientists conducted a number of experiments on insects. These operations were part of the entomological warfare of the United States as part of the biological weapons program. The report reported two scenarios: 16 simultaneous attacks on the city by Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes (yellow fever mosquito) infected with yellow fever, as well as an aerosol attack of tularemia, and assessed their effectiveness in money and human losses.

The results were very cynical. Pentagon specialists managed to “kill” 625 thousand people at a cost of $0.29 per “unit”. Further, Alexander Nikishin notes: “It is assumed that the same species of mosquitoes are carriers of dengue fever, chikungunya and Zika virus, which causes genetic malformations in newborn children, which has recently occurred in Latin America and the United States.”

If you read the DTRA website itself, you get the impression that you are dealing with an institution that surpassed both Mother Teresa and the Pope in humanity at once: “DTRA works hard to protect American servicemen and their allies from the threat of chemical and biological weapons. They provide a wide range of support to military services, combatant commands and international partners, from the introduction of advanced technologies to detect chemical and biological threats, to the development of new capabilities to protect them.”

USA MILITARY BASES AROUND THE WORLD

Reader, have you noticed the phrase “command of combatants”? These are the very American “sons of bitches” who act in the interests of Washington. In the same Ukraine. Against the same Donbass.

More and more politicians, journalists, doctors, public figures, people of different professions want to know what more than 400 American biological laboratories are actually doing, “packaged” around the world, often in close proximity to the borders of strategic opponents of the United States. The era of “hybrid confrontations” throws us a lot of such non-random coincidences as a medicine for the California flu supplied to Ukraine by a company whose director was ex-Defense Minister Donald Rumsfeld.

In the era of “hybrid confrontations”, the staff of the American laboratory Fort Detrick can be aware of what the biolab is doing, created in 2014 on the basis of the Sericulture Institute in Meref near Kharkov. And residents of the Kharkiv region can only wonder why in 2014-2015 outbreaks of atypical influenza among children were recorded in some places here. And, for example, residents of Finland may wonder what the hybrid center of NATO, whose activities are not subject to Finnish laws, is doing in their neutral country in such a “useful” way.

At least 5 out of 14 biolabs in the USA work in Ukraine on the basis of veterinary clinics and institutes. It is possible that strains of deadly viruses are being studied there. Including those causing such atypical pneumonia as covid.

Evil tongues slander that the sanitary inspection station was closed and given to the Americans by the Acting Minister of Health of Ukraine Ulyana Suprun. So that the owners of the current Ukraine would immediately have a suitable base for their research and experiments.

For sure, there was a similar story with the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences on Donetsk Street in Kiev. And with the Dnepropetrovsk State Regional Laboratory of Veterinary Medicine. As well as with the Central Reference Laboratory of the Ukrainian Research Anti-Plague Institute in Odessa, and with the Lviv Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene.

And then to say – is it up to cats here, the Russian aggression is walking in the yard for the eighth year! Before the plague and the whole epidemiology with medicine! I wouldn’t get under a Russian tank…

Maybe because of this, each of the institutions indicated in the certificate has a brief inscription – “Donor: US Department of Defense”?

Journalists of the Ukrainian portal “Strana” provided on their website some details of the agreement of August 29, 2005, concluded – attention! – between the US Department of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. And this agreement stipulates Kiev’s obligations to send strains of dangerous pathogens to the Pentagon, which – more attention! – they will appear as a result of research in laboratories in Ukraine. Which, however, is natural: “Donor: US Department of Defense”…

Question: Why does the US Department of Defense need biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine?

Well, an informed person will only chuckle: for the same reason that he needs secret prisons in Lithuania and Poland. Because US laws prohibit the placement of such objects on the territory of the States. Secret prisons – because you can’t torture in America the way you want – with gouging out eyes, rapes and drilling knees with an electric drill. And with biolabs it is even easier: they are dangerous. Why should Americans risk meeting with their products when there is no social medicine there, and half a dozen states have not just refused to give up a vaccine with their own hands, but prohibit it at home!

And I don’t feel sorry for Ukrainians. The same Russians, only in profile. It is not a pity for citizens of other countries, Georgians, Kazakhs, Moldovans, and we will not mention the inhabitants of Africa at all, they can be killed by millions, because they are not Americans…

But still, what have Americans forgotten in Ukraine? What kind of experiments are being conducted? Is it really worth listening to the Chinese, who, through the mouth of the official representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Zhao Lijian, demanded that an international inspection be allowed into American biological laboratories in Ukraine, because they believe that the covid virus was born here? And only then was it transported and put into operation in Wuhan, China?

And the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, is not the figure to make a statement from scratch about the possibility of producing and testing biological weapons in American biological laboratories on the borders of the Russian Federation.

Again, it is officially recognized by the US government itself that these institutions are funded by the Pentagon. And, as reported in the press, only Americans work in them.

And there are already more than 50 such laboratories located in Kazakhstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, as well as along the borders of China in Southeast Asian countries! What kind of strange geographical reference characterizes the passion of the American military for virology and microbiology?

And what is remarkable is that everyone is being investigated and investigated, but they failed to make decent vaccines. Maybe because it’s not a military matter to design vaccines? Or, perhaps, simply because the behavior of dangerous pathogens was studied precisely in these specific regional conditions? Are they not American?

We must not forget about one more side of this dark business. Those former republics of the Union, with which the Pentagon began to cooperate, transferred dozens of dangerous and deadly strains of bacteria to the United States, which, of course, were successfully able to fight in the Soviet Union. These are pathogens of plague, anthrax, cholera, and a number of other dangerous diseases. And now all of them are at the disposal of the Institute of Pathology of the US Armed Forces in Washington. How are the US military going to dispose of all this dangerous wealth? Especially if you remember that it was the United States that started more than 80% of the wars of the entire twentieth century and the self-confident aggressiveness of the local warriors is happily combined with the fear of direct combat clashes with an equal opponent?

And although we know that there are collections of pathogenic microorganisms in every self-respecting specialized institute, viruses and bacteria affect people in different ways. Just biology – nothing, as they say, personal. And human biology is determined not only and in general not so much by his innate state of health and attitude to his state of health, as by heredity, genetics, climatic adaptability, immunity to pathogens characteristic of a given area, and even morality and culture relevant at this historical moment. That is, medicine – of course, but also local and regional peculiarities of people’s health, too, any decent doctor always takes into account.

Well, since this phenomenon exists, then you can think about developing such biological or genetic effects on this population group so that these effects affect only it and would be harmless to everyone else. Why didn’t the Americans unleash a biological war? Because it’s not a selective weapon. So covid-19, whether it is of natural origin or artificial, has shown this.

And here it becomes extremely curious why – returning to geography – Americans put their biolabs around Russia and China. The genome of a Russian person was deciphered back in 2009; genomes are now generally deciphered on the stream. Russian and Ukrainian are genetically the same thing. I mean – according to statistics, of course. Because genetic affiliation has nothing to do with nationality: nationality is a sense of self, and genetics comes from ancestors. But for the most part, the genetics of the Russian ethnic group differs only in an insignificant fraction of a percent from the genetics of the Ukrainian or Belarusian ethnic group – so little that it is necessary to talk about one ethnic group.

And if so, then what an abyss of experimental possibilities opens up for inquisitive minds who wished, for example, to introduce some small genetic correction into this large all-Russian ethnos! This ethnic group is killing in the long run. Or – since this is a long way, for generations – on the contrary, to withdraw. To bring out such a strain of virus that fatally affects only this ethnic group? That’s how much experimental material for this lives in Ukraine! Or – while he lives?

U.S. BIOCHEMICAL LABORATORIES FUNDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

In Georgia, the main laboratory supervised by the Americans is the Richard Lugar Center, a central research (reference) laboratory (CRL) operating since 2011, opened on the basis of a former anti–plague station in Alekseevka on the outskirts of Tbilisi, right next to the international airport. The PR specialists of the Lugar Center constantly have to fend off the attacks of the media: “At the same time, over the past decade and a half, the republic has experienced one epidemic after another: the avian flu, the African plague.”

But the lab insists: it’s a coincidence. “There is nothing secret. We only conduct scientific research. We invite our Russian colleagues to come and work together,” said Amiran Gamkrelidze, Director of the Center for Disease Control.” By the way, in Russia, some researchers believe that African swine fever (ASF) came to the territory of the Russian Federation from Georgia.

It is also unclear how Georgian epidemiologists are going to explain the following fact. In 2007, Georgia changed its policy on compulsory annual vaccination against anthrax. Despite the outbreak of the latter, vaccination of the population has not been carried out for seven years. As a result, the incidence of anthrax peaked in 2013, and NATO began human trials of a new anthrax vaccine at the Lugar Center in Georgia.

The State Veterinary Service of Ukraine reported that the laboratories have not been put into operation, there are no design and reporting documentation, certificates of work performed. According to the agreed opinion of the State Veterinary Service and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, it is impractical to continue the project.

Among the final tasks and activities are listed including:

• promotion of joint research projects in the field of biosafety and biosecurity;
  introduction of molecular diagnostics technologies;
  integration of the pathogenic pathogen control system (transmitted by the USA).

Within the framework of joint biological research projects, it is reported that first pathogens are obliged to consolidate in a single central reference laboratory, and then the weakened strains are transported outside the laboratory for research purposes.

In addition, the document lists brief information about the contractor and beneficiaries of the project: contact person, address, obligations under the contract, etc.

The document is an appeal from the Head of the Threat Reduction Department at the US Embassy in Ukraine to the State Tax Inspectorate of Ukraine. The appeal notifies that all purchases of goods and services carried out by Black&Veatch for the tasks of the Threat Reduction Department (in particular, within the framework of the Program to Prevent the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) are carried out in a preferential tax regime.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has revealed the scheme of movement of biomaterial from US laboratories in Ukraine (documents)

The financing of military biological activities allowed the United States and its allies to export at least 16 thousand biological samples outside Ukraine.

— So, in accordance with the UP-8 project in Lviv, Kharkiv, Odessa and Kiev, blood samples were taken from 4,000 servicemen for antibodies to hantaviruses, 400 for the presence of antibodies to the Congo-Crimean fever virus.

— Such a large-scale screening of the natural immunity of the population was probably carried out in order to select the biological agents most dangerous for the population of a certain region.

— Analysis of the documentation shows that not only tissue samples and human blood serum were exported abroad, but also dangerous pathogens, as well as their carriers. Thus, more than 10 thousand samples were sent to the Lugar Center in Georgia. Among the recipients are also: reference laboratories in the UK, the Leffler Institute in Germany.

SCHEME OF MOVEMENT OF BIOMATERIAL FROM UKRAINE TO OTHER COUNTRIES

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has shown a scheme by which the United States exercises control over biological laboratories in Ukraine

The incoming materials allow us to trace the scheme of interaction of US government agencies with Ukrainian biological objects. Attention is drawn to the involvement in the financing of these activities of structures close to the current leadership of the United States, in particular the Rosemont Seneca investment fund, which is headed by Hunter Biden.

— At the same time, the foundation has a close relationship with the main contractors of the US military department, including Metabiota, which, along with Black and Veach, is the main supplier of equipment for Pentagon biolabs around the world.

— The scale of the program is impressive. In addition to the military department, the US Agency for International Development, the George Soros Foundation, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention are directly involved in its implementation.

— Scientific supervision is carried out by leading research organizations, including the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which is developing nuclear weapons as part of the Manhattan Project.

— All this activity is carried out under the full control of the Pentagon.

COORDINATION OF BIOLOGICAL LABORATORIES AND RESEARCH INSTITUTES OF UKRAINE WITH THE USA

One of the tasks of this project was to identify the burial sites of dead animals, the selection of soil samples from anthrax cattle burial grounds.

— This project is one of the priorities of American customers, while the causative agent of anthrax is characterized by high damaging ability and resistance in the environment.

— The interest of American military biologists in the study of insect vectors in the locations of animal burial grounds is also not accidental – apparently, they analyzed the results of the outbreak of anthrax in Yamal in 2016, during which cases of transmissible transmission of the disease through flies and horseflies were recorded.

— Given that the epidemic situation with anthrax in Ukraine remains safe, the question arises about the need for research conducted by the Pentagon and their true goals.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has revealed the contents of documents found in secret Ukrainian biological laboratories after American specialists escaped from there. There, as one might expect, was a full assortment: pathogens of anthrax, plague, cholera, diphtheria. All this was stored in commodity quantities and was successfully destroyed when fleeing.

The Ukrainian Scientific and Technological Center (UNTC) was a distribution center for grants for conducting research of interest to the Pentagon, including in the field of biological weapons.

The documents confirm the connection of the UNTC with the American military department. The slide shows the official recommendation of the US State Department approving the cooperation of the UNTC with the main contractor of the Pentagon – the company “Black & Veatch”. The correspondence expresses the readiness of the vice-president of this company, Matthew Webber, to work with the UNTC within the framework of military biological research conducted on the territory of Ukraine.

The post of executive director of the UNTC is occupied by a US citizen Curtis Belayach, born in 1968. He was born in California and studied at the California University of Management. Anderson. He has a Master’s degree in International Finance and has been working in Ukraine since 1994.

The Chairman of the Board of the UNTC from the EU is Eddie Arthur Mayer. From the United States, the work of the center is supervised by Phil Dolliff, who holds the position of Deputy Adviser to the Secretary of State for International Security and nonproliferation programs of weapons of mass destruction in the State Department.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has a correspondence from the vice president of this company, Matthew Webber, where he expresses his readiness to work with the UNTC in the framework of military biological research conducted on the territory of Ukraine. In total, in the period from 2014 to 2022, more than five hundred research projects were implemented by the UNTC in the post-Soviet countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaijan).

THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF THE UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER (UNTC)

The American curators were primarily interested in dual-use research, for example, Project 6166 “Development of technologies for modeling, assessing and predicting the impact of conflicts and threats of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”, project 9601 “Transfer of Ukrainian technologies for the production of complex dual-use materials to the European Union”.

Many of them are aimed at studying potential agents of biological weapons (plague, tularemia) and pathogens of economically significant infections (pathogenic avian influenza, African swine fever). Directly in the interests of the military department, the Center funded projects P-364, 444 and 781 aimed at studying the spread of pathogens of dangerous infections through insect vectors, wild birds, and bats. The document prepared by the curators of the UNTC dated March 11, 2022, emphasizes the main activity of this organization.

Study of the spread of dangerous infections by waterways of Ukraine

Ukrainian specialists, under the supervision of American scientists, systematically conducted water sampling in a number of major rivers of Ukraine, including the Dnieper, Danube, Dniester, as well as in the North Crimean Canal.

The aim was to establish the presence of particularly dangerous pathogens, including pathogens of cholera, typhoid fever, hepatitis A and E, and to draw conclusions about the possibility of their spread by water. Within the framework of project 3007, the damaging properties of the selected samples were evaluated, and the strains themselves were deposited in the collection and subsequently exported to the USA.

STUDY OF THE SPREAD OF PATHOGENS OF DANGEROUS INFECTIONS BY WATERWAYS OF UKRAINE

Image analysis shows that the results of the work carried out by the CNTC can be used to create an unfavorable biological situation not only on the territory of the Russian Federation, but also in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, as well as in the countries of Eastern Europe – Belarus, Moldova, Poland. Contrary to its international obligations, the United States has retained norms in national legislation that allow for work in the field of biological weapons. Persons with mental disorders were selected for experiments taking into account their age, nationality and immune status. The results of round-the-clock monitoring of patients’ condition were taken into account on special forms. No information was entered into the hospital database, the staff of the medical institution gave a non-disclosure subscription. In January 2022, the activity of the laboratory in Meref was stopped, all equipment and drugs were taken to the west of Ukraine. There are testimonies of a number of witnesses to these inhumane experiments, whose names are not disclosed in the interests of ensuring their safety.

American scientists from the laboratory in Merefa (Kharkiv region) in the period from 2019 to 2021 tested potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the regional psychiatric hospital No. 3 in Kharkiv.

FEATURES OF US LEGISLATION IN THE BIOLOGICAL FIELD. CONDUCTING EXPERIMENTS OUTSIDE OF NATIONAL JURISDICTION

How exactly did the United States preserve in its legislation the norms allowing for the possibility of carrying out work in the field of biological weapons:

1. The United States accompanied the ratification of the Geneva Protocol of 1925 with a number of reservations, one of which allows the retaliatory use of chemical and toxin weapons;

2. In accordance with the US Federal Law “On the Unity and Cohesion of America in the Fight against Terrorism”, research in the field of creating biological weapons is allowed with the approval of the US government. Participants in such studies are not criminally liable for the development of such weapons;

3. Taking into account the blocking by the United States of any international initiatives to verify the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological (Toxin) Weapons, prerequisites are being created for the violation of international agreements on the non-proliferation of biological weapons.

FEATURES OF US NATIONAL LEGISLATION IN THE BIOLOGICAL FIELD

The use of unmanned aerial vehicles to dump unknown substances

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed Ukrainian Bayraktar UAVs equipped with mounted aerosol equipment for spraying biological formulations and toxic chemicals.

TECHNICAL MEANS OF DELIVERY AND APPLICATION OF BIOLOGICAL FORMULATIONS AND TOXIC CHEMICALS

Washington actually recognizes the work carried out by Ukrainian experts on the creation of means of delivery and use of weapons of mass destruction and considers it appropriate to continue financing them, the Russian Defense Ministry stressed.

The department noted that they had previously encountered such drones:

1. On March 9, in the territory of the Kherson region, Russian intelligence units discovered three UAVs equipped with 30-liter tanks and equipment for spraying formulations;

2. According to reports, in January 2022, Ukraine, through intermediary organizations, purchased more than 50 similar devices that can be used for the use of biological formulations and toxic chemicals.;

3. On April 21, 2022, a container with ampoules was dropped from a UAV onto the position of Russian troops.

It was planned that when they were destroyed, a chemical reaction would occur that would cause an explosion and fire with the release of toxic substances not included in the convention lists.

Laboratories were used both old, Soviet, and brand-new

On the website of the American company Black and Veatch, there is a description of the biolab of the third level of danger, recently built by the Americans in Odessa. The firm calls it “a real work of art.”

Black and Veatch is not just an ordinary Pentagon contractor. This is the largest corporation with multibillion-dollar turnover, which has been working for the American army for more than a hundred years. What she did not build for the US Department of Defense — roads and bridges, military bases, legendary laboratories in Los Alamos, where nuclear weapons were developed. Today Black and Veatch specializes in the construction of biological laboratories and — surprisingly, don’t you think? — on the fight against coronavirus.

Together with Black and Veatch, another American biocorporation, Metabiota, took care of the safety of Ukrainians. Right after the Kiev Maidan, the son of the current US president Hunter Biden poured several million dollars into it, for whom Ukraine became just a hereditary patrimony: here he traded access to his dad’s body for years.

The head of Metabiota, Edward Rubin, works closely with the boss of the EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Dashak. They speak at the same conferences, are published in the same scientific collections, and sit together in the leadership of a new ambitious project to collect dangerous viruses Global Virome.

Yes, yes, you were not mistaken, this is the same Dashak whom the Americans suspect that he either designed or released the coronavirus.

It is not surprising in this situation that experiments with bat coronavirus were actively conducted in Ukrainian laboratories. All of them were sponsored by the US Department of Defense’s Office of Military Threat Reduction DTRA. This is the main patron and customer of all biological laboratories in the former republics of the USSR.

As in the entire post-Soviet space, the Americans conducted experiments in Ukraine under the slogan of concern for security. The result was paradoxical. In 2014, Biden Jr.’s company Rosemont Seneca, in company with other investors, credited $30 million to the Metabiota account.

And right there in Ukraine, some incomprehensible outbreaks of forgotten diseases begin, which the Soviet government put an end to a long time ago. Measles, diphtheria, tuberculosis, polio. Cases of deaths of Ukrainian servicemen from some kind of incomprehensible infection. Well, in general, everything is like the Georgian brothers, where 73 people died in Lugar’s laboratory during experiments on people.

It would seem that after such tricks, the authorities of the Independent should have somehow stopped this outrage. But no, the cooperation of Ukrainian medicine and the American military was only getting stronger. The page on the website of the American Embassy in Ukraine has not yet been worn out, where it is stated that the US Department of Defense is helping Ukrainians fight the coronavirus. It just sounds like a black joke.

Victoria Nuland, not the last person in Washington, openly confirmed the existence of American biological laboratories in Ukraine. But it was urgently refuted by representatives of the White House. They see perfectly well that secret experiments with dangerous viruses and bacteria, the destruction and movement of containers with deadly contents raise big questions about how the United States complies with the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons.

But here new problems loom

Firstly, the United States does not allow anyone to control whether they comply with the convention at all. This is the only country out of all the participants that simply said that it would not let anyone into its laboratories, and that’s it. Secondly, the Pentagon deliberately places laboratories on the territory of third countries. There you can ensure complete secrecy — as it was in Ukraine — and get rid of the surveillance of any regulatory authorities, even the American ones.

And finally, the convention, which is observed by all decent countries of the world, will be fifty years old this year. It is hopelessly outdated. During this time, there have been many ways to bypass it.

The American military is not without reason so fond of experiments with viruses. There was no genetic modification fifty years ago and, accordingly, there was no way to edit the virus so that it was transmitted from animals to humans. Well, the Pentagon began to send its combat zoologists and virologists around the world. They are looking for new dangerous viruses in wild animals, and before they passed to humans. Then they are moved to the laboratory — and the “editing” begins.

The whole operation with the bat coronavirus is completely on this line, no matter what they tell us about unsanitary conditions in Chinese markets. The Russian military has just received evidence that similar dangerous experiments were conducted in Ukrainian laboratories. But this is not just a violation of the Biological weapons Convention. Considering that the experimental here was the population of Ukraine, which was “treated” for the coronavirus by the US Department of Defense, here, probably, it is already possible to talk about a violation of the Nuremberg Convention? About crimes against humanity?

In total, there are thirty American biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine. They are located in the largest cities of the country — Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv, Lviv. Exposing the whole of humanity to monstrous danger, the US military practically “mined” the territory of Ukraine. What will the hit of a single projectile lead to in such an unexploded laboratory?

About this danger hanging over the whole world, it would be necessary to speak from the highest tribunes. Moreover, this infernal machine is only gaining momentum. The US military departments are paying for more and more large-scale experiments to search for deadly viruses in the wild and strengthen their functions.

Take the same Peter Dashak — so much compromising material has been posted about him. In a good way, the competent authorities of the United States should be dealing with them today. But he wasn’t even suspended from working with pathogens. Most recently, the US Department of Defense gave him new grants for further search for viruses in animals.

Not only that, he sat down in the leadership of the Global Virome project and set out to discover as many as five hundred thousand new, as yet unexplored viruses in nature. And again, millions go to this case from the US military departments.

Even the Americans themselves were afraid of what virologists in uniform were bringing them from their expeditions. “Apologists of the virus hunt, which involves the search, transportation, storage of the most dangerous pathogens and experiments with them, claim that this is all done to prevent epidemics,” Intercept journalists cautiously argue. — Others warn that the search for deadly viruses that have not yet been transmitted from animals to humans does not help us prevent epidemics or cope with them. On the contrary, he provokes them.”

Previously, the barrier to the use of bioweapons was considered to be that it causes no less harm to its own population than to someone else’s. But it seems that the US military has already stopped bothering with such nonsense. From the very beginning, it was obvious that the elderly, the sick, and the poor have a risk of dying from coronavirus. What kind of sympathy is possible for them? White and black trash, benefit eaters, ghetto dwellers. It is no wonder that more than a million Americans died from the coronavirus. The vast majority of them were social ballast, on which American elites are so fond of experimenting.

Today, one of the main directions of the experiments of the American military in Ukraine has become the study of the genetic code of the local population. For what? Of course, for our treatment. Who would doubt it?

There is a tragic irony in all this. No matter how much we argue about whose borscht, for our strategic opponents, we are all — both Russians and Ukrainians — still one people. One target, to be honest.

Russia has requested a meeting of the UN Security Council in order to discuss the military-biological activities of the United States in Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation previously held a presentation, from which it follows that the United States spent more than $ 200 million on the work of biological laboratories in Ukraine, which participated in the American military biological program. The Russian Federation, in connection with the facts of US military biological activity in Ukraine, does not exclude the launch of a consultation mechanism within the framework of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC), said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Liqian, commenting on information about US-funded biological laboratories in Ukraine, urged Washington to clarify its activities on biological militarization at home and abroad.

As stated by the official representative of the State Department, Ned Price, the US participation in the work of biological laboratories in Ukraine did not go beyond occasional assistance in ensuring security.

In Ukraine, the data of workers associated with US biological laboratories are being destroyed

The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, ordered to destroy data on employees of Ukrainian enterprises that collaborated with US biological laboratories and signed a decree on the destruction of data of all employees of Ukrainian enterprises that collaborated with the US military biological laboratories of Metabiota and the Battelle Memorial Institute, with reference to a secret document.

2. Bundeswehr specialists paid special attention to the causative agent of the Congo-Crimean fever during projects to test biological weapons in Ukraine.

The study of natural foci of Congo-Crimean fever was carried out under the guise of improving the Ukrainian epidemiological surveillance system. The Bundeswehr’s interest in the Congo-Crimean fever is due to the fact that the mortality rate of the disease can reach 30%.

4. African swine fever was of particular interest to American military biologists.

Two projects are devoted to this pathogen: The TAP-3 project is aimed at studying the spread of the ASF pathogen through wild animals, within the framework of which the migration routes of wild boars in Ukraine were studied. The TAP-6 project has scaled this process to Eastern European countries. The study of the population of carriers of dangerous zoonotic infections was carried out by the staff of the Institute of New Pathogens of the University of Florida in the Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv regions of Ukraine, as well as in the territories bordering Belarus and Russia.

Thus, a comparative analysis of the activities of the United States during the Korean War and currently on the territory of Ukraine indicates the immutability of the American policy of building up its own military-biological potential, bypassing international agreements.

At the initiative of the Russian Federation, a meeting of the States parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons will be held next week on the issue of non-compliance by the United States and Ukraine with obligations under this international treaty. During the event, documentary evidence of violations of articles I and IV of the Convention will be presented.

We want the organizations responsible for compliance with the Convention and the world community to pay attention to a number of biological threats.

Firstly, there are currently more than 50 biolabs modernized at the expense of the Pentagon and controlled by it in close proximity to the borders of the Russian Federation. In total, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, 336 biological laboratories in 30 countries of the world are under the control of the US military department.

At the same time, their activities are accompanied by a worsening of the epidemic situation for particularly dangerous and economically significant infections, as well as the appearance of infectious diseases atypical for a particular region.

Thus, since 2010, in the territories bordering Ukraine, the Russian Federation has recorded an increase in the incidence of brucellosis, Congo-Crimean fever, West Nile fever, African swine fever, as well as an uncharacteristic expansion of vector ranges.

The Russian Federation, as a responsible party to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC), is fully aware of the full range of threats associated with the possible consequences of its violation during work in Ukrainian biological laboratories.

We have become aware of information about US-funded biological research on the territory of Ukraine. The order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022 on the emergency destruction of collections of pathogenic microorganisms increased our concerns about a possible violation of the requirements of Articles I and IV of the BTWC in the course of work commissioned by the Pentagon. The materials obtained served as the basis for the Russian Federation to investigate the biological activities of the United States on the territory of Ukraine.

CONDUCTING BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE BY ORDER OF THE PENTAGON

Research in Ukrainian biological laboratories was carried out in accordance with the Agreement “On Cooperation in preventing the spread of pathogens, technologies and knowledge that can be used in the development of biological weapons” of 2005 between the US Military Department and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

INCONSISTENCY OF UKRAINIAN PROJECTS WITH CURRENT HEALTH PROBLEMS

Total U.S. spending on biological programs in Ukraine exceeded $ 250 million

The work was coordinated by the Department of Threat Reduction of the US Department of Defense (DATA), the research was conducted in secrecy with limited access of Ukrainian specialists to information and premises.

At present, we are witnessing a change in the tactics of the American administration in an attempt to take out of harm’s way this department, whose activities have become the subject of international proceedings. So, according to available information, the functions of the customer of military biological programs in the Central Asian region have been transferred to civilian specialized organizations, whose work will be under the control of the US Navy service, which is the most closed structure.

In addition, the Pentagon intends to transfer the unfinished programs in Ukraine to other post-Soviet countries as soon as possible, as well as to Eastern European states (such as Bulgaria, the Czech Republic) and the Baltic states.

THE SCHEME OF MOVEMENT OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS FROM UKRAINE TO OTHER COUNTRIES

The expansion of the network of biological laboratories, on the basis of which it is possible to create and store components of biological weapons, poses a threat to the military security of the Russian Federation. Unlike nuclear weapons, which the United States places on the territory of NATO partner countries, such a policy of the Alliance in the biological sphere allows it to approach our borders uncontrollably. This is the first thing we would like to focus on.

Secondly, the direction of the work carried out by the Pentagon does not correspond to the current health problems of Ukraine, the main of which are socially significant diseases: measles, rubella, tuberculosis, AIDS.

At the same time, American customers are interested in a completely different nomenclature, namely: cholera, tularemia, plague, Congo-Crimean fever, hantaviruses. These pathogens were studied within the framework of the so-called Ukrainian projects “Yu-Pi” and “Tep”. The interest of US military biologists is due to the fact that these pathogens have natural foci both on the territory of Ukraine and in Russia, and their use can be disguised as natural outbreaks of diseases.

The activities of biological laboratories and the program of the so-called “reform” of the Ukrainian healthcare system implemented by the United States have led to an uncontrolled increase in the incidence of particularly dangerous and economically significant infections. On the territory of Ukraine, an increase in the number of cases of rubella, diphtheria, tuberculosis is recorded. The incidence of measles has increased more than 100 times. The situation with African swine fever has deteriorated significantly, the total losses of the agricultural industry in Eastern European countries from this disease exceeded 2.4 billion. euro.

Within the framework of the fight against infectious diseases declared by the US military department in Ukraine and ensuring sanitary and epidemic well-being, humanitarian assistance is not provided, vaccination of the population and treatment of the sick are not carried out.

Moreover, the volume of measles and rubella vaccination activities decreased by 70% compared to 2008. This raises the question of the true goals of the research.

The third. We have repeatedly stressed that one of the priority tasks of Ukrainian laboratories is to collect and send to the United States strains of pathogens of dangerous infectious diseases – cholera, anthrax, tularemia. At the same time, the movement of pathogens was not controlled within the framework of WHO, BTWC or other international institutions.

In accordance with the Act of checking the collection of strains of microorganisms at the Scientific Research Anti-Plague Institute named after In Odessa, 654 containers with the causative agent of anthrax, 422 containers with the causative agent of cholera were stored. The document notes that there is no need to contain a large number of test tubes with the same strains. At the same time, the nomenclature and the accumulated number of dangerous pathogens call into question the preventive, protective or other peaceful nature of the activities carried out.

According to the testimony of one of the employees, the collection of the Odessa Institute was exported to the USA in February 2022. Taking into account the fact that 46 laboratories participated in the American program, the total number of exported strains may be more than ten thousand.

The available documents confirm numerous cases of transfer abroad from Ukraine of human tissue samples and serum, as well as dangerous pathogens and their carriers. The United States and its allies managed to export at least 16 thousand bioassays outside Ukraine, which creates risks of transferring sensitive genetic information abroad, as well as threats to biological security not only for Ukraine, but also for all those regions where the samples were transferred.

Fourthly, in accordance with the available documents, within the framework of the Yu-Pi-8 project, blood samples were taken from four thousand servicemen in Lviv, Kharkiv, Odessa and Kiev for antibodies to hantaviruses, from four hundred for the presence of antibodies to the Congo-Crimean fever virus. Such a large-scale immunity screening could be carried out in order to assess the susceptibility of the population of the region to certain biological agents.

Attention is drawn to the decision signed by the head of the Ethics Committee of the Center for Public Health of Ukraine on June 12, 2019 within the framework of this project. The document testifies to the conduct of research with an unknown risk to the life and health of the participants, as well as the concealment of the identity of the subjects. The research program of this project assumes only a standard procedure for blood sampling.

TESTING OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS ON MILITARY PERSONNEL AND SOCIALLY UNPROTECTED CATEGORIES OF UKRAINIAN CITIZENS

It is necessary to think about what consequences for the life of the tests we are talking about, if the document prescribes, quote “… minor incidents with volunteers must be reported to the US Bioethics Committee 72 hours after the incident, and serious ones, including the death of the subjects – within 24 hours …”?

We do not exclude that the official research program is just a “visible part of the iceberg”, while in practice, volunteers were infected with the Congo–Crimean fever virus, hantaviruses and the causative agent of leptospirosis.

The facts of conducting tests on military personnel and socially unprotected categories of Ukrainian citizens are confirmed by the testimony of eyewitnesses interviewed as part of the parliamentary investigation conducted in the Russian Federation.

Fifth. There is information about the development and patenting in the United States of technical means of delivery and use of biological weapons based on UAVs. Thus, the US Patent and Trademark Agency issued document No. 8,967,029 for an unmanned aerial vehicle for the spread of infected insects in the air. The description of the patent states that with the help of this device, enemy troops can be destroyed or disabled without risk to US military personnel.

As you know, in accordance with American law, a patent in the United States cannot be granted in the absence of a real device. Thus, it can be concluded that the container as a means of delivering biological agents was developed and produced.

Taking into account the development in the United States of technical means of delivery and the use of biological weapons, Ukraine’s interest in the supply of unmanned aerial vehicles is of particular concern.

We have at our disposal confirmation of Ukraine’s request to the Turkish manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles “Bayraktar” dated December 15, 2021 on the possibility of equipping this UAV with systems and mechanisms for spraying aerosols with a capacity of more than 20 liters.

TECHNICAL MEANS OF DELIVERY OF BIOLOGICAL FORMULATIONS AND TOXIC CHEMICALS

With a UAV flight range of up to 300 km and equipped with biological formulations, a real threat of large-scale use of biological weapons on the territory of the Russian Federation is created.

In this regard, the question arises: for what purpose did the United States develop and patent technical means of delivering biological weapons and what is the reason for Ukraine’s interest in acquiring such technical means?

And of particular concern, along with the Pentagon’s supervision of biological research, is the fact that since 2001 the United States has blocked any international initiatives to verify the BTWC. This excludes the possibility of checking the activities of laboratories both in the United States and outside of national jurisdiction.

Since 2016, the moment the implementation of Ukrainian law enforcement projects began, the United States and Ukraine have deliberately kept silent about them in the annual reporting on the implementation of the Convention as part of confidence–building measures, despite their obvious military-biological orientation. The documents do not reflect the financing of Ukrainian laboratories by the US military department. Such secrecy, as well as the secrecy of sensitive information, is another reason to think about the true goals of the Pentagon.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION AND STOCKPILING OF BACTERIOLOGICAL (BIOLOGICAL) AND TOXIC WEAPONS AND THEIR DESTRUCTION

The Russian Federation has consistently made efforts to create a legally binding mechanism for verifying the BTWC

The measures proposed by a number of countries to strengthen the Convention, in particular the initiative of France on voluntary visits to biological laboratories, while attractive, do not provide comprehensive monitoring of their activities.

The lack of clear verification procedures, as well as control lists of microorganisms and toxins, allows Western countries, led by the United States, to subjectively interpret the provisions of the BTWC. I would like to remind you that the collective West ignores the so-called “ten principle”. In accordance with this principle, the decision should be made taking into account an alternative point of view, even if it is expressed by only one State.

A good example is the OPCW (Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons) site, where the decision to grant attributive powers to the organization was made at the request of the United States, contrary to the opinion of most countries. Such a mechanism allows you to “fabricate” the necessary evidence and appoint the perpetrators at your discretion, which has already been repeatedly implemented during investigations of chemical incidents in Syria.

We believe that there is a need to review the approaches to decision-making in the investigation of chemical and biological incidents at the UN Security Council site.

After the unfulfilled promises of the collective West about the non-proliferation of NATO to the East, we have no right to take the word of the US assurances about the peaceful nature of the biological research conducted by the Pentagon.

DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE STATED AND TRUE GOALS OF THE PENTAGON IN CONDUCTING BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH

The Russian Federation has repeatedly appealed to the United States and Ukraine on various international platforms with a request to clarify the following questions: why the work was carried out specifically by order of the Pentagon, and their subject matter did not correspond to current health problems in Ukraine; what the Americans were hiding by carrying out work in conditions of secrecy and restricting access to information and premises by Ukrainian specialists; why were strains of pathogenic microorganisms – potential agents of biological weapons and biomaterials of Ukrainian citizens exported from the territory of Ukraine without a clear declared purpose; why were the facts of cooperation in the military-biological sphere kept silent in international reporting under the BTWC, and the United States has been blocking the development of its verification mechanism since 2001; why are US officials, including Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, so concerned about the possibility of transferring the results of the activities of the US Department of Defense in Ukraine and the materials in biological laboratories under the control of Russian specialists?

We have voiced only a part of the issues that cause us extreme concern

Meanwhile, we would like to answer the question why the research was conducted outside the national territory ourselves.

In a memorandum prepared by the US State Department in order to address Russian concerns expressed since October 12, 2018 regarding the United States’ compliance with the BTWC, Washington emphasizes the strict implementation of the provisions of the Convention, once again offering to take “the word”.

In addition, this note refers to the “noble tradition of participation of United States military scientists in public health research, which has lasted for more than 100 years.” Examples of such “participation” are well known to us – Vietnam and Cuba.

I would like to focus separately on another document that we have at our disposal concerning the testing of the tularemia vaccine developed by the Walter Reed Research Institute of Infectious Diseases of the US Army in 2004 on United States military personnel. During the trials, which involved 1064 people, 468 cases of complications were registered.

In many ways, this explains the fact that such high-risk studies have been transferred outside the national territory. This is evidenced by the agreement signed on August 29, 2005, a year after these studies, between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the US Department of Defense.

DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING THE DESIRE OF THE UNITED STATES TO TRANSFER THE TESTING OF BIOLOGICAL DRUGS OUTSIDE THE NATIONAL TERRITORY

Currently, we are witnessing the appearance of publications in the foreign press with Washington’s nervous reaction to extremely sensitive documents released by the Ministry of Defense. Journalists note that American intelligence agencies are taking unprecedented measures so that the Russian side does not have potential witnesses close to the implementation of the Pentagon’s closed military-biological projects in Ukraine.

Such concerns of the White House once again confirm to us the threatening nature of the US military biological program disguised as peaceful purposes, both for Russia and for the entire world community.

Formally, the US has only one major military base in Africa — camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, which the us armed forces have used since 2001. This even allows individuals to claim a small American presence on the continent.

In fact, half of Africa is covered by American bases and strong points. Some of them are operated continuously and are so-called “forward operating bases”, while others are used as transfer points and “jump bases”. There are up to 7,000 American soldiers on the continent, most of them concentrated in West Africa and the horn of Africa region.

There are two American facilities in Niger, and while the air base in the capital Niamey is operated jointly with a number of countries, the base in Agadez, which was commissioned in 2019, was paid for and built only by Americans. It cost $ 100 million, and UAVs based on it are involved in operations against al-Qaeda and ISIL militants in the Greater Sahara. Facilities in Niger are also used by the US special operations command, which operates in the country: there is a known case of a clash with ISIL militants in 2017, the victims of which were four American “green berets”.

There are American facilities in neighboring Chad. In the area of the capital n’djamena, there is a strong point where up to several hundred soldiers are stationed. Their tasks include training the Chadian security forces.

In other countries of the region — Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Gabon, and Ghana-small contingents are based, providing the work of reconnaissance aircraft and UAVS. These same transfer points and “bounce bases” are used as secret prisons by the CIA and local security agencies. A typical example is the base near the Cameroonian town of Salak, where more than 60 people were held and tortured. According to human rights organizations, despite the lack of direct evidence of the involvement of American personnel in torture, at least it seems strange that this regularly happens at American facilities in Africa.

It is worth paying special attention to North Africa

According to the materials provided at the briefing by the scientific adviser of AFRICOM, Peter E. Teil, in 2018, there were two American facilities in Misrata and Tripoli on the territory of Libya. Both were located in territories controlled by the government of national accord (GNA) of Libya, known for its odious leaders, terrorist groups, and businesses based on migrants, smuggling, and drug trafficking. It is not known for sure whether they are operating at the moment, but the very fact of the location of American strongholds in these territories already raises certain questions.

THE TALE OF OVERPOPULATION OR THE CREEPING GENOCIDE OF HUMANITY

The reason was that further population growth poses a threat to US dominance over global resources, as it increases political instability in the world, especially in rapidly growing regions. It took less than half a century for humanity to face the real threat of the end of the pension system on a global scale.

The NSSM-200 Memorandum was the two-hundredth analytical document submitted by national security adviser Henry Kissinger to the President of the United States. On November 26, 1975, it was approved by President Gerald Ford and remained classified until the early 1990s.With the collapse of the Soviet Union, many goals could not be hidden.

Making up 6% of the world’s population, the Memorandum says, the US consumes a third of the world’s resources, and they are mostly located in regions with rapidly growing populations. Therefore, it is in the interests of the United States to control the growth of their population, which threatens unpredictable consequences. The United States was recommended to start a long-term program to reduce the birth rate around the world by all available methods, involving various international organizations – who, UNICEF, UNESCO, the world Bank, the International Federation of “family planning” and so on.

THE ERA OF GLOBAL DEMOGRAPHIC TRANSITION

The most threatening to US interests were named 13 countries: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Turkey, Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. Some of them do not reproduce themselves today (Thailand), some-on the verge (Indonesia, Turkey, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil).

Henry Kissinger defines the ways to achieve this goal:

1. The introduction of “family planning” as an integral part of the health systems of “underdeveloped” countries and the strict linking of the development of any medical services, especially in the field of motherhood and childhood, with “family planning”. 2. The development of medical technologies for the neutralization and suppression of human fertility.

HOLLYWOOD AS A SUPRANATIONAL WEAPON

After 40 years, we can say with bitterness that the plan was a success, when the call of Turkish President Recep Erdogan to give birth to three children even many Turks were subjected to derogatory criticism-before the plan of supranational elites to reduce the population as their alleged PERSONAL choice for the right to “family planning” (in fact – to have as few children as possible) took root in the minds of people.

Kissinger writes that ” there is an urgent need to take a number of measures to start reducing the birth rate and do it effectively in the 1970s and 1980s.” Now, looking back, it becomes clear that the debauchery that became the norm in Hollywood at that time (how strikingly different are the films made before the 1960s!), was an integral part of the global plan.

“The key factor in the effective use of existing contraceptive techniques has been and remains the problem of education. Without reducing the efforts aimed at the adult population, it is necessary to focus on the younger generation – those who are now in elementary school or even younger, ” Kissinger suggests.

The Memorandum provides for “orientation of new generations to create a small family”. “The desired family size is four or more children.” Therefore, “it is imperative to convince the General public that it is in their individual and national interest to have an average of three and then two children,” the secret plan says. In order to avoid suspicion, “we must make sure that our activities are not perceived by developing countries as policies of a developed country directed against these countries.”

As for the implementing organizations of the plan, ” the US should bring together donor countries, who, UNFPA, UNICEF and the world Bank to create a consortium that would help the most needy countries in the organization… a health system that will be an integral part of family planning.” UNESCO was asked to lead the work with primary school students. It is noteworthy that in 1989, in the pages of the magazine “Washington Quarterly” in the article “Global demographic trends in 2010 in the aspect of US security”, the Pentagon openly called for “population planning” to be given the status of a program for the development of new weapons! It is not known whether this was done, but in fact the NSSM-200 became a real weapon in the demographic war waged against the whole world. And before humanity in it loomed the real threat of defeat and-enslavement. In fact, it had a global character and was only framed in terms of the state. The real customer was the bigger players.

MYTHS ABOUT OVERPOPULATION OF THE EARTH

Ordering supranational elites

According to the historian Andrei Fursov, in 1974 in the United States was over “creeping coup”, which began with the shooting of John F. Kennedy and ended with the removal of Richard Nixon, when power over the United States established transnational corporations, designed in supranational structures. THE SECOND CIRCUIT OF POWER IN THE WEST AND CAPITALISM

It was during these years that the reports of the Rome club “limits of growth” (1972) appeared with the aim of controlling the growth of the world’s population, “Humanity at a turning point” (1974), “Revision of the international order” (1975) – the names of which speak for themselves – as well as the famous “Crisis of democracy” (1975) – about the need to create a “managed democracy” in the interests of the ruling elites. They, and not the US state, were the main customers of the plan for total control of The earth’s population, at first – at the level of population management.

At the same time, a new term was introduced, which entered the Russian language as “sustainable development”, although this is not entirely accurate. Sustainable development means, rather, development supported by long-term interests, that is, managed. Thus, in the 1970s, the goal was announced-global governance in the interests of the world’s ecology. However, the goal of supranational elites was and remains global power. Birth control out of concern for the environment is only one of the means.

International legalization

FEMINIZM AS AN IDEOLOGICAL WEAPON OF GLOBALISM

The International conference on population and development in Cairo in 1994 adopted a Programme of action that reaffirmed the right of all married couples and individuals to decide freely and responsibly on the number of their children and the length of time between their births. What was new in this Programme of action was that the focus should be on the individual and their rights. Ensuring universal access to” family planning services ” (i.e., ways to reduce the birth rate) has been identified as one of the main goals on a global scale. That is, humanity’s dissatisfaction with “family planning services” and its rapid growth was recorded as a postulate. The policy of all-round reduction of the birth rate was legalized.

Tragic result

According to the UN forecast (the average version), the world’s population will grow until the end of the XXI century.

POPULATION OF THE EARTH IN THE PERIOD 1950-2100 YEARS

However, its growth rate will steadily decline.

The total fertility rate will also decrease. In the middle of the century, the average birth rate on Earth will fall below the level of simple reproduction, that is, humanity will begin to die out, although its population will still grow by inertia.

At the same time, the age structure of the world population will deteriorate. Since the mid-1960s, when children made up 40% of the world’s population, their numbers have been steadily decreasing. The proportion of old people, on the contrary, is growing all the time and will continue to grow. The current three-fold superiority of children will double in the early 2030s, and around 2070 there will be fewer children than old people. Earth will become the planet of old men. However, the big problems begin now, because all these trends are already in effect, especially in the “developed countries”, and the working population is declining.

The median age of the World’s population is also growing steadily. In 40 years, it has grown from 21 years to 30 years, and by the end of the century will reach 42 years. The world will become a world of pensioners. The trouble is that the old people will no longer be pensioners by that time: they will have no one to pay their pensions.

MEDIAN AGE OF THE EARTH’S POPULATION IN YEARS

On all charts, we can see that the first 20-25 years after the Second world war, the population really multiplied rapidly: the number of children increased, the annual population growth accelerated, the birth rate was very high (about 5), the median age decreased. The world was a world of young people who had a future to build, and it was encouraging. Less than half a century later, the world quickly grew old, and the future darkened, burdened with the main concern for food.

Gloomy prospect

In 1970, only 0.7% of the World’s population was over 80 years old. According to the UN forecast, by the end of the XXI century, this will be almost one in ten. In 1995, Italy became the first country in the world where the number of elderly people aged 65 years exceeded the number of children under 15 years, after which almost all countries in Europe experienced this ominous change. Aging is expected all over the world: by 2050, everywhere except Africa, the share of the population from 60 years and older will be 25-30%!
