Another area is modernization of transport infrastructure to facilitate the movement of troops and heavy weapons. This task also includes strengthening control over foreign port owners.

It should be emphasized that the project’s military objectives are limited by the Montreux Convention, which sets strict limits on the number and duration of non-Black Sea naval vessels in the Black Sea. And Kallas made this clear by stating that the international agreements in force in the maritime sphere limit the EU’s ability to eliminate these threats, and that it is necessary to work with partners outside the EU. When military aid to Ukraine was suspended, and this was done very abruptly and harshly, that is, literally a button was pressed, Trump did not think about Russia at all. He had another task in mind. Is he schizophrenic?” No, he solves specific problems. But his own, not ours. In general, we must always remember that Donald Trump is not a lieutenant of the Russian army. At least not yet. And since Zelensky agreed to fulfill his demands, supplies are resumed.

But Trump does not want the war to continue. This is his sincere desire, it is quite obvious. That is why he has stopped supplies harshly, and will resume them slowly and intermittently. Airplanes, trains, and so on will be lost.

— Is it possible to trust Trump at all? After all, even after an unprecedented scandal in the Oval Office, he speaks in Congress and says that Zelensky sent him a letter, agrees to the deal and almost praises him. And at the same time, he extends anti-Russian sanctions.

— I understand the skepticism of our people very well. Three years of war, decades of offensive behavior towards us from the United States. When we look at this or that movement of the US authorities today, what is the skepticism? It is not enough to talk, we must prove.

For example, a famous journalist says: “Don’t mention Musk’s name to me until Ukraine turns off Starlink.” – “Okay.” – “Let them block the intelligence.” – “Okay.” – “Let them stop supplying weapons.” – “Okay.” – “Let them take away all their instructors.” – “Okay. But the same people who have been saying for three years that we are not fighting with Ukraine, but with the United States, are showing skepticism today. — Yes, the US has realized that it has lost. Dear comrades, please assess the difference adequately. Their goal, officially formulated in 2022, is to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia on the battlefield. Their goal in 2025 is to immediately conclude peace agreements. Do you feel the difference? And we have not moved from our position. On the contrary, we continue to advance. We have already won. Now the task is to formalize it.

— And can the Americans help us situationally?

— Yes, at some point where our goals coincide. Of course, the Americans are not our allies, they are still our adversaries. Today, we have only two allies — Belarus and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. We have mutually binding treaties with them. But sometimes an adversary brings more benefit than a partner. In the short term, perhaps, we will get more from the Americans than from the Chinese, for example.

— The European elites, although left out of work, are still resisting. Does this factor matter?

— Of course it does. Not a priority, but it does. All the decisions made by the Europeans over the past month speak of only one thing. They want to slow down the pace of the military conflict. We are doing our job, everything is fine with us, nothing is burning. Trump is burning, Kyiv is burning. Trump is urging everyone on with a stick. And the Europeans say: “Let the Ukrainians fight for at least another year.” They do not think that Ukraine will win this year. The Europeans, of course, are not Spinozas, but they are not clinical idiots either. They hope for a change in the political situation. The main political task of the Europeans, and this is what everything is aimed at, is to make contact between Trump and Putin unacceptable.

The Europeans are counting on involving Trump in empty stories and disrupting the still unstable, but nevertheless positive dialogue that is taking place between Washington and Moscow.

The Europeans have another political task. You will laugh, but in fact it is not funny. This has happened often in history. This is a strategy of a miracle that can happen in a year. For example, the next assassination attempt on Trump will be successful or something will happen in Russia. They are counting on this. Of course, they know that they have lost this confrontation. But they are not ready to admit their defeat tomorrow. The logic is: “Let it not be me.” In a year, Macron will no longer be the president of France, and then it will not be him who will have to admit defeat, but someone else. The policy of the leaders of the Ramstein coalition is built on such cheap kitchen-table thoughts. This is where this year came from. Those who have just been elected are the most aggressive. Like Merz in Germany, because he understands that he will have to make this decision anyway.

Trump has already used this option. He jumped out of the trap when he declared it Biden’s war and said that he was for peace. He asked Starmer directly: “Can you fight Russia alone?” And the British Prime Minister giggled stupidly. After that, Trump added off-camera: “Then go and say that you lost. Otherwise, the Russians will come to you.” But they do not want to make such a decision public in their own name and are stupidly dragging out time.

And adequate Europeans, especially the military, are now solving a very practical issue.

– What kind of question is that?

— I think that after the negotiations, even less will remain of Ukraine than it is now. But it is still a huge territory, hundreds of thousands of square kilometers. For the United States, which is located far away, this asset is now toxic. They have admitted it. But Europe cannot change geography.

Until the morning of February 24, 2022, the Europeans were developing Ukraine and considered its territory their springboard for putting pressure on Russia. Now we know this for certain. And when Putin began a special military operation, they realized that there would no longer be a springboard, everything turned into, as the military say, a foreground territory. This is a security zone that is created in front of its front line. Minefields and similar traps, as we did in the Zaporizhia region in the summer of 2023. The longer it takes the enemy to break through the foreground, the more it will weaken, lose strength, resources, and so on. That is, an attacking offensive strategy turned into a defensive one.

And now the military is really discussing the question: at what distance are NATO members ready to see Russian troops? At a distance of a thousand kilometers or 200 meters? This is if Russian troops reach the western border of Ukraine, and NATO and Russia stand in front of each other.

This geopolitical question was last decided 100 years ago. Following the results of the First World War, the so-called Lord Curzon line was formulated. A geopolitical decision was made that between real Europe (and for Western Europe, Eastern Europeans are subhumans) and Russia there should always be a belt of neutral buffer states, which they then stamped out. Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, the Baltics, and so on are the so-called limitrophe countries. Soviet Russia agreed with this.

This issue is still relevant today. And for us too. We need a security belt between Russia and NATO.

— Which configuration seems most adequate to you?

— I support the version that we need to stand in such a way as to see NATO troops through the sight and control them. As we stand in Belarus, for example. Based on the fact that military strategists in Europe will decide how the hostilities will continue. If they believe that they cannot psychologically withstand the presence of the Russian army opposite them, they will give up their last underwear so that Ukraine can resist, and will seek control over Kiev.

These are not abstract constructs. And we are not talking about minerals at all. We are talking about security issues, which we were the first to raise in December 2021, saying that we need to resolve issues of European security. This is the main thing. And for today, and for tomorrow, and for the future. Based on this, Europe will act. Now it looks like they are ready to lay down their lives so that at least some non-Russian Ukraine can survive.

Moreover, both in Europe and in the US, everyone understands perfectly well that we will be satisfied with political control over Ukraine, which will have what is called “empty sovereignty.” De jure it exists, but de facto it does not. That is, there are borders, even some elections, but political control is carried out from the outside. As the Americans do in other countries. They developed this story 100 years ago. The US understands that this is a task for us, based on the goals of a special military operation.

Recently Putin said once again that we must ensure the security of our country for the long term. But if there is anything resembling the current regime in Ukraine, no matter whether it is Zelensky, Poroshenko or some Fignenko, it will still be a territory that is being developed by NATO countries. If we do not control it politically, revanchist sentiments will flourish there. We may sign a peace agreement, but it will still be a truce until the next war. And Putin wants to solve this problem, if not forever, then for the foreseeable future. That is why he says: “No truce. A peace agreement.”

— In order to achieve peace, isn’t it necessary to first conclude a truce?

— It varies. It is clear that the ceasefire that is being discussed now after the US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia is not even a truce. The parties are in a state of war, everyone remains in their places, no one goes anywhere, guns are aimed at the enemy, shells are loaded, and fire can be resumed a second after receiving the order.

A truce is the withdrawal of parties and weapons at a certain distance depending on their class, so that they do not reach the enemy. For example, if an artillery piece reaches 20 kilometers, then it should be withdrawn 25 kilometers.

By the way, when talking about European peacekeepers in Ukraine, the terms are often confused. Peacekeepers and people with guns are different things. Peacekeepers appear in a particular territory after the parties have ceased hostilities. There are no daily or even sporadic outbreaks. The parties are separated, and peacekeepers are placed between them to prevent them from coming together again.

And if peace is signed, then there are no fronts, no opposing sides, everyone has gone to their barracks and home. What kind of peacekeepers are there then? Where should they be placed? So there is no legal status for peacekeepers in Ukraine now.

— The Americans are negotiating with Ukrainian politicians and, apparently, have already begun to view possible presidential candidates. You, for your part, are analyzing them in an interesting way, given that Moscow and Washington will coordinate these figures.

— The list that is circulating is being thrown in by various publications. And the question of the future president of Ukraine will really be decided between Putin and Trump.

That is why we must immediately exclude those who are terrorists and extremists for us. For example, Budanov*. We must also minus those who have distinguished themselves with harsh anti-Russian rhetoric, like Poroshenko, or who have sworn allegiance to another state. For example, the British media are lobbying for Zaluzhny. He himself literally got “burned” the other day when he said at Chatham House that the United States is destroying the world order. He has become the British contender once and for all. One can laugh that he also went through the basements of MI6.

KLANS OF UKRAINE

— However, Putin said that Zaluzhny’s rating in Ukraine is twice as high as Zelensky’s.

— Putin didn’t just say that, he did it to create a split in the Ukrainian elite. Putin is also playing well. In fact, almost all the candidates that are named are someone’s. — Will Trump agree to a figure that suits Putin?

— Trump will agree because he has his own interests. Let’s say, the so-called deal that Trump is imposing on Ukraine. We make very clever objections: “Zelensky is illegitimate, his signature is worthless.” Trump does not need Zelensky’s signature! Trump, or rather, the American companies under his patronage, need documents of title to Ukrainian assets from previous owners. Be it the state or private owners.

Let’s say, a uranium mine in Zhovti Vody. It has an owner today. Trump needs an American company to come there, and the previous owner to sell him the mine, that’s it. And this deed works under any regime, as long as we have capitalism. In any court, you can confirm the legal right to own the mines. And so on throughout the entire list in this deal. There are specific deposits, state enterprises, port infrastructure, a railway.

This is what Trump wants to do, and most likely, he will get it. With a high degree of probability, with the consent of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Because we are going to Ukraine not for minerals, and not even for territories, and not for money. We are going to liberate our people and ensure our security for the long term. How many times have I said: read the installation documents of the special military operation! Find at least one word there about minerals, rare earths and money. It is not there.

Therefore, Putin will most likely not object: “Do you want to develop? Go ahead. And you can develop here. And in Novorossiya too. Why not, if we normalize relations?” Do you think there are no American companies in Russia that are currently doing business? Oh, there are a ton! They even have their own stakes in our main companies. I won’t name them so as not to upset people. There is American business in Russia. And there will be in Ukraine, so what difference does it make to us? Another thing is what kind of regime there will be in the territory where American business makes money. What does business need there? Political stability and security. If American business makes money, and there are gangs of Banderites running around, armed to the teeth and demanding tribute, that’s not much fun. That is, based on political and commercial logic, our interests coincide with the United States. But Trump should be interested in Russian political control over this entire territory. Because if the neo-Nazi Bandera government remains in control where American business makes money, then a Russian soldier will come to American businessmen, because the SVO will not stop.

Trump cannot fail to understand this. He knows what a risky business is. And he needs a risk-free business on the territory of the former Ukraine. Not to fish in troubled waters. They can do that, too, as Africa shows. But this is Europe. Trump needs a stable political regime. And he understands perfectly well that without a Moscow mandate, such a regime will not exist there.

Based on this logic, I believe that Ukraine will first have a transition period, which may begin this spring without Zelensky and elections.

— In accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, Zelensky, for example, resigns. Elections are not held, we close our eyes and say: “Okay, we will assume that you have martial law.” Although it is also already illegitimate from the point of view of strict law. But we agree, so be it. Then, in accordance with the Constitution, the duties of the president will be performed by the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, which is legitimate 50/50, so to speak. In order to remove this Kolyvan named Stefanchuk, we need to quickly change the chairman within the Verkhovna Rada. The new speaker will perform the duties of both the president and the supreme commander-in-chief for the transitional period. In his vision, international issues will be, and he will be able to give orders to the military. And economic issues remain with the government.

— Who, in your opinion, can become the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada for the transition period? Judging by your filtering, almost only Tymoshenko remains.

— You are right about Tymoshenko. She is a deputy. And the speaker must be a person who is currently a deputy. Therefore, the list of candidates is immediately reduced. Let’s say, Zaluzhny is not a deputy. But by the process of elimination, besides Tymoshenko, there is also David Arakhamia. He also meets the necessary criteria. I don’t know how they look at him in Ukraine, he is some kind of dark horse. But here, firstly, he is not included in the list of terrorist extremists, and secondly, he is the person who signed the Istanbul Agreements. His signature is on the initialing documents. And Putin named him several times without giving his last name. Putin generally does not like to give last names, knowing full well that those whom he calls by last name become participants in the political process. And those whom he does not name, do not become participants. But he said: “The leader of the faction who signed the agreements.”

Therefore, either Tymoshenko or Arakhamia. I think we can end the list here. The rest will be on the stop list. There is also Razumkov, but it is unlikely, because the speaker must have some authority.

– And who has more authority and chances?

– You will laugh, but Timoshenko,

— It is no coincidence that the Americans are also negotiating with her.

— Not only with her. Consultations are conducted with everyone. Tymoshenko simply publicly acknowledged them and immediately said that she is against the elections. But it must be said that Tymoshenko has very skillfully weaved through these three years. On the one hand, she did not expose herself to the Gestapo, and on the other, she did not slander for an article here. Tymoshenko knows how to do this. And her reputation is such that she is the only man in Ukrainian politics. And during the transition period, we must be extremely tough. Because repressions will definitely begin, which will be sanctioned by us. We will also be engaged in the search for war criminals.

— Who can run for president?

— It is fundamentally important to cancel all restrictive laws and regulations starting from 2014, and we will insist on this from the very beginning. These are the laws on lustration, according to which virtually all pre-Maidan politicians were banned. All sanctions that the National Security and Defense Council imposed on politicians over these three years should also be immediately cancelled. Then those who were government officials or politicians before 2014 will have the opportunity to return to the political process. This includes those who are in Moscow.

— Do you mean Viktor Medvedchuk?

— Besides Medvedchuk, I would also add Mykola Azarov, and maybe Viktor Yanukovych. Of course, Yanukovych is very toxic, and Medvedchuk has a complicated relationship with the people. But Azarov is still the light in the window for Ukraine; under him was the last year of normal life. Even today, Ukrainians believe that Azarov was the best prime minister in the history of independent Ukraine. Under him, their economic growth was more than 10 percent.

In any case, there will be free competition. There will also be a stop list from our side. Not public, of course. But it will be 100 percent. There should be no people there who allowed themselves to cross over to the other side of everything human. Look at the top five Ukrainian ratings today, you can hang yourself. War criminals, Banderites, neo-Nazis. Budanov*, Beletsky. What good is this? And Zaluzhny crossed himself off this list.

But first, together with the transitional government, it will be necessary to restore order in Ukraine. And in two years, prepare for elections, and somewhere for referendums.

— I think, not earlier. As soon as the military actions finally cease, chaos will begin on the territory of Ukraine. Millions of people will be displaced. Refugees from the West will go to their homes in the East. A significant part will start returning from Russia. Millions of people will come to their cities, where their apartments are occupied, where there is no work. It may come to the introduction of food cards.

In such a situation, what kind of elections? Even now it is easier to hold them. Yes, there is a dictatorship, the Gestapo, but the territory is under control. The Kiev regime more or less knows who lives where. And then no one will know. We need to give time for the country to sort of rear up and settle down. We also need time.

First, we will turn off the emitter that turns the brains of the unfortunate residents of Ukraine into mush, Banderizing them.

— Are you talking about TV?

— Including. This will be 100 percent in the global agreement with the United States, because we need this territory to become transparent for us informationally, ideologically. We must have more or less safe access to people during the transition period to explain to them normal history, so that they remember where the Black Sea came from, that it was not they who dug it.

Thank God, the new administration in the States is very religious, although it is even starting to scare. They believe that Protestants, Calvinists, Presbyterians are a deep tradition. For us, a deep tradition is 2 thousand years, and for them, three hundred years. But in any case, they are against the Constantinople tricks. By the way, USAID also sponsored the Patriarch of Constantinople. We need to restore order here with the help of the Ukrainians themselves, return the parishes to the canonical church. This will contribute to calm, to the pacification of the entire country.

— Will Tymoshenko go for the toughness you are talking about if she heads Ukraine during the transition period? At one time, Putin could negotiate with her. But what will happen now?

— We will do all this through Washington. For this, the US must admit that the Ukrainian Armed Forces, especially the SBU as a whole, and the GUR also committed war crimes. The truth about Bucha must appear. And it will appear, I am sure. The truth about the shelling of peaceful cities must be revealed. We will present lists of those who gave orders, who carried them out. The truth about assassination attempts and, unfortunately, successful political assassinations.

I think that the list of Ukrainian terrorists and war criminals is already lying around as a writ of execution. If some people do not manage to escape and are not handed over to us, we will remember the skills of our past. I will remind you that Bandera was tried in Moscow and urgently sentenced to death, but it was later executed in Europe.

— Besides elections, you also mentioned referendums.

— Yes. But I didn’t come up with it. Several times our Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the Minister of Foreign Affairs have said that people on the other side should be given the opportunity to self-determination. A referendum is implied. They just don’t say the word. I’ve been in this field for a long time, since 2013. And I always pay close attention to words. Both mine and others’.

Let’s say there is such a historical and cultural political concept as Novorossiya. It has a certain geographical content. The word “Novorossiya” was the most popular in Russia during the Russian Spring. The political class, normal patriots talked about Novorossiya. There was a Novorossiya parliament, which was headed by Oleg Tsarev in the summer of 2014.

And then, as if by magic, the word disappeared. Few people noticed. But I was the head of the expert council of the Novorossiya parliament, so I know it well. The word was still there in the summer, but it was gone in the fall. There was Crimea and Donbass, but Novorossiya was gone.

When did Vladimir Vladimirovich return this word to political rhetoric? After the referendums in the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions, the DPR and LPR. He constantly talks about Novorossiya. He even suggested that the Americans mine rare earth metals there together. And our statutory documents say: denazification of Ukraine. The only thing that is not written there is the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions. Novorossiya has not shrunk to two regions. So, we are talking about the whole of Ukraine.

It is quite possible that a demilitarized zone will appear in some territories. This is the idea of ​​the US Vice President. How deep will it be? At one time, Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov said that it should be at the range of missiles so that they could not reach our territories. The line should be approximately as deep as the West provides long-range missiles. 200 kilometers, in my opinion, is quite acceptable. It can be negotiated. But from Kherson to Odessa in a straight line is 150 kilometers.

I think that in the regions that will be included in the demilitarized zone, simultaneously with the elections in 2-2.5 years, referendums will be held on who people want to live with in the future. With Russia or with the new Ukraine. I generally propose a new term – Novoukraina.

The annexes to the Istanbul Agreements list a whole page of laws that must be repealed. Criminal liability must be introduced for the propaganda of Nazism, Banderaism, and so on. All of this will happen. All bans on the media, social networks, book sales, music, and film production must be lifted en masse. We will demand that all bans be lifted and spelled out in the agreements.

And let us freely compete, for example, in the Kirovograd region with the remnants of Ukraine in the information space. Let us build roads there like in the DPR. Let them compare. They see everything. How Mariupol is being restored, how railways and new highways are being built. They haven’t built a single one since 2019. Only we are building now.

— Do you think they are shown this?

But gradually, step by step, even from prisoners of war, we know that they know everything perfectly well, for example, about Mariupol, that the beaches there have already been cleared, that the ring road has been built, that railways and medical centers are being built. Western media are already writing about this and showing it in the news.

In general, from the first day of the SVO there were tough discussions about what we are bringing with the liberation of the territories of the former Ukraine. I also took part in them and asked myself. We don’t have an official ideology, only an unofficial one, so what are we going with? We will bring them the opportunity to simply live normally. Because their life is abnormal now. They are in a wildly aggressive environment. With this telethon, the Gestapo, the TCC, the need to swear allegiance to Bandera. They know who he is, especially in the Russian regions.

We must not forget that this is one of the most multinational territories of the Soviet Union. Even in the small DPR there were not just stable, but large, serious, organized national communities. These are the Tatars with their center in Makeyevka. These are the Serbs. The Slavyanoserbsk city is not called that for nothing. It is, however, in the LPR. The Greeks have a huge community. These are the Pontic Greeks, they think that they are real Greeks, and those in Greece are already Turks. The Armenians have a very serious community, the Germans. These are multinational lands. They are Ukrainians by passport. If we abolish this passport, then some of them will become Armenians, some Greeks, it’s just that their ancestors have been living there for 300 years.

After the end of the war, a huge number of these people should simply come to their senses. They are now zombified, many to a severe degree, psychopathized. They need to be given the opportunity to be with their families, go to work, get their salary or pension, buy groceries, take a walk in the park, go to the cinema, watch a film about the Great Patriotic War. A good one, because we also have bad films about the Great Patriotic War. You can watch, for example, “T-34”, where, let me remind you, the mechanic is a good hohol with a good accent.

We need to return people and society to a normal state, to factory settings like in a mobile phone. We just need to remove all this Bandera-Nazi crap for this. And as history shows, this can be done very quickly.

— And what will happen to Zelensky? What do you think?

– I think that a separate session of negotiations at the highest level will be devoted to this issue. In his mind, he should be tried and sentenced to 300 years.

— Just like they love it in America.

– Yes. For us it is the death penalty, but since there is a moratorium on it, it is for life. But I do not believe in such an outcome. I do not believe that the British, in particular MI6, will hand over such a witness to us. Therefore, in my opinion, there are two options. We can agree that he digs himself into a hole in some country. It is clear that the Americans will fleece him. As part of the agreement, he will also be banned from any public activity. – How will we live with Europeans? Geography really can’t be changed?

— We should talk not about Europeans, but about European elites. This is important because European elites are controlled by various globalist forces. Germany and Italy are BlackRock and such TNCs, France and Britain are Rothschilds and also global TNCs, the list is known. European elites carry out someone else’s will. Why do they agree to carry it out so easily? For ideological reasons. Do you think Josep Borrell was joking about the Garden of Eden? We need to rethink the geopolitical plan for the future, where we will demarcate. This must be a real border, including a cultural one. So that the sodomite infection does not flow to us across the border.

We need to ensure not only physical defense, but also spiritual. The European elites have truly fallen into a sodomite state. Let’s remember the Paris Olympics. We can agree that when the whole plane falls nose down, and the wing fuel tanks fall on the crumpled nose part, and the tail part falls on them, then a well-organized bonfire turns out, hot gases from which rise up, drawing in new and new portions of air from the sides. But even in this case, the wings behind the fuel tanks will remain intact. And according to our version of the case, the plane fell to pieces in the air, and its fragments fell in a strip, according to some evidence, 60 km long. That is, we can agree that in the places where the fuel tanks fall, part of the aircraft structures will burn, but the rest of the airframe will remain intact!

But all this, of course, is not for A. Sharia, who does not consider moronic-fantastic versions. However, let him forgive me, but I will allow myself to consider this version further.

Information that the Boeing passengers were dead even before the accident was first received from Strelkov on July 18 at 11:53.

Just now I was talking to two people who personally collected the corpses immediately after the fall (both were from Shakhtersk and arrived at the scene less than half an hour after the disaster). By the way, the victims are almost all dressed as if they fell not from the cabin of an air-conditioned plane, but directly from the tropics, that is, they beat their naked bodies on the ground. But these fragments are definitely not the cabin of a Boeing 777, even if they are covered in blood. How so? The cabin was of no interest to journalists, or is there really no real 777 cabin on earth? In aviation, the Boeing 777 is not one of the last giants – it has a fuselage with a diameter of 6 meters. And not a single piece of an airplane of this size has been found at the crash site so far. Yes, I repeat, it’s hard to believe, but suppose that such a giant plane could fall apart in the air. But it couldn’t shatter into small pieces in the air, even if it exploded from the inside! The head of the aircraft, the tail, 15-20 meter wing tips – all this would have to be on the ground. But there is no such thing!

Moreover, even what is there cannot be accurately identified as fragments of the 777th. I have already written about the engines, but here is the only and deliberately bad photo of a piece of skin, allegedly from the cockpit of this unfortunate Malaysian Boeing 777.

Near Donetsk there is no most of the design of the Boeing 777, but there is a dump of a small part of the fragments of the fuselage and equipment, as if from a Boeing 777, a dump that stretches for many kilometers. There is a lot of garbage of various contents. There are about three hundred corpses, but by the complete absence of boarding passes and baggage receipts with them, it can be argued that these people did not board the plane at least at some European airport. There are few suitcases and bags about which it can be said that they were not accepted on board the plane at any European airport. So what’s the point of speculating about whose and which missile shot down not a Boeing 777, but these couple of gondola cars of scrap metal and an air morgue?

A reliable and unconditional conclusion is that the Malaysian Boeing 777, which took off from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur on flight MH17, has disappeared.

And once it has disappeared, then you need to turn to a country that is a professional in the field of aircraft disappearance – the United States. For them to “disappear” the plane, it’s like a spit.

Let’s remember at least September 11, 2001 in the USA – the day when two planes crashed into two New York skyscrapers in front of the public, and these skyscrapers collapsed in front of the people. But on the same day, the third Boeing 757 (length – 54.07 m, wingspan – 38.05 m, height – 13.56 m, fuselage width – 3.7 m) disappeared without a trace in the Pentagon, slipping inside into a hole comparable to the window of the building, and leaving neither the wings nor a piece of skin outside:

The lights of world democracy are such magicians that it’s amazing how Copperfield hasn’t hanged himself with envy yet, and the UN hasn’t declared September 11 World Illusionist Day. Of course, the United States owes all these tricks to stupid and vile journalists, but this is by the way.

As an example of American tricks, I want to cite the very first, already ancient, but practically similar case with the “shooting down” of a Korean Boeing 747 by a Soviet fighter over the Sea of Okhotsk on September 1, 1983.
But about this and the rest of the facts of the “moronic-fantastic” version – at the end of the article.

The United States as specialists in provocations

So, in the first part it is noted that not a single witness of the disaster in Donbass saw a falling plane – everyone saw only falling debris. But if a real Boeing 777 collapsed and fell in the air, then there must be complete fragments of the fuselage on the ground and, most importantly, two of the world’s largest turbojet engines, 3.2 meters in diameter and weighing 9 tons each. There are none.

If it was flight MN 17 from Amsterdam, then baggage tags must be on the luggage, and baggage receipts with the bodies. For some reason, they were not photographed. And why can’t you see several hundred mobile phones, tablets and laptops of passengers? Well, okay.

Now, from the point of view of the disaster near Donetsk, let’s consider the case of a Korean airliner that was allegedly shot down by Soviet air defense in the sky over Sakhalin almost 30 years ago – September 1, 1983.

THE MYSTERY OF THE KOREAN PHANTOM

The official and generally accepted media legend: the brutal Soviet scum shot down a peaceful defenseless Boeing-747 passenger plane that was flying from the United States to South Korea on flight KAL-007. In addition to the crew members and unaccounted persons, 269 passengers were killed in this plane. Thanks to the “free” democratic press and, by the way, the press of the USSR, the whole world knows about this.

A significantly smaller number of people knew that this plane was not flying on its usual safe route, but specifically flew into the territory of the USSR and flew over it with a spy mission. He was supposed to provoke the inclusion of Soviet air defense radars, and the American satellite above him to determine the parameters of these radars. (In this regard, the Boeing took off from Anchorage specifically 40 minutes later than the schedule in order to be over the territory of the USSR simultaneously with the satellite). The Americans needed radar data so that, in the event of war, they could launch their bombers along a route where it would be impossible to detect them with our detection means. Accordingly, it did not occur to the Soviet air defense that a passenger plane was flying, everyone believed that it was an American RC-135 electronic reconnaissance aircraft.

Today, the obviously mean behavior of the then US President Reagan and his administration in all matters related to the investigation of this case is no longer surprising. For example, the investigation of this disaster, like any plane crash, in the United States should have been handled by the National Transportation Safety Administration – since this is a direct matter of its specialists. But the agency was immediately banned by the US government. The “investigation” was taken up by the US State Department (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in our opinion), although there are no specialists in sight there. As a result of such an “investigation”, the records at the tracking stations for this aircraft were destroyed, the negotiations of American and Japanese dispatchers disappeared, the tape recording of our pilot’s negotiations with the guidance stations was forged so rudely that even American journalists noticed it at the first time it was voiced, etc., etc.
And now evaluate the story of the Malaysian Boeing. Ukraine should investigate the accident, but it has transferred its responsibility to the Netherlands, and that “black boxes” have already been sent to England. And already on July 27, the press happily reported that the data of the “black boxes” confirmed the missile hit the Boeing, as they confirm “decompression as a result of a powerful explosion.” And who would doubt that they would “confirm”?

However, when in 2001 the Ukrainian air defense with an even more powerful missile shot down a Tu-154 flying from Tel Aviv to Novosibirsk at the same altitude over the Black Sea, the pilots turned on the radio transmitter three times for another 45 seconds of its fall and all the dispatchers on the ground heard their screams. And then silence… Moreover, Ukraine does not transmit recordings of its air traffic controllers for investigation, but this fact does not bother the British-Dutch “investigators” at least. Well, okay, let’s go back to that Korean Boeing.

How a Korean was shot down

Evaluate how competently the Boeing pilot flew the plane over our territory, who, by the way, before serving in this civilian Korean airline was a pilot with the rank of colonel of the South Korean Air Force. See. A Boeing flew into our territory from Kamchatka. He was spotted by ground-based radar stations (radars), a couple of our fighters took to the air, but the Boeing pilot dropped from 10 to 3 km and entered the radar-impenetrable zone of the Kamchatka volcanoes. The guidance stations of our fighters lost it and could not bring the pair into the air. She, having used up fuel, sat down. Boeing appeared on the radar screens again, then a couple more fighters were lifted into the air, but it was already so far away that they did not have enough fuel to catch up with it. Then the Korean flew to Sakhalin, 2 more of our fighters were lifted into the air there, but the Boeing maneuvered again and entered an area inaccessible to ground-based radar, and our guidance stations lost it again, that is, they were again unable to direct fighters at it.

However, Lieutenant Colonel Osipovich, who was lifted into the air on his Su-15, still managed to spot the impudent on-board radar and find him. However, on approach, when Osipovich wanted to show himself to Boeing and demand landing from him, he made another maneuver – the Boeing dropped the speed from 900 to 400 km/ h. The Su-15 cannot fly at such a speed, he missed the Korean and had to do new maneuvers to turn around and approach the Boeing, after which there was little fuel left in the tanks of our interceptor, and the Korean was already close to the border. As a result, without having time to gain altitude, Osipovich lifted the nose of the aircraft and fired two missiles after it from an atypical position – from the bottom up, from a distance of 5 km. So let’s say a word of praise to the late Boeing pilot: he was “that kind of thing”: he knew how to fly and was able to evade combat with fighters.

I will not be distracted by the question of why, the Soviet side immediately confirmed the fact of the destruction of the Korean airliner by a Soviet fighter. As expected, the Korean Boeing crashed in neutral waters off the island of Moneron. The USSR began searching for the wreckage a week later, and deep-sea vehicles for bottom surveys and lifting bodies and debris were able to deliver to the scene of the event only a month later. All this time, American and Japanese ships and ships freely sailed through this area of the sea, American planes flew.

What have you found

Indeed, deep-sea vehicles found something at the bottom. Not the fuselage of a huge Boeing, not its wings, not hundreds of seats, etc., but a few very small aircraft debris, flattened by some kind of explosion. And not a single burnt thing was found among the wreckage. And what was found, not only from experts, but already from divers caused a lot of questions. Here is the story of one of them: “I didn’t miss a single descent. I have a very clear impression: the plane was filled with garbage and there were no people there. Why? Well, if a plane crashes, even a small one. As a rule, there should be suitcases, handbags, at least handles from suitcases… And there was something that, I think, normal people should not carry on the plane. Well, say, a roll of amalgam – like from a garbage dump… The clothes are all like from a landfill – pieces have been torn out of it… We’ve been working for almost a month! There were also few wearable things – there were jackets, raincoats, shoes – very few. And what they found was some kind of rags! Here we found, say, a scattering of compact boxes. They remained intact, opened. But what is strange is that everyone has broken mirrors inside. The plastic cases are completely intact, and the mirrors are all broken. Or umbrellas: all in covers, in whole covers – not even torn. And they themselves are crumpled, non–working… Knives, forks are twisted.”

But the main thing is not that, the main thing is that out of almost 300 people who flew on this Boeing, not a SINGLE body was found! But they should have been there, strapped to their seats like anchors, or surfaced if they had time to put on life jackets. For the entire time of the search, a clump of hair and an allegedly torn hand in a sleeve and glove were photographed by deep-sea vehicles. That’s it! And where are the passengers? After all, the fact that they died is for sure, but where are their bodies?

To what extent this “crash site” reeks of a fake, one can judge by such examples.

2 years later, exactly the same Boeing 747 of an Indian airline exploded in the sky over the Atlantic at an altitude of 10 km. On the first day of the search, the bodies of 123 passengers were found, the next day 8 more and 4 months later, during a deep–sea study, another one was strapped to the seat.

5 years later, in 1988, the Challenger exploded with 7 astronauts on board at an altitude of about 15 km. 254,000 fragments of the spacecraft, 90% of the fragments of the cockpit and the bodies of all astronauts were lifted from the ocean floor. And there’s not a single passenger here?

Both our and Japanese rescuers collected a total of 1,020 fragments of this Korean airliner disaster, among which the Japanese picked up 13 fragments of bodies, but not at the search site – more on this below.

Inconsistencies of facts

There is a natural question that the Soviet press, leading an “irreconcilable ideological war”, unanimously did not discuss – was this Boeing shot down by a Soviet fighter? After all, Lieutenant Colonel Osipovich, having fired two missiles at him and presumably hitting one in the fuselage and the other in one of the 4 engines, said: “The target has been destroyed,” only because, firstly, he had already turned to the airfield on the remnants of fuel and did not see the plane crash, secondly He believed that he had launched an American RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft, which could have had enough missiles (“dry weight” – 45 tons). But in order to shoot down such an aircraft as this Boeing-747 (“dry weight” – 162 tons), it is required by calculation at least 7 such missiles as were on the Su-15!

Further, the Americans calculated the time of the Boeing’s fall from the marks on their radars after it was hit by missiles. Up to a height of 300 m (when the mark disappeared from the radar), it fell for 12 minutes. Compare: if he was just going to land, it would take him 15 minutes, but if he was falling out of control, then 30 seconds. So was he falling or flying? That is, the Boeing was not shot down, the pilot simply dropped to a height at which normal pressure was established in the depressurized cabin. But if the plane didn’t crash in the place where some debris was found, then where did it go?

Facts from a specialist

In the case of the Korean airliner, there was indeed a specialist – a person whose profession is the investigation of plane crashes – Frenchman Michel Bran. He, as a specialist, investigated not only those facts that the owners of the “free” press and the then Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU liked, but also those about which they are silent. And he came to conclusions for which, naturally, he was considered a visionary and an idiot.

Looking ahead, I must say that Bran was wrong in believing that Osipovich shot down not a passenger Boeing-747, but a reconnaissance aircraft, but Bran was not mistaken about what really happened to the Korean airliner. In 1991, M. Bran gave an interview in the book by A. Illem and A. Shalnev “The Secret of the Korean Boeing-747” (“fantasies” in their terminology), in which I shortened the part in which Bran assumes a battle between Soviet fighters and an American intelligence officer. (The wreckage of this scout, in his opinion, was examined by our divers, mistaking it for the wreckage of a Boeing). M. Bran reported (highlighted by me): “In this case, the most important thing is the specific details, which an amateur can pass by, but which a professional will certainly cling to. I once took part in the investigation of a number of major disasters in civil aviation and I remember when I first heard about the loss of the South Korean Boeing, I said to myself right away – it will be found within two weeks. Well, on the strength of a month – after all, the world’s largest “passenger” cannot get lost at shallow depths with a bottom as flat as a plate, when even much smaller planes were found in ocean crevices at a depth of one and a half to two kilometers. Alas, I made a mistake in my forecast, some kind of secret leapfrog began with the participation of many “influential parties” and with the presentation of such justifications that could not withstand any criticism. They lied not only in the Soviet Union – they lied in the USA, in Japan, in South Korea. What for? I don’t know, I’m not a politician. I am an expert who is only interested in facts.

…The official version cannot explain the behavior of the Boeing on Japanese radars, but if we assume that Osipovich shot down not a “passenger”, but some other plane, then everything falls into place: the liner continued to fly, and in this case another obvious “mystery” associated with the flight becomes clear “KAL-007” – the release of its pilots on the air 50 minutes after the Boeing was “buried” by a Soviet fighter. (This is also not fiction, but an official record of the negotiations of the KAL-007 pilots, which appears as an official “document” both in Japan and in the USA.)

…As you know, 8 days after the tragedy, pieces of skin, debris, remnants of luggage in large quantities were thrown onto the Japanese coast of Honshu Island, they were found in Hokkaido. The explanation was given as follows: “material evidence” from the deceased Boeing drifted with the current and thus “sailed” to the Japanese shores from the north, from the place where the downed plane fell. Everything seems to be logical. With the exception of one very significant circumstance that no one has bothered to check until now – at the end of August and in September, there is not a single current in the area of Moneron Island and Sakhalin that would drive waves from north to south. Only from south to north! And, let’s add to this, according to weather reports, at that time a steady wind was blowing towards the mainland. Now, please explain to me how the pieces of the Boeing and the evidence could have sailed to Japan against the wind and against the current?

After all, nature does not play political secrets, so there can be only one explanation: the wreckage of the passenger Boeing was brought to the Japanese shores and Sakhalin really by the current, but not by a fictional one – from north to south, but by the real one – from south to north. Therefore, the liner broke into the sea much to the south of Moneron.

Until now, the mystery of another find that sailed to Wakkanai in Hokkaido along with the wreckage of a South Korean Boeing – the remains of the tail of a combat missile marked by no means Soviet – has remained unanswered. Even an official press release was drawn up about this find, but it was never issued, and the physical evidence itself is kept under seven seals in the Department of Maritime Security in Wakkanai. For some reason, there are no questions about such an unprecedented fact as the direction of a special aircraft of the American Navy, which is usually used in rescue operations, to a square of the Sea of Japan far from Moneron. This flight, recorded by Japanese radars, took place at the same time and in the very place where, according to my calculations, the South Korean Boeing really lies – off the Japanese island of Kyurokushima, not far from Sado Island…

There are a lot of questions in order to believe in a “simple solution” and agree with the established version. But the most important thing, of course, where are the corpses, where are the remains of 269 unfortunate people who were on board the South Korean Boeing? The more time passes and the more facts related to the disaster appear, the firmer I become in my guesses – as it seems to me, the real Boeing is still lying on the seabed where it fell seven and a half years ago – off Sado Island, along with all the crew and passengers. I calculated this place by taking as a basis the speed of local currents and the characteristics that were recorded by radars.

Honestly, I can only guess about the causes of the death of the liner. It is possible that the Boeing was really fired upon during the leapfrog that was going on in the Sakhalin sky, and received damage and cracks, which then “smashed” the plane. It is possible that the KAL-007 was actually shot down, but not by Soviet fighters, but by an American missile, the same one whose part of the plumage was found in Wakkanai. (As the analysis shows, it was a combat missile with infrared guidance, which “worked” by entering the nozzle). I understand that such an assumption may sound ridiculous, but, firstly, Captain Turner wrote in US Force Jor-nel a few years ago that the death of the Boeing was one of the operations of American intelligence, and secondly, I have my own interpretation on this account.

I want to be understood correctly – I do not insist on my assumptions about the causes of the death of the liner, the role of the special services, some kind of high agreement between the Russians and the Americans about this incident, probably. In the end, this is not so important, although, probably, it is insanely interesting for fans of the detective. It’s just that, being a professional, I come across obvious contradictions of that beautiful and slender version, which has been persistently believed all over the world for almost eight years. After the first publications devoted to my investigation, the CIA, as far as I know, specifically found out whether I, Michel Bran, was a KGB agent. I am not an agent of this venerable department, I just want to get answers to my naive questions on the merits of the case.”

M. Bran’s version that ours shot down an American reconnaissance plane off Moneron Island does not stand up to criticism with the same arguments with which he refutes the downing of the Boeing – there are no corpses, and there are things uncharacteristic of a passenger plane. After all, the scout has a crew of about 20 people, and their bodies are also missing. In addition, our divers found a lot of atypical junk, for example, a lot of old, out–of-fashion and torn clothes, but zipped and buttoned – as if from a warehouse. Why is she on a reconnaissance plane, why umbrellas, compact bags?

The Korean could not fly in any case

But, as you can see, M. Bran reported facts that the CPSU Central Committee stubbornly did not react to – that Boeing contacted Japanese dispatchers even 50 minutes after the “official” death, and that the stabilizer of an American missile was found in the wreckage of the aircraft, which directly indicates that the Boeing-747 was finished off by American fighters.

You can see that Bran is definitely afraid to speak, that he evades certainty – this is the trouble of narrow specialists. He can put himself in the place of a Boeing pilot, but not in the place of President Reagan. And to understand this case, you need to put yourself only in Reagan’s place, only in this case you can get answers to all questions.

Let’s do it we

So, Reagan coordinated a spy action to fly a Boeing 747 with unsuspecting passengers over Soviet territory. Let’s take his place and calculate the options for the development of events.

1. The plane safely completes the task, the pilot conducts it through the air defense, and if he meets interceptors, they will be afraid to attack the passenger plane. This option is good for the crew, but bad for Reagan. Passengers will raise a howl when they find out what risk they were exposed to. The airline will begin to interrogate the crew, etc., etc. Oddly enough, but the espionage essence of the flight will be difficult to hide – you can’t remove, say, the National Agency for Transport Safety from the investigation. If there are no corpses, then all the attention of the public will focus only on the flight route itself. By the way, have you noticed that the passengers of the Malaysian Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam somehow have suspiciously few relatives and friends, and they somehow behave very passively? Okay, then about Reagan.

2. Our pilots shoot down a Korean and he dies. I think it must have seemed most likely to Reagan. After all, American reconnaissance planes regularly provoked our air defense – they demonstrated their intention to violate Soviet airspace and, after waiting for our fighters to rise into the air, turned aside. Suffice it to say that Lieutenant Colonel Osipovich, who shot down the Boeing, over 10 years of service on Sakhalin, took to the air more than a thousand times to intercept. The troops were angry at the American arrogance, and they probably knew it. And this option is the best for Reagan. In addition to espionage, he gave political dividends – it was easier to persuade NATO allies to deploy additional missiles in Europe.

3. The most disgusting, most unacceptable option is if the Boeing is shot down, people are killed or injured, and it still reaches the airfield in Japan or Korea or makes an emergency landing. Here it will not be possible to hide anything: passengers will not give. And there was even a US Congressman among them. They cannot be set against the USSR, they will focus on who sent them to this minefield. And this would not only be Reagan’s political death, but in its development, perhaps, both NATO and the role of the United States in the world. Because, after all, the cynicism of the United States in the case of the Korean airliner is simply incomparable.

Therefore, you must agree that we, in Reagan’s place, should have hedged against undesirable options.

First of all. To have fighters ready, which, of course, will not allow a downed Boeing to reach the airfield, and possibly an undamaged one.

Secondly. Hide the crash site, if possible, because during rescue work it may turn out that, by pure chance, it turned out whose missile shot down the plane. And for this it is necessary to simulate a false accident site, where rescuers would work, picking up something related to the plane. At least, such a false place would distract forces for a long time from the search for the real crash site. To do this, an airplane or its parts were blown up into small pieces, some of the debris, along with rags and junk, was loaded into a cargo plane and dropped where the Boeing was descending, and where the debris that fell from it during the explosion of Soviet missiles floated on the surface of the sea. This, by the way, explains that the debris found at the bottom was very small. The Boeing 747 was at that time the largest aircraft in the world. Its integral fragments could not fit into the transport plane, and it was impossible to throw them into the sea from the aircraft. The USA was like this 40 years ago, do you think they have improved?

Let’s go back to Donbass and 2014

Let’s start with the answer to the question, do Americans have a transport plane capable of dropping such cargo from a height? For the answer, let’s estimate the weight of these loads. In the first part of the article, I wrote that I estimate the weight of aviation scrap metal at 20-25 tons, well, let’s say 30. And 30 tons of bodies, garbage and luggage. And even 10 tons of kerosene in combustible containers to simulate a fire. Total 70 tons. In principle, the Boeing S-17 Globmaster will do, which, with a payload of 77 tons, can fly 4.5 thousand kilometers without refueling. Actually, the IL-76 of the Ukrainian Air Force, if it is refueled at 2000 km, will also work.

But I think the Lockheed S-5 Galaxy was chosen. This aircraft has dimensions and speed comparable to similar parameters of the Boeing 777, and it takes 120 tons of cargo, that is, it can load almost the entire 777, if the latter, of course, is chopped into dimensional pieces. In general: “On June 7, 1989, the C-5B set a kind of record by landing four Sheridan tanks (weighing 19 tons each) and 73 parachutists over North Carolina. At the same time, the total weight of the cargo on board was 86,293 tons. Galaxy also holds the unofficial world record for the heaviest parachute landing on two 27-ton platforms.” As of today, there are 94 C-5 vehicles of various modifications in the US Armed Forces.

The “moronic-fantastic” version

Thus, according to the “moronic-fantastic” version, at the time of the flight of the Malaysian Boeing over Ukraine, a C-5 crossing him rose from some Ukrainian military airfield, giving Ukrainian dispatchers signals of a civilian charter flight. At Donetsk, his mark on the radars came up to the Boeing mark, and they exchanged signals. The C-5, starting from Donetsk, replaced the Boeing 777 on its route, starting to signal flight MH17 from Singapore, and the Boeing 777 flew according to the charter flight plan, for example, to Georgia. Or where the Boeing 777 of the same company, which disappeared in the Indian Ocean on March 8 of this year, also flew. At a given point, C-5 dropped a pre-prepared cargo of dead and scrap metal over the DPR. Without much fear – after all, the provocateurs themselves will still “investigate” and give out through their media the necessary “non-feeble-non-fantastic” version to the world about the destruction of the 777th “Buk”. A correct or more correct theory has a peculiarity – it explains those facts that the previous theory cannot explain. I will point out some explanations of the “moronic-fantastic” version of the facts, in addition to those that were discussed in the first part.

Explains a lot, if not everything

To begin with, such an operation cannot be performed without collusion with the crew of a Malaysian Boeing. And here’s what the British newspaper The Daily Mail reported on July 19, 2014. It turns out that the Malaysian crew, which was obliged to perform this flight according to the schedule, did not fly on July 17. The next crew, which was obliged to replace the first one in this case, also did not fly, but the third crew flew, it must be understood, “the one that was needed.” According to the newspaper, the first two crews explain their refusal to fly, allegedly, by the fear of flying over the territory of the DPR. However, until July 17, the planes of this Malaysian company carried out all flights on this route past Donbass! What were they afraid of and were they afraid of?

Thus, the fact remains that on the Malaysian Boeing on July 17 there was not a regular, but some “particularly brave” crew.

Next, well, let’s say, well, Ukrainian air traffic controllers were driving this Malaysian Boeing, well, the DPR militia or the Ukrainian Air Force or Russia shot it down (what’s the difference?), and flight MN 17 disappeared from the screens. What does air traffic controllers have to do with it? Why hide their negotiations with Boeing and its mark on the radar? But after all, the SBU immediately seized all records and began to issue fake videos on the Internet about the “buks” of the militia. So, there is something that completely destroys the version of the destruction of the aircraft by a rocket. Isn’t it?

Further. The S-5 has a very peculiar design and military coloring, and other passenger planes were flying along the route (only at the time of the action there were three more planes in this part of the air corridor). Their pilots and passengers could see a military transport unloading over the Donbass and blab about it. And the Russian dispatchers, who monitored the planes flying up to the borders, noted that “the plane followed the established corridor to Donetsk, and then deviated from the route to the north. At the same time, the maximum distance from the left border of the corridor was 14 kilometers.” That is, C-5 got away from possible witnesses. But neither the dispatchers nor the Ministry of Defense of Russia at the press conference did not find an answer, what does this maneuver of leaving the corridor mean? Why was he needed?

Further, it was impossible to dump the cargo from the transport aircraft in a whole bundle at once, the crew had to push the cargo into the rear hatch along the cargo ramp in parts. And this explains the spread of fragments and bodies over the range. The lower authorities confirmed their right to receive information, but the country’s highest judicial body sided with the government and ministers, “who should have the right to freely communicate with each other and not be afraid that the details of their conversations will be made public.” In the coming weeks, the NTC, RTL and Volksrant will decide whether it makes sense to appeal this decision to the European Court.

We live in a time of war – the military twice

NATO aggression against Yugoslavia, or rather – against the Serbs began a permanent hot war, which was the result of the destruction of the USSR: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria. At the same time hot, then parallel to it, intertwined with her, developing growing power of a different form of the Cold war – an organizational war. Its main goal is to destroy the organizational structures (management structures) of the target society-everyone: from social and financial to the structures of consciousness and knowledge, i.e. the structures of the Psychosphere in the broadest sense of the word. It is this sphere that gradually becomes the main theater of action of the organizational war, which in the Psychosphere becomes a war of psychohistory.

PSYCHOHISTORICAL WAR

Do psychohistorical war (orgvoyny in Psychosphere) multiple levels (dimensions): informational, conceptual, and metaphysical (semantic). Information war in a narrow sense is actions at the level of facts, their falsification, distortion in a certain way. The conceptual dimension of psychohistorical war, as the name implies, touches upon the conceptual interpretation of facts, i.e. develops in the sphere of transition from empirical generalizations to theoretical ones.

Metaphysical war – aerobatics orgvoyny in Psychosphere – mostly a war of meaning; physical victory without a victory in metaphysics, in the semantic field of the impossible.

As a concrete example, we can cite the version of the Katyn events that goes back to Goebbels. Information level psychohistorical action: we are told (by gross factual fraud, collapsing in setting basic questions), that the poles were shot by the Soviet NKVD. And, finally, metaphysics: totalitarianism allegedly follows from the paradigm of Russian history, from all its experience, its meaning, which, therefore, are subject to change. The purpose of psychoistorical war is to destroy the organization of the opponent’s Psychosphere, putting him on a false information flow, introducing his concepts of his self in space and, most importantly, in time and depriving him of his own meanings and values and imposing alien – destructive and paralyzing will to fight.

The battle for history is in fact the main battle of the orgwar in the Psychosphere, because it undermines this last in several directions, including psychoanalysts on historical memory (the most important events, the most significant and iconic figures – hence the mud pouring of our Victory, military glory, specific individuals, especially Stalin, the scheme “the myth of Gagarin”, etc.), on identity, on traditional values for this civilization.

There is no doubt that these dates and the events, trends and faces behind them will be the reason (and the field) for the further development of the psychohistoric war against Russia. Having fantasized, it is possible to imagine, for example, the edition of the multi-volume book devoted to a subject “Russia: world war and revolution”. The goal is to prove that Russia did not play a significant role in the war. The money will give the Western “scientific” foundations. 90% of authors are Western scientists, 10% – representatives of the “comprador” science of the Russian Federation, “children” grant (but not captains of Grants), mostly narrow specialists, not threatening a great narrative and generalizations (is – a monopoly of masters-funders). The same, or even worse, can be imagined about the role of the USSR in world war II.

One of the lines of the “game of demotion” in the assessment of the role and importance of the great Patriotic war can be the opposition of the First world war as the “first German” – “second German”. The first signs of this opposition are already appearing. Two war – two German, two world. They played a huge role in history. And in their history a huge, decisive role was played by Russia, whatever it was called. Next year will be the centenary of the first world war, and it is already written about today, including in our country. They remember the heroes of this war, the course of hostilities, the era. Historical memory is being restored, and this, of course, is good. Another thing is not good: it is already clear that there is a tendency to oppose the First world war – the great Patriotic war. It develops in the context of the opposition of the Russian Empire as something positive to the Soviet Union – as something negative.

Today we can say with confidence: the attempt to glorify the white movement, the use of “Lieutenant Golitsyn and Kornet Obolensky” as an org weapon against the red period of our history failed. It is more than likely that under the slogans of restoring “historical justice” about the First world war, an attempt will be made to use it as an anti-Soviet organizational weapon, at least equalizing it in historical significance with the great Patriotic war.

That would be a lie For Russia, Russian and world history the significance of these two wars is incomparable. In Russian 1914, Wilhelm II and the Germans did not, unlike Hitler, set the task of erasing the Russians from history – the physical destruction of one half of the Russians and the cultural and psychological (ie oskotinivaniya) – the other. This happened because in the 1930s the very modal type of personality was created, the Soviet man, who emerged victorious in the war by signing the Reichstag. The topic of fundamental differences can be continued for a long time, but it is hardly worth doing it in this work. Here it makes sense to say something else – about an important lesson of the First world war. That war was lost by the oligarchized, corrupt autocracy which turned Russia into financially-dependent raw materials appendage of the West, appendage with considerably limited sovereignty. In the acute situation of the then “chief” – the king – overthrew the Grand Duke-General-bourgeois oligarchy (with the assistance of the British), i.e. representatives of 200-300 families who ruled (as they thought) Russia. Objectively, the oligarchy played the role of the “fifth column” and History – primarily by the hands of the Imperial-minded part of the Bolsheviks and the military General staff – kicked her out of the country. Explaining the reasons for the success of the USSR in world war II, Churchill said that, unlike, for example, from the same France, the USSR on the eve of the war was eliminated “fifth column”. The history of world wars shows that family-oligarchic systems have no chance to win. This lesson, as well as the sacred memory of our fallen in both wars, we must remember, paying tribute to our heroes of the First world war and not allowing anyone to belittle the value of the heroes of the great Patriotic war and Victory – our Victory – in it. The fact that this kind of humiliation takes place to be that it will develop on the eve of round dates (for example, the 70th anniversary of Victory) will be particularly strong, there is no doubt.

The moral of all the above: in psychohistorical war in General and in information in particular, especially in such an area as history, you should not wait for the enemy to strike, you need to beat the first. We need our own work on the history of events, the anniversaries of which are approaching, but also in General on the history of Russia and – necessarily – on the history of the West, with which and in favor of which Russia is compared. At the same time, in the course of comparison, Russia’s negative protrudes, and then it is simply attributed to something that did not exist in reality, and the West retouches dark spots. In General, it must be said that the ability to taboo topics unpleasant for the West and unsightly criminal pages of its history is a characteristic feature of Western culture, including scientific. It is impossible not to agree with the English historian D. Lieven, who in the work “Empire: the Russian Empire and its rivals” (English edition – 2000) noted that in modern comparative history and political science dominates converted into dogma “strange version of the Anglo-American self-healing-self-praise (self-congratulation), written in the German manner.”

The West, above all its Anglo-Saxon core, has transformed itself, its unique historical self, into a universal yardstick against which everything else is measured. Anglo-Saxons are free, like the “King” and “Duke” of the “Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” to make any kunshtyuki. Our task and duty – not to be caught on them and to bend the line, first of all in the Psychosphere. Therefore, we must write not only our own history, but also the history of the West (and the East, of course) without retouching. We need a systematic, offensive and strategically calibrated work in the field of “fighting for history” (L. February), in the past – primarily his own, but someone else’s too. This is a necessary condition for victory in the battle for the future. In turn, writing the history of the West, Russia, the world as a whole as a condition-the imperative of Russian victory in psychohistorical war requires a theoretical interpretation of the history of the West, Russia, the world as a system. As applied to the last centuries, this means the creative development of the problems of capitalism and real communism (i.e. the Soviet system). At the same time, the analysis and theory of capitalism as a system is primarily an analysis of supranational (global governance), the subject of which is a system-forming element of the capitalist system – organized into closed structures of world coordination and management (“lodges”, “clubs”, “commissions”, etc.) the top of the world capitalist class. This elite, mainly Anglo-Saxon, seeks to turn everything fundamentally non-capitalist into functions of capital and to suppress everything unlike Protestantism. In this regard, Russia is a triple enemy of these structures: the Orthodox experience, the Communist experience, the great power – 200 years standing in the way of creating a “world government”.

History has long been a battleground not only of scientific theories, but of information schemes, ideological constructions and conceptual viruses (memes), a field of psychohistorical war in all its hypostases – informational, conceptual and metaphysical. Psychoinformational attacks on identity, on historical memory have long been included in the Arsenal of various forces of the modern world and are actively used against today’s Russia, as once used against the USSR, and even earlier – against the Russian Empire. We have tried and are trying to impose someone else’s, alien to us the vision of its history, and to present our history as incomplete, not reaching to some universal standards of civilizational value, for which the West (and its “fifth column”) gives himself, beloved. Surprisingly, many still buy this self-styled universality (or universal imposture) of the West and begin to look at their (in this case, our, Russian) history through someone else’s eyes. As M. Voloshin wrote, “We still dream of Russian dream / Under names alien to us”. Well, the one who looks at his country and at his history through someone else’s eyes, sooner or later begins to look at them in someone else’s interests. Pushkin Russian history was right to note that Russian history requires its own formula, that is, its own theory, and not someone else’s, mainly Anglo-Saxon conceptual dress, which is put on Russian history. Conceptualizing its history in accordance with its nature and extent is, therefore, the task is not only scientific, but also psychohistorical war.

Opposition to the theories, interpretations and assessments of Russian history imposed from the outside is one of the directions of psychohistorical war, our actions in which in no case should be defensive in nature – we should write the history not only of our country, but also of the West such as it is in reality – a capitalist predator, behind the democratic facade of which real owners are hiding, United in lodges, clubs and other structures.

No less important is the resistance to attempts of the geohistorical (class, system, civilizational, etc.) enemy to destroy or replace our historical memory, distort identity and instill a complex of historical, cultural and psychological inferiority, as it was done after 1945 with the Germans, speculating on the “inescapable fault of the German people” before all – mainly before the Jews, “forgetting” that the greatest losses, including consciously destroyed civilians, suffered by the Russians.

In Russia, in the last two decades, attempts to instill a complex of historical inferiority have been made by Western propagandists and their “fifth column” as attempts to repent for the “crimes of Stalinism.” The meme “crimes of Stalinism” had not only internal, but also external, foreign policy aspect. It was implemented as an attempt to lay the main blame for the outbreak of world war II on the Stalinist Soviet Union, whereas previously this blame was laid only on Hitler. The Foundation of this accusation was the identification of Stalinism and Hitlerism, the USSR and the Third Reich as two – left and right – forms of totalitarianism, and as a concrete historical evidence used “Ribbentrop – Molotov Pact” (as in the West called the Soviet-German Treaty of 1939), allegedly opened the way to the Second world war and even allegedly became its actual beginning. In fact, the Soviet-German Treaty was the last of a series of treaties between European powers (Italy, France, great Britain) and Germany, which were to create conditions for the aggression of the Third Reich against the USSR, which had no such Treaty with Germany until August 1939. The August Treaty thwarted aggression in 1939 and pushed it back for two very important years for us. Well, really opened the way to war September (1938) Munich collusion, but this is a separate topic for us now important fundamental statement of the question.

Often in response to accusations that the Soviet Union is guilty of inciting the Second world war at least Hitler, our side is on the path of a simple response, ie refutation of unscrupulous concrete theses opponents. Distortion, falsification of history – a powerful organizational weapon in the field of psychohistorical war in General and information war in particular

Materialized in the form of institutions, educational structures, systems of grants, etc., the falsification of history is one of the elements of global governance, which as of fact and of process, as a rule, denied the conventional (professors-profane) science qualifying attempts a serious study of supranational structures global coordination and control as “conspiracy”, “conspiracy theory”, etc. it is Clear that science, which subject of global governance, needs to deny the fact of its existence. Therefore, the analysis of supranational governance, its structures, forms, stages of development, methods, etc. as a POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC reality means the fight against the falsification of history. In addition, it means the study of the real main enemy of Russia and the Russian, who was hiding behind the signs “UK” and “USA”. Finally, the analysis of these structures allows us to understand the real mechanisms of history and weakens the potential of the organizational weapons, which are used by those whom B. Disraeli called “masters of history”, and O. Markeev – “masters of the world game”. And therefore, acts as an organizational weapon in the ongoing “invisible wars” – information, network, memory, weapons of resistance to global governance. This knowledge is very necessary for us today, when a new global redistribution begins, a new revision of the maps Of History, which will determine the future of the world for the coming centuries.

Today, Russia is more an object than a subject of global governance, which is fixed by its role in the international division of labor. Often the understanding of this “object”, maximum – “semi-object” state is made in the form of conclusions about the randomness of the current situation, about global governance as a simple conspiracy of certain forces. In fact, supranational governance is conditioned by the nature and logic of the development of capitalism and resistance to it: one should not forget, in particular, that the Soviet Union was a subject of world governance both in the Comintern era and in the post-war (i.e. until the end of the 1980s). And, of course, we must remember that without the structures of supranational (since the 1870s – the world, since the 1980s – global) governance capitalism would not be able to reproduce itself as a system.

Supranational governance is not an illusion, not a whim, not a luxury, not a twist of history, but a means of removing one of the most important contradictions of capitalism. Economically capitalism is a whole-world system, a world market, while politically it is not an integrity, but a set, a sum of States. Hence the triple contradiction between capital and the state, the whole and the sum, the world level and the national-state. The big bourgeoisie, no matter what country it lives in (especially if it is a large country), first of all its financial segment, always has interests that go beyond the national framework, beyond the state borders – its own and others’. And these interests can be realized only by violating the laws of your state or others, and often your own, and others at the same time. And it is not a one-time violation, but a permanent and systematic one, which, therefore, must be somehow formalized. It is one thing when capital is opposed by weak or even not very weak politics in Asia, not to mention Africa – there is enough power option, “gunboat diplomacy”. And how to be in the world of equal or relatively equal: Britain, France, Russia, Austria, from the second half of the XIX century. – Germany, USA? That’s different. To solve the problems at this level, we need not firearms, but organizational weapons of a special type, which, solving the problems of the top of the world capitalist class, would remove the contradictions between capital and the state, supranational economic and national political interest and, finally, between the world economic integrity and the world state-political totality.

The structures in the form of which there is such an organizational weapon should be:

– supranational (supranational); – closed (“secret»);

– long-term by type and principle of activity, because, among other things, Express the holistic and long-term interests of the top of the world capitalist class. It was such closed structures of supranational coordination and management that the bourgeoisie needed at the turn of the XVII–XVIII centuries.

However, the bourgeoisie did not have ready-made structures, and it used the existing ones, filling them with new content. We are talking about Masonic structures, the official development of which started in 1717.

Simultaneously with the need for supranational governance and the emergence of its first structures, there was a fundamental possibility of design approach to historical practice. And it is also an immanent feature of capitalism. One of the main meta-historical, institutional differences of capitalism from earlier systems is that at a certain point of development, his story is becoming more of a designed character.

The ability to design and direct the course of history by constructing it depends on several factors:

– the existence of an organization that can set and solve problems of this kind, i.e. has a geohistorical goal-setting, the ability to strategic planning on a global scale and the will to act on this basis;
– adequate object of manipulation as a means of solving problems of design and historical activity;

– having a financial base to ensure access to power and property and to maintain a strong position in both areas;

– control over information flows with a significant role of the latter in the life of society, or at least its top;

– the presence of structures of rational knowledge, analyzing the laws of history, mass processes and behavior of social groups as objects, and means of implementation of design activities.

Any traditional collective, rooted in the “small tradition”, having common norms, values, tradition, whether community, clan, tribe, caste, etc. is difficult to manipulate. Another thing is “the lonely crowd” (D. Roman) cities, especially preindustrial and early industrial, not yet turned into “the working classes” and turning into “dangerous classes”, so vividly described by Eugene sue; it is an adequate facility for large-scale historical manipulation. It appears this object is a “substance” – mass is in the middle of the XVIII century to explode, or rather, to be detonated in the “era of revolutions” (E. Hobsbawm), 1789-1848 in years.

The release of the masses to the forefront of history has provided great opportunities for large-scale manipulators. It is the mass, i.e. such atomized-aggregated human material, which consists of poorly connected with each other individuals is an adequate object of manipulation. In the middle of the XVIII century. surprisingly at the same time there was an adequate object of manipulation – the mass (“substance”), and a powerful financial base (money – “energy”), and new information flows (“information”).

Finally, last but not least, the role of information. In the XVIII century there was another change in the cardinal order – sharply, qualitatively increased the role of a certain way organized (“Packed”, structured, generalized catalogued, decoded, etc.), supplied as a rational, scientifically sound, fundamentally new and directed information and control over it. These information flows justified the claims of new social groups and their allies from the structures of the Old Order to participate in power and became a powerful psychohistorical weapon of conspiracy in reformatting the consciousness of the elite, social recruitment of adherents by means of carefully prepared interception of power by means of a mass movement, the first of which will later be the French revolution of 1789-1799. “Encyclopedia” has demonstrated the role played in society by applying for rational novelty and socially oriented and ideologically charged and structured information (information for special and political purposes), what is its impact on the elite, putting them under the influence of a certain information flow and thus opening them to the influence of their interests outside the conspiracy or even turning into the outer circle of the latter. In fact, the encyclopedia is the first example of a successful psychohistorical war of the modern Era.

Thus, in the second half of the XVIII century for the first time in history, the unprecedented scale and shape there was a connection came to the fore the logic of the development of capitalism as a system of “big Finance” (money, gold), informaticav and large masses of atomized population. This happened in accordance with the nature of capitalism in General and with the logic of the development (change) of hegemonies in the capitalist system.

CAPITALISM AS THE REALITY OF THE SOCIAL NATURE, THE MAIN STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT, THE CURRENT GLOBAL CRISIS

It is significant that the formation of supranational governance structures occurred during the period when the peak of the hegemony of Holland (1620-1651 years) gone by the end came the Dutch cycle of accumulation and began to take its first steps to the British cycle of accumulation and the industrial revolution, which became the basis of British victories in the wars with France (1756-1763; 1792-1815 years) and the establishment of British hegemony (peak – 1815-1873 gg.). British hegemony ended, it was replaced by the American, ie. for two hundred years, the Anglo-Saxons are the hegemons of the capsystem, and their functioning as such is closely linked, first, with supranational governance structures – British in origin and, secondly, with Jewish capital, closely linked, as if sewed Britain and the United States and gave the Anglo-Sphere additional integrity and unity. The history of capitalism of the last 200-250 years is a pax exelence history of supranational governance, the structures of which expressed the interests primarily of the UK (and later the US and the UK) and capital with the British (later American and British) “residence permit”.

The subject of supranational governance originally was the upper segment of the ruling British class, including the crown. Structural forms of this subject a long time (until the end of nineteenth digits) were almost exclusively regular Masonic lodges. And almost from the beginning they were represented by two types, what was the main principle and the main mystery of supranational governance, which in the mid-nineteenth century was truly global. The first type included island lodges, the second – continental.

Island lodges, the existence of which was kept secret from the “neostrovityan” – a form of organization of those persons who play an important role in the political, socio-economic and spiritual life of great Britain. The ideology of the island lies the original wore a Patriotic, nationally oriented in character, rests on the age-old English tradition, following the principle of “right or wrong, my country”. At the same time locus operandi island lodges – the whole world and especially Europe, where there was another type of lodges – continental, but heading from the island – ie from the UK.

The installation of continental lodges was diametrically opposed to that of the island States – cosmopolitanism, which undermined the statehood, traditions and religion (primarily Catholicism) of the continental States in the interests of great Britain; in some cases it was the installation of “self-determination of Nations”, in others – “unification of Nations” (for example, Germany and Italy under the control of lodges). “From the depths of these lodges, which over time covered all the States of the world with their branches, – Baron de Rennes once wrote, – the so-called liberal doctrines”, intended especially for export, came out: continental “brothers” led on the way, directly opposite to that, to which there were “island”: “destroying traditions in other lands, England protects them at itself as an Apple of an eye, for this its main spiritual wealth made as synthesis from centuries-old experience […] Ridiculing external forms of traditional life of other backgammon, England with emotion holds on the forms, for the customs and for the ceremonies as the factors separating it from the others races and peoples, and in this she should footsteps another people, which is due to the same reasons, carried through the millennia their nationality and preserved its vitality to the present day”.

While both types of lodges were organizational weapons, it should be added that the continental lodges, in turn, were the first truly large-scale island weapons – the pan-European scale and global consequences – the experience of design action was the French revolution of 1789-1799. Using the real problems that have accumulated in France for a hundred years and riding mass processes, the British establishment, continental lodges and Swiss bankers toppled the monarchy in France, permanently eliminated a competitor to the UK and conducted a very important social experiment, the results of which were actively used for more than a century. Of course, they used the real problems and difficulties of France, which to a large extent created themselves (financial and information impact). These actions were decisive, as in the XVI, XVII century and the first half of the XVIII century the socio-economic situation was worse (sometimes much worse than in the reign of Louis XVI), but the revolution did not happen. As noted by I. Ten, when Louis XIV and XV more were starving, but then userewrite riots were being made. In 1789, the subjective factor was added to the system factor (not to be confused with the subjective one). In fact, the French revolution became the weapon of supranational financial and political conspiracies and the UK in their struggle against France, the French monarchy. These supranational forces in Europe became the main winners of the Napoleonic wars, the main beneficiaries of the British accumulation cycle and British hegemony.

The French revolution opened the “era of revolutions” (1789-1848). “Era of revolutions” and the “long fifties” (1848-1867/73), when at the Masonic patterns and under the supervision of the UK created the whole of the state, became the period of the arrival of the masons to power and, as a consequence, the partial nationalization of Freemasonry, i.e., the triumph of supra-national structures of coordination and control. However, there were also problems. The parish in various European countries in the mid-nineteenth century in one form or another to power elite classic lodges left in the political offside, a considerable part of the members of these lodges. In addition, not all participants of the revolutionary movement was satisfied with the results of the French revolution of 1830 and to an even greater extent the European revolutions of 1848-1849, In the face of the state they are now often resisted “the power of the masons”, and it created a conflict inside of Freemasonry in the world of cancerstricken. At the same time, supranational structures are beginning to emerge with a claim to control the struggle of workers on a global scale – I international led by Marx. This is not the place to analyze the links of the I international with the masons, Carbonari, large financial capital and British intelligence. I will limit myself to pointing out that the principle of supranational governance began to work not only on the class “horizontal”, but also on the “vertical”, penetrating society from top to bottom.

In the last third of the XIX century under the influence of the financiers, the revolutionaries and secret service begins to rapidly emerge as a dual system of world governance, government agencies, and open externally, which is an achievement and the embodiment of “democracy and progress” political forms (parties, parliaments) national level in a significant (sometimes very significant) extent a function of the closed structures of the world level.

THE SECOND CIRCUIT AUTHORITY IN THE WEST AND CAPITALISM

During this period it also becomes clear that in the complicated political and economic situation (economic depression of 1873-1896; decline of the hegemony of great Britain; the split within the masonry into the British and German sectors; the rise of the USA and Germany; the beginning of the struggle of the West for Russian resources; the aggravation of the class struggle and much more) masonry as a form of supranational governance ceases to be adequate to the era. There is a need for fundamentally new forms, new structures, which, first, must unite the Anglo-Saxons (British and Americans) in the struggle against Germany and for Russian resources; secondly, to become a truly world – Freemasonry bore the imprint of the European world-system XVII – the first half of the XIX century.

New structures (subjects) of world governance are societies created by S. Rhodes, A. Milner and others in the UK. After the end of the First world war, this line of development continued interpenetration of supranational and state (“national”) structures, i.e. interpenetration of the two circuits while maintaining the principle of double-circuit. Western States have increasingly become the function of the structures of world governance, based on the Finance and the informal but highly effective political control.

A similar process of formation of the two-loop system has developed since the 1920-ies in the USSR, in the area of system-capitalism, but in the opposite direction to the West: in the West, the state has become a function of “nadnatsionalnoj”, Fininterna, etc., the Soviet Union, the command of Stalin, turning the project “world revolution” and began the construction of the red Empire began to turn a personification of the world revolution and the third international (Comintern) in function of state of the USSR, essentially eliminating the bypass ratio. Having become the key to Soviet victories in the 1930s-1950s, later this elimination, not compensated by the Soviet elite, played a cruel joke with the socialist camp, the USSR and the CPSU[1].

Summing up the preliminary result, it is possible to distinguish evolutionary and revolutionary (crisis) periods in the history of supranational management. The first period (evolutionary) was almost the entire XVIII century. Then came the “era of revolutions” (1789-1848), which became the era of the crisis of supranational governance of the XVIII century., the crisis of its structures and the search for new forms. The stabilization of the 1850s and 1870s only temporarily froze this problem, breaking through the 75-year crisis of 1870-1945 and the emergence of fundamentally new – world – forms of supranational governance. This was followed, as in the XIX century., thirty years of stabilization, followed by a crisis (at first it was “softened” dashing 1990-due to the robbery of the former socialist camp). The crisis has created new structures of supranational governance – global. These latter – dialectics – gave rise to this crisis as much as they did. The paradox is that globalization is developing as the source of the crisis – the crisis of global governance. The current crisis of supranational governance (global), as well as the previous one – global – is closely connected with Russia, its historical destiny, which should be mentioned in particular.

The confrontation between Russia and the West began long ago – from the moment when Russia was liberated from the Horde took the place of the collapsed Roman Empire

From that moment to the confrontation of Orthodoxy split for political reasons from this very Orthodoxy Catholicism added confrontation at the geopolitical level. In the last third of the XVI century in the West there are two establishment of control over Russia Catholic (the Habsburgs, the Holy Roman Empire) and Protestant (England). Both plans (with modifications) went through the centuries and in the late twentieth century took the form of approaches of the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers to the weakening/destruction of the USSR.

In the early nineteenth century right after the Napoleonic wars began the confrontation between Russia and the Anglo-Saxons; if in the XIX – early XX century it was the British-Russian struggle for geopolitical basis, that almost the entire second half of the twentieth century is the Soviet-American standoff on the US side was not only their British “cousins”, but the West in General. In the twentieth century. to the geopolitical aspect of the confrontation with the Anglo-Saxons added a social system: the USSR acted in relation to the West, to the world capitalist system not just as a power, but as a systemic anti-capitalism and an alternative world system.

Through the struggle of both the British and Americans against Russia, i.e. through the entire struggle of the Anglo-Saxons against the Russians from the XIX century to the present day are two more “red lines”, closely associated with supranational/world/global governance. The first “started” in the 1820s, simultaneously with the beginning of the British-Russian struggle, the second – since the 1880s.

The first “red line” is connected with the desire of European bankers, especially the Rothschilds, to create something resembling a world government, having formalized/institutionalized supranational governance, which was already manifested in the 1820s. In the way of the aspirations were objectively Russia of Alexander I and then Nicholas I, what did Romanov enemies, not only the UK but also the European bankers, led by Rothschilds (later they will Finance and the Crimean war, and the revolutionary movement in Russia). The situation has not changed after the October revolution. Taking a course on the construction of “socialism in one country taken separately”, ie, the red Empire, the command of Stalin was objectively in the transformation of world governance to world government – Stalin thrice thwarted the plans of the globalists, both right and left, earning the hatred of the first and second.

The struggle of the Anglo-Saxons and the West as a whole against Russia was conducted not only and not so much on the state line, but through closed supranational structures of world coordination and management, the state was often only a means and facade of this struggle. You could even say that the evolution of forms of global governance in the twentieth century was largely determined by the logic and objectives of the struggle the tops of the West, the world capitalist class of Russia. To a large extent, this was facilitated by everything that was connected with the second “red line”, which started in the 1880s and is associated with the desire of the West to put Russian resources under control.

By the 1880s, the main resource zones of the world had already been put under Western control in the form of either colonies or semi-colonies. Capital required new resource zones (and at the same time markets and a source of cheap labor), this requirement was intensified by the negative economic situation – the world depression of 1873-1896, which hit primarily the UK.

In 1884, a conference was held in Berlin, at which it was decided that the countries possessing natural resources, but not able to master them, should open up to the “international community”, i.e. the West. And those who do not want to open by force. Officially, it was claimed that we are talking about Africa, but this, of course, was not true: about Africa in this context, no such decisions would not take – just come and take force, as it was done at the end of the XIX century. in relation to Africa, not only black, but also white – Boer. In fact, the Berlin conference sent a warning – the “black mark” – to Russia, testing the strength of its young Emperor. Alexander III nerves were strong, and his Russia was strong enough, not a couple of the Empire of his son-a loser, was not yet entangled in debt, but because the “black mark” has not reached its goal. Goals and objectives of 1884 they were decided by means of the First world war and the February revolution of 1917, which was to knock Russia out of the category of great powers (the minimum program) or lead to its dismemberment with the establishment of not only economic but also political control (the maximum program).

In Russian revolution in the early 1920s, the international socialist phase and the Civil war created a situation very close to that of the transnational oligarchies; it seemed that Russian resources were about to be under Western control. However, Stalin’s team swatted the NEP together with the project “world revolution” and only a dozen years after the expulsion of Trotsky from the USSR created a powerful military-industrial complex and provided industrial autarky from the capitalist world (two of the five world industrial “nodes” of that time were on the territory of the USSR).

The West’s attempt (primarily the UK) to put Russian resources under control with the help of Hitler failed and, contrary to American calculations, the USSR recovered not in 20, but in 10 years, already in the early 1950s becoming a superpower. And Russian resources were no longer up to the West in the 1950s and 1980s- the struggle was with a systemic and geopolitical enemy, but during and especially after the destruction of the Soviet Union, the question of Russian resources was again on the West’s agenda, especially given the importance of oil and gas for the current economy. To Russian resources today is added another “prize” – Russian (North Eurasian) space. The fact that almost all experts agree that the looming threat of climatic disaster (attenuation Gulf stream, restructuring the planetary occurring every 11,5–12,5 thousand years, and got XX – the beginning of the XXII century with the active phase in 1990-2030 years) the only stable and resourced area will be Northern Eurasia, i.e. Russia, especially the TRANS-Ural part. This is what makes establishing control over Russia imperative for Western tops, representatives of which did not hesitate to say that the Russian can’t develop Siberia and the far East, but because they have to go under the control of the international community, i.e. transnational corporations and global governance structures and institutions (the repetition of the situation in 1884); that the Russian too much, and in General they need is a 15 or a maximum of 50 million, as to serve the “pipe” (this is according to the scheme of the West historical destiny of the Russian) is no longer necessary.

Well, their “fifth column” in Russia actively sings along with the hosts. The destruction of the USSR as a form of historical Russia had to solve a number of problems for the West and open the “gate” of globalization. That is, to achieve one of the main results for which the First world war was started, for the sake of which (her) conspirators and arsonists worked for several decades. It was in this war that the twentieth century was born. In fact, it was the beginning of the Great war of the twentieth century, the “hot” world phase which lasted 31 years (1914-1945 gg.), and the “cold” global – 45 years (1944-1989 gg.). Understand the “short twentieth century” (1914-1991) and the two “watersheds” (1871-1929 and 1986–? the world and global governance of this era is first of all to understand the mechanism of the organization of the war of 1914-1918, the goals and motives of its organizers-arsonists.

It is a complete picture of the era that started the Franco-Prussian war (1870-1871) and the economic depression (1873-1896) and ended with the destruction of the USSR (1991), and not some counterattacks against the USSR in the wine of the Second world war, it seems an adequate response to the psychohistorical enemy; not a counterattack, but a counterattack along the entire front line. As albert Schweitzer noted, the winner of the dispute is the one who undermines the foundations of the views and positions of the opponent. And, I add, offers a broader picture of the world and cause-effect relationships than he does. I Russian not to mention that from the beginning of the First world war and the decades preceding it, a straight line is drawn through 1939-1945. in our days, in the “watershed”, something reminiscent of both the 1900s and 1930s at the same time pre-war era, fraught with a new explosion – even the destruction of the USSR in 1991, the Russian question, the problem of Russia was not solved by the West to the end; the battle for Russian resources, and taking into account the threat of a geoclimatic catastrophe and for Russian space as a reserve territory is still ahead. It is necessary to learn the lessons of History and use their science against the main enemy – “Go, poisoned steel, on purpose” (“hamlet” Shakespeare in Pasternak translation). And if we want (must!) replay the results of the Cold war as the USSR once outplayed the results for Russia of the First world war, the lessons of history need not only to know and learn, they need to be used as an organizational weapon in the information, psychohistorical war.

With the end of the Napoleonic wars, Russia became Britain’s No. 1 opponent on the continent, and the British began to prepare to eliminate this competitor

In the 1820s was launched psychohistorical (information) program “Russophobia”, which was morally and ideologically prepare all Western Europeans to participate in the British struggle against Russia, the culmination of which in the XIX century. was the Crimean war – the first all-Western war against Russia. Its result was a reduction of Russia’s influence in Europe and some strengthening of France’s position of Napoleon III, but at the same time Russia has retained the status of one of the five great European powers and continued to resist the UK in Central Asia. To change this situation, the British took care to create a continental counterweight to Russia, which at the same time could cut and Napoleon III, who showed increasing independence. In 1870-1871, Prussia defeated France. The rapid victory of the Germans even then caused some surprise among his contemporaries – they were not so much stronger than the French militarily. Over time, the situation became clear: the defeat was largely the result of betrayal. The latter was due to the fact that the “brothers” from the Masonic lodges of great Britain, France and Germany agreed – and the fate of the Third Empire was decided. The British were able to triumph. And here the Germans gave them an extremely unpleasant surprise, the consequences of which largely determined the course of European and world history for almost eight decades.

Having finished with the French, the Germans United their (continental) Masonic lodges, which had previously been in a separate form to some extent under the control of the British (island) lodges, in one major superlog – “Geheime Deutschland” (“secret Germany”) and thus not only got out of their control, but made an application for an independent game in the world processes. For the first time (and, incidentally, the only time in history), Anglo-Saxon supranational structures of world governance and coordination were challenged on a national basis. The power of this challenge was reinforced by the national political position of the German ruling class and the growing economic power of the Second Reich, while Britain in the 1870s the peak of its political and economic hegemony in the world has passed.

British public opinion, not knowing about the Masonic background of the Franco-Prussian war, the victory of the Germans and so frightened to such an extent that in 1871 saw the light of the story of Colonel J. So, the Second Reich created a two-circuit system of power in one, a single country – before that, only the British had a two-circuit structure of power. In the 1880s, the British elite faced two closely related issues – German and Russian. The growth of Germany, the “German spirit” had to be stopped at all costs, but the Russian resources had to be put under control. And, of course, it was impossible to allow the realization of the nightmare of the British – continental Russian-German Union. Moreover, the British could only stop the Germans with the help of Russia by using it (and then, by using it, bring it to its knees, as they tried to do in 1917-1918). As noted by the remarkable Russian geo-politician E. A. Edrikhin-Vandam, the British solution of the German question “may not a single combat of England and Germany in the North sea and the pan-European war with participation of Russia and under the condition that if the latter would assume, at least three-quarters of the total burden of war on land.” Note a critical detail: at the end of the XIX century, the very existence of the British Empire and its leadership has largely become dependent on the destruction of Germany and Russia, but a means of destruction could only be conflict between them. Tied tight knot Russian-German question became the Central question of the existence of the British, and from a certain point in the American elite in their globalist aspirations. The globalist and Imperial principles of the organization of space are incompatible, especially when the Imperial principle is embodied by the white, Christian, but not Protestant-Catholic, and Orthodox and besides non-capitalist in fact civilization – Russia.

The solution of the German question by the British rested on the European war, which had to be somehow caused, and the need to create an Alliance with Russia. Given the half-century Anglo-Russian confrontation, even the Treaty of 1887 on Afghanistan, concluded after the panjdeh Incident (1885), which almost led to war, was not enough for the Foundation of the new Union. In addition, the British sought to clamp the Germans in ticks, and this needed France as an ally of great Britain and Russia. But the fact of the matter is that France at that time had strained relations with Russia and even more strained – with the UK. And the British found a strong move: to come to an Alliance with Russia through an Alliance with France, which previously will enter into an Alliance with Russia. This scheme was divided into several moves.

Apparently, the final decision on the defeat of Germany, the British took no later than 1888 (economic problems propped up), and the work began to boil; looking ahead, I note that at this time the Rothschild man Cecil Rhodes began to create a closed management organization of a new type. First, we had to work on the Franco-Russian Union. The Pope had to convince the French to move towards Russia. In 1892-1893 the result – the Franco-Russian Union – was obvious. Well, the situation of great Britain on the world stage was complicated so much that Rhodes spoke about the need to create a single Anglo-American establishment and engaged in the creation of fundamentally new closed supranational structures of world coordination and management, more adequate to the new era than Freemasonry, on the one hand, and the German superlage and other closed structures – on the other. One of these new structures has become a society under the discreet name “We” (“We”), or “Group” (“The group” – there is still); it was followed by others, such as the Milner society (“Round table”), which grew out of the “Group” and became at some point its core. The new structure is actively involved in the salvation of great Britain by the destruction of Germany, with its two circuits of power (by the way, the Germans were also on alert, creating neorganika structures and corporations are a new type) and the destruction of Russia.

The next step in Britain’s long-term strategy was to push France into an Alliance with Albion. To do this, it was necessary to demonstrate to the French that the Russians are not so strong and should not rely too much on them in the confrontation with Germany. And for this, in turn, it was necessary to really weaken Russia, but not in the European zone – there it will still be useful, and, so to speak, “on the distant shores.” For example, in the far East. This Russian-Japanese war (1904-1905) preceded the conclusion of the Anglo-Japanese Treaty (1902), which played a significant role in determining the outcome of the Japanese-Russian war, in which the British actively helped the Japanese. In the 1870s and 1880s, it became clear that Freemasonry as the dominant organizational form of closed supranational forms of coordination and management did not work, not adequately to the modern world.

Moreover, it split into two opposing camps, one of which – German – was:

– first, nationally oriented and illiberal, which clearly violated the liberal-cosmopolitan principles of Freemasonry (the so-called “Prussian capitalism”, which has some “PRA-communitarian” features – approx. ed.);

– second, was clearly opposed by the UK and its lodges, as an island, and continental. Before the British ruling class, which for almost two centuries somehow controlled all or almost all the Masonic lodges of Europe, the task of creating a fundamentally new form of organization of closed supranational structures of coordination and management, supported by British power, was acute.

But that was just the problem: for those tasks which had to deal with a new closed (“secret”) structure (or structures) of a single British power wasn’t enough, Albion’s “designers” need turned in the only direction in which they could be deployed in the United States. They saw the way out in strengthening the Anglo-American (Anglo-Saxon) unity – financial,economic and political, up to the formation of the Anglo-American establishment, of course, mainly secret.

Only such a subject could solve the “pentagonal” (“pentagram”) problem:

– to put under control the us finances, thus creating a single Anglo-Saxon financial system; – to crush Germany (and other European and Eurasian empires);
– to appropriate Russian resources, weakening, and even better completely destroying Russia;
– to unleash the Eurasian, and even better world war and thus eliminating competitors;
– to establish world domination of the Anglo-Saxons as a special (high) race under the auspices of the world created by them (supranational) government.

The initiator of the creation of a new subject of the world game, the subject is not just a supranational European, and already world governance made Cecil Rhodes, which stood for the Rothschilds. “On a winter day in February 1891, three people had a Frank conversation in London. The consequences of this conversation were of great importance to the British Empire and the world at large.” So begins an interesting study of the “Anglo-American establishment” brilliant historian Carol Quigley. The three men in question are three staunch British imperialists: Cecil Rhodes, journalist and scout William stead (steed) and Reginald Balliol Brett (later Lord Asher, confidant first to Queen Victoria and then to Edward VII and George V). The Troika met to discuss the creation of a secret organization that should take over the real leadership of the foreign (and in many ways domestic) policy of the UK, to strengthen the British Empire in the new conditions (the German challenge), connecting to the process of strengthening the United States and creating something like a single Anglo-American establishment that dominates the world. It was meant simultaneously domination of “Anglo-Saxon race” (the doctrine of racism was in detail developed in the second half of XIX – the beginning of XX century). it is in the UK, not in Germany, which later implemented the British developments in practice) and the dominance of the British ruling class with its socio-political and ideological and intellectual traditions.

The idea of a secret Anglo-American organization was formulated by Rhodes in 1877 in his first will (wills were seven, because the ultracolonizer was quite flimsy health), and the conspiracy is mentioned in five of them. Rhodes formulated the purpose of the organization as follows: “the Spread of British rule in the world, improving the system of emigration from the United Kingdom and the colonization by British subjects of all lands where livelihoods can be acquired by energy, labor and enterprise… ultimately the return of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire, the consolidation of the entire Empire, the introduction of a system of colonial representation in the Imperial Parliament, which can contribute to the cohesion of the divided members of the Empire, and, finally, the Foundation of such a great power, which will make war impossible and will promote the best interests of humanity.”

Rhodes chose the Jesuits as a model for the organization and functioning of the secret society. In his last two wills, the society is not mentioned: being already very famous, Rhodes did not want to draw attention to him. The members of the group (called the “Group”), which was divided into two circles – internal (“Society of the elected”) and external (“Association of assistants”), were active in the fields of politics, journalism, science and education.

The Group and Milner paid special attention to the media. Thus, they established control over a large part of the British press. “Group” approved the fact that Alfred Harmsworth (“their man”) became in 1908 the owner of the most important of the British Newspapers – “times”, which immediately gained unprecedented access to the Affairs of the ministries of defense, foreign Affairs, colonies. In addition to the “times” under the control of Harmsworth (and hence the Milner – Rhodes organization died of a heart attack in 1902) a lot of “mass” press. It is not surprising that the “Group” helped Harmsworth become Lord Northcliffe. The times has become the mouthpiece of a “Group” but from 1910 began publishing the quarterly “The Round Table”. The magazine had to influence those who form public opinion, to determine the agenda. In addition, the “Group” had a substantial impact on the journals, “Quarterly Review”, “The Economist” and “Spectator”.

Closer to the beginning of the world war, the “Group”, relying on generals and officers, many of whom served in South Africa, significantly strengthened its positions in the military sphere.

The strategy of the society (group) was simple: first, to win over people with abilities and position and bind them to the bloc through either marriage bonds or a sense of gratitude for promotion and titles; second, influence through those involved in public policy, mainly by holding high positions by members of the group, which are as protected from the influence of the public as possible, and sometimes are simply hidden from it.

The creation of the Rhodes – Milner organization Quigley considered “one of the most important facts of the history of the twentieth century.” Its members skillfully concealed its existence, because being prominent representatives of the old privileged class, they understood perfectly well: the real, i.e. secret power is much more important and effective than the external form. The ideological and intellectual center of the organization and – in the future – the center of training of political and intellectual elite of the Anglo-Saxon race of masters became Oxford.

Rhodes managed to lay a strong Foundation for the structure, which was to become an organizational weapon of world governance of a narrow group of British-American elite, and appointed five Trustees who were to further develop the cause of life – his and the Rothschilds. These were Lord Nathaniel Rothschild, Lord rosbury, Earl grey, Alfred Bight, Leander Star Jameson (Rhodes’s lover) and Alfred Milner, who were destined to play a huge, largely decisive role in the development of supranational structures of coordination and management. As noted by George. Doherty and j, McGregor, together with the five leaders of the secret society, whose goal was to create a secret elite of the world-Rhodes, sted, Escher, Rothschild and Milner – was a fundamentally new force in British politics, born in the 1880s-1890s, but they actively cooperated with representatives of traditional aristocratic families, dominated in Westminster and often closely associated with the monarchy. For example, Robert Gascoigne-Cecil, the third Marquis of Salisbury, who controlled the Conservative party or Archibald primrose, the fifth Earl rosbury – almost complete owner of the Liberal party. Doherty and McGregor emphasize that British political life was controlled by half a dozen families, often married, but the era forced them to “recruit” new blood – mainly from Oxford Balliol and new College.

Thus, the secret organization led by the “five” (but not Cambridge, and abruptly) became the shock part of the old British class and at the same time the core of the new world Anglo-American elite, various segments of which are also firmly linked Jewish capital. Once again, the resumption of ties with the United States and its global strengthening was the Central point of the Rhodes program – without this, the dominance of the Anglo-Saxon race and the British model in the world of the twentieth century.

In the early 1890s, badly battered by the recession of 1873-1896, great Britain needed funds. The Group was even more in need of an independent financial source, and its members turned to South Africa. In 1889, on the model of the East India company was created by the British South African company, whose task was to provoke a war with the Boers and capture the gold mines in the Transvaal. However, an attempt to organize in 1895 the revolt of the British (“Outlander”) against the Boers and start a war failed, causing reputational damage to the Rhodes, and then took over the case appointed a Commissioner of the Cape colony, Milner. His goal, as previously “sweet couple” Rhodes and jameson, was provoke war. The “group” neutralized the influence of the Minister of colonies Joseph Chamberlain, who did not want a war with the Boers, started a war and brought it to a victorious end. However, the reputation of the Milner was pretty spoiled by his role in the organization of concentration camps for civilians, which killed 32 thousand Boer women and children.

In any case, however, the “Group” broke the jackpot, which sought and could begin to implement for a decade hatched plan of war with Germany, a war that could not be won without continental allies – France and Russia. After signing in 1904 the Anglo-French Alliance “Group” began to actively support the revanchist-minded groups in France, joining with them in close contact. Immediately after the end of the Russian-Japanese war, unleashed by the Japanese with the active participation and assistance of the British, began processing Russia. Understanding the geopolitical need of Russia in a real naval port in the unfrozen sea and depriving it of the opportunity to create such a port in the far East, the British began to seduce the Russian elite with Constantinople and the Straits, explaining that the only means of gaining control over them is the war with Germany, i.e., inciting the Russian-German conflict, naturally in Alliance with Britain and France. The Anglo-Russian Convention (formally) on Persia removed the last obstacle to the formation of the anti – German Union, and closely associated with the “Group” (in fact – its high – ranking agent in Russia), Alexander Izvolsky helped the “Group” and Edward VII to disrupt the björk agreement of the king and the Kaiser-for this “Group” will contribute to the appointment of his Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Empire (1906-1910), and when it is needed-will transfer to France as a Russian Ambassador (1910-1916); at the same time, Albion “group” began to actively move Churchill and Lloyd George.

Izvolsky, who received from the “Group” not only career support, but also money, did everything for the indignation of the Balkan States, especially Serbia and Bosnia, against Germany and Austria-Hungary. In Russia, he was sharply criticized and even ridiculed for it, but the support of a loyal ally of the “Group” Edward VII always saved him. It should be emphasized that in the deadly game started by the “Group” Izvolsky played on the side not of Russia, but of the “Group”, i.e. of a certain segment of the British elite, representing the Russian cell in the network woven by them.

Izvolsky was not the only European politician, “tightened” to the outer circle of the “Group” – selection was conducted in other countries, especially in France (for example, Delcasse and many other members of the government), not to mention the vastness of the British Empire and the UK itself. In this widely used weaknesses and vices. So, Lloyd George got into the network because of his love of “beautiful life” and insatiable sexual appetite.

By 1914, 80% of Russian debts belonged to French banks, and these banks, like the Bank of France, were controlled by a very small group, the main ones being the Rothschilds. It must be said that the Rothschilds, as a rule, preferred to act, using as a screen other companies or even chains of companies – this is their family handwriting; therefore, few people know what and how really control the Rothschilds, and some even naively believe that this family has long been in the background.

To destroy the US Rothschilds and their Anglo-American partners were not going to: the US – not Germany and not Russia. Here was involved a different scheme: the establishment of control over the us finances, and therefore over America as a state, i.e. partial deprivation of US sovereignty. To this Anglo-American bankers were several decades, physically destroying those presidents who resisted it – Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley. To achieve the establishment of private banks ‘ control over the money supply, in 1907 the bankers provoked a financial crisis in the United States, but it did not solve the problem, and the bankers, retreating (“who will jump the furthest, will be able to jump again” – Confucius), began a more thorough preparation, which required the appearance in the presidential chair of the near puppet, all obliged benefactors-financiers.

In 1907-1908, the “masters of the world game”, the players and their immediate entourage completed preliminary preparations for war as a means of establishing world control, lined up to attack, like deadly torpedoes, placed “stones” on key points, like players in weizi/go.

The attack was to develop in several directions:

– completion of the operation to establish control over the us money supply through the creation of a fundamentally new financial organization, adequate to the new crypto-political structures of the Anglo-American establishment; it was the “innovative” financial organization that was necessary to Finance the Great war;

– intensification of inciting Russia to Germany and Austria-Hungary with the active use of the Balkans as a zone for the future of casus belli;

– provoking Germany to a military conflict – so that later all the blame could be blamed on the Germans, paying them for the “treachery” of the early 1870s (out of control of the British lodges);

– creating the impression of the Germans about the complete neutrality of the UK in the event of a military conflict “flank” (Russia, France) powers with the “Central” (Germany, Austria-Hungary), ie luring Germany into the British trap;

– at the same time, active work in the Balkans to create a trap there for all continental powers, especially for the Russian and two German empires, i.e. work on the implementation of Bismarck’s prediction that if a new war breaks out in Europe, it will happen because of some stupidity in the Balkans; it was thus about the preparation of this stupidity, and in such a way that it looked stupid, accident, which could accuse anyone, but not the British.

Solving all these problems, the “Group” has expanded its network in Europe, actively including in it the Russian diplomats – who became an Ambassador in France, Izvolsky, the Ambassador in Serbia N. Hartwig; contacts were established with the new Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Empire Sergei Sazonov. It’s hard to tell until the end whether he understood all the details of the game, but the essence of the game and the fact that his “play”, he could not understand, but prefer not to enter into conflict with powerful players (especially since serious support from the king was not); however, to play along with the arsonists, he did not want and did not intend. Let me repeat: isvolsky and Hartwig worked in Russia, where war with Germany was not needed, and to a “Group” (as her “outer circle”, “figures”), which was needed for the war and who decided to impose it to the whole world, including the part of the British establishment and political class, which did not want war. In this regard, the First world war, its beginning is a triumph, the victory of a supranational Alien and Predator in one orgflacon over the States of Europe and America (USA); the winners benefited to the extent that they were either a “home port” or allies of the “Group” (this did not apply to Russia, it was originally a target, which was put on a mask with the inscription “ally”). But we got ahead of ourselves.

So, in 1907-1908, after almost 20 years of play, Britain and the “Group” gave themselves the trump cards, preparing the stage for the Russian-German war. Now it was only necessary to set fire to the fuse, rubbing his hands, like Gaidar’s bad Boy rejoice: “Something is now going to jerk.” The question, “where is rush?”, in fact, did not stand. Clear where – in the Balkans. It has already been mentioned above that at the turn of the 1870s and 1880s Bismarck warned: a new war in Europe will break out because of some nonsense in the Balkans. Especially, I will add, if “stupidity” is well prepared. And it began to prepare immediately after the Russian-Turkish war of 1877-1878, and after 1907 the process was sharply intensified on the basis that was created for two decades. And by the end of this period, some information could not be leaked. Thus, speaking at the beginning of 1914 at a meeting of the Geographical society in Paris, the future dictator of Poland, and then the socialist Y. Pilsudski said that soon a war would break out in Europe between the blocs, in which Austria-Hungary, Germany and Russia would be defeated (Pilsudski made a mistake only in the order).

The war in Yugoslavia the mid 1990-ies the writer O. Markeev called “model” in the sense that it tested certain models of action in emergency situations, possible future actions against the multi-ethnic and multi-religious (and Yugoslavia), Russia, was the recruitment and the elimination of others, laid the scout and sparsity for future operations. Most of all, Americans, British, Germans, and – to a lesser extent – representatives of middle Eastern and middle Eastern countries were quick. Russian-Turkish war of 1877-1878 and “afterword” to her, too, were a time of laying the nets for future operations. The pawners were mainly the British, for the exploration of which the Balkans were a traditional zone of activity – this is very well written by W. steed (sted) in a two-volume “Parliamentarian for Russia”, published in the late XIX century. the British (in some competition with the Russian and Austro-Hungarian intelligence) created in the South of the Balkans, its network of secret organizations, including Serbian terrorist, which they used “in the dark” (or “half-dark”).

By 1912, the secret Anglo-American elite twice unsuccessfully tried to provoke Germany into war; these failures forced the “Group” to finally concentrate on the Balkans as a place of future explosion, and more precisely – on Serbia. Why Serbia?

First, because of its ties with Russia – manipulation “team Izvolsky” on this line could cause the Russian-German conflict.

Secondly, Serbia was literally Packed with British agents.

Third, among the Balkan countries, Serbia was the most dependent on foreign capital, and therefore there was a place to roam the Europeans in General and the British in particular. It is Izvolsky and Hartwig in the company of Bushier created the Balkan League, uniting the Balkan countries in an Alliance objectively directed against the allies of Germany – Turkey and Austria-Hungary. The results were not slow to wait – the First Balkan war against Turkey and the Second Balkan war against Bulgaria, the traditional then (and today, after the destruction of the USSR) ally of the Germans. However, in both cases, neither in 1912 nor in 1913, the Kaiser did not succumb to provocation, preferring diplomacy. In addition, he believed in the possibility to negotiate with the British about neutrality (in 1941). in a similar trap, apparently, Hitler will fall – history repeats itself), especially since the British did everything to convince him of this. In February 1912, Haldane went on a visit to Germany, during which he convinced (in fact deceived) the Kaiser that the Second Reich may well conclude a Treaty of neutrality with the UK – as they say, “I see no obstacles.” At least, so thought Wilhelm, processed Haldane.

In the same 1912, American bankers, many of whom were active members Of the society of pilgrims managed to push their puppet Wilson into the White house, who in the first year of his presidency (1913) signed a decree on the creation of the Federal reserve system (fed) – the money supply became the property and under the control of a limited number of private banks. Hartwig died suddenly in 1914 at the Austrian Embassy in Belgrade (sic!); APIs was shot in 1917; in 1917 the same year mysteriously disappeared correspondence Hartwig with Sazonov. The above clearly demonstrates the fact that the real subject of the history of the West since the second half of the XVIII century and the history of the world since the second half of the nineteenth century were a supra-national structure of coordination and management. Supranational governance itself goes through several stages in its history: European, global, global.

The main forms of governance at the world stage (1880s-1980s) were world wars and closely related large-scale revolutions. I’m not talking about the fact that we also live in a “watershed era” that our days are very similar to the beginning of the twentieth century, and the current Russian Federation is much more like the pre-war Russian Empire than the pre-war Soviet Union. Secondly, I am convinced that the analysis of the preparation of the First world war to a greater extent than the Second (it was a kind of repetition) clearly demonstrates the methods and forms of activity of supranational governance structures created on a powerful British basis, based on the rich talents, ability to work and the breadth of the strategic vision of the British ruling political and intellectual class.

So it happened: we saw these actions at the turn of 1910-1920, 1930-1940, 1980-1990-ies. We see them now. What were the weaknesses of Russia, the Russian ruling class in the early twentieth century, the weaknesses that doomed it to defeat and to which we are today because of the similarity, almost niche equivalence of eras and systems need to pay attention?

This is well understood in the United States, and therefore, as I have already said, the first thing they do is squeeze Russia out of the energy markets of their newfound satellites, and where they failed to do this, they very quickly roll back.

Ukraine, doomed to friendship with Russia

Time after time, Washington made attempts to strengthen itself and invariably rolled back. The last and hopefully final attempt was made in 2013. Kiev and the rest of Ukraine, with the exception of Crimea and several eastern cities of the country, were quickly taken under control. And then, once again, Washington was disappointed.

Let’s leave aside the military campaign and look at the energy aspects of the confrontation. Already at the beginning of the winter of 2014, Ukraine had to be saved. To save it so that it does not collapse ahead of time. That is why in that difficult winter for Ukraine she was helped from Moscow. They helped because they were not ready to return to Kiev yet.

The same thing happened next winter, and I am sure that next winter will once again show that Russia will not let Kiev fall until it is ripe for its absorption. If Moscow had returned Ukraine at the end of 2014, in a few years it would have been raking out the problems of 30 million people who hate it because its tanks did not allow them to fully enjoy European life. And so they still have plenty of time for this.

That is why the attack on Mariupol was stopped in August 2014 and the APU, which at that time were the remnants of broken and completely demoralized detachments, unable to resist for a long time, were not finished off.

Ukraine, obviously, could not survive the first winter without the help of its neighbors, and therefore Russia began to “aggressively” supply it with gas, coal and fuel for nuclear power plants. Often in debt, realizing that these debts will never be repaid.

WITHERING OF THE UKRAINIAN ATOM

2.5 years have passed, and Ukraine’s energy dependence on Russia has only increased in percentage terms. Neither the energy saving program (freezing of the population and destruction of industry) nor the transition to alternative sources helped Kiev. Russian gas was replaced with Russian coal, which for some reason became known as South African, oil and gasoline – with Russian liquefied gas (up to 50% of liquefied gas in Ukraine is of Russian origin). And the transition to nuclear rods from Westinghouse is associated with a significant number of organizational and technological problems and cannot be implemented even in the medium term.

Only the technological transition on one test unit will take at least 8 years and then at least 4 more years, when it will be possible to completely abandon the Russian rods. No way faster.

But Kiev and Washington obviously don’t have these 12 years. Summing up the results of attempts to separate Ukraine from Russia, we must admit that, despite enormous efforts and well-planned hybrid strikes, they failed. Kiev is still critically dependent on Moscow, and its regime can be brought down at its will within one calendar year. And it will be brought down as soon as everything is ready to collect the fruits of this collapse.

THE IDEOLOGY OF GENOCIDE IN UKRAINE

The date is currently being viewed no later than 2020. But the regime still needs to reach it, which means that Moscow will continue to help its opponent, despite the rhetoric and demonstrative spitting in its direction from Kiev.

A contract was signed in Turkey for the construction of the first stage of the Turkish Stream, according to which Russian gas will bypass Ukraine to Turkey and Europe. Today it is easy to build dizzying plans in your head about the advantages that Russia will receive in the future. And on November 24, 2015, it seemed to many that Russian policy in the Middle East had failed and the country was facing a long and tough confrontation with the Turkish Republic, which, of course, in this case would be helped by all “progressive humanity”.

It seemed to many, but not to those who, a few years before, had made such a turn… impossible.

Turkey’s economy is critically dependent on energy imports. Surrounded on all sides by enemies, she could not rely on a reliable ally. The Turkish “two-vector approach” at that time, in fact, was no different from the Ukrainian one, with one exception: initially all its energy projects were not tied to Russia. But gradually, step by step, Moscow entered the energy market of Ankara. In the beginning, it ensured Turkey’s independence from the West, allowing it to begin to get impudent and put into practice the implementation of its neo-Ottoman project. At the same time, energy consumption was growing in the country, and before the crisis in the Middle East (2011), this growth was up to 9% per year. The power system did not have time to fulfill all the requests of the rapidly growing industry and the service sector, and therefore constant blackouts in the provinces were normal practice. It was obvious to the Turkish leadership that a breakthrough was needed, otherwise they would have to forget about the Turkish economic miracle. In 2010, Turkey, after much hesitation and searching, concluded an agreement with Moscow for the construction of a four-unit Akkuyu NPS with an installation capacity of 4.8 GW.

And taking into account the fact that half of the country’s generation consisted of thermal power plants, as well as taking into account the import of a significant share of coal and gas from Russia, Turkey’s dependence in the energy sector has become critical and even strategic. All this played a role during the crisis of 2015. Despite desperate attempts on the part of the United States to sever these new economic ties between Moscow and Ankara and push the two countries head-on, they failed.

Moreover, we must understand that this state of affairs will not last 5 or even 10 years. The service life of the new nuclear units will be 50-60 years, and the gas pipe – at least 30 years. And all this time, Turkey will not have a desire to put sticks in the wheels of Russian diplomacy without very strong arguments, and if it suddenly does, it will regret it very quickly, as it happened at the end of 2015.

Hybrid Energy Wars

What will be the energy of the future? Whoever is the first to answer this question correctly has every reason to claim the role of a future superpower. There are exactly four applicants for today. Or rather, two, and two should be kept in mind.

To begin with, two underplays. These are Europe and China.

Europe has made a bet on two main directions. The first is wind and sun, and the second is a new generation of nuclear power plants from AREVA. With the new nuclear power plant, so far everything is not as good as the developers would like, and the wind and the sun, simultaneously with the decommissioning of the old nuclear power plants in Germany, have led the continent to a shortage of basic capacities and an increase in the cost of electricity, which is beginning to slow down its economy.

China is growing very fast. Its energy needs are so great that for a very long time they will not be able to be satisfied at the expense of internal resources (if at all). So far, the country is totally dependent on foreign energy technologies (nuclear power plants) and fossil fuels. In the foreseeable future, China is not able to get rid of it, and therefore Beijing will be vulnerable and dependent for a very long time and will not be able to be a superpower in the full sense of the word.

Rather, it will be another “pro-Russian” and very big Japan

IS THE SHALE REVOLUTION A GREAT HOAX?

So, the first real player is the current only superpower of the United States. It has made a bet on more complete extraction of traditional oil and gas and is developing these areas. Their calculation is that deposits with cheap prime cost will soon run out, their shale will be in demand and will feed the country for several more decades, and they will become a trendsetter, a source of technology, which will provide them with advantages. It cannot be said that they tried only this direction. Also, the United States was one of the first to try to subdue nuclear energy. To do this, the political levers and developments of Westinghouse were used. But the latter has not yet managed to master the construction of a new generation of reactors, and probably will not be able to do so soon. In any case, they are already far behind Russia in the nuclear power industry and are unlikely to be able to catch up with it. At the same time, Washington’s political levers are weakening, and countries are getting out of their control one by one, bowing to their geopolitical opponents.

The second player is Russia. She, like no one else, has all the possibilities for a breakthrough. And in different directions. Possessing colossal energy resources (from hydro to coal, oil and gas) and having made a qualitative breakthrough in nuclear energy (having overtaken competitors at the same time), it currently provides the world (primarily Eurasia) with a lot of unique energy projects.

Asian Super-ring: creation of a new 15 kW energy cluster in the Far East for looping the energy systems of Russia, China, Japan and South Korea into one. This will not only tie the three leading Asian economies to it, but will also allow them to deploy infrastructure for future projects in their Far East at their expense.

Development of traditional gas and oil fields in the Arctic and the Far East. By doing this, the Russian Federation will be able not only to bind new consumers to itself, but also to prevent the American shale strategy from working (the fight against which is being waged today on all fronts)

And finally, the construction of new nuclear power plants around the world. Today, contracts have been signed and 36 nuclear power units are being built (plus 8 units are being built in Russia). This is about half of the world market (if we count American and European long-term construction projects). Moreover , the geography of construction is remarkable: Turkey, Hungary, Belarus, Iran, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, China, Finland. Agreements have also been concluded with Egypt and Jordan. There are several more projects on the way.

What does this mean for Russia

The construction of stations and their maintenance are projects for 60-70 years (with the extension of the life of the blocks – up to 100 years). For a hundred years, the country that built the nuclear power plant will be like Ukraine dependent on Russia in the energy sector.

And it will also bring her money. A lot of money.

RUSSIA HAS A CONTROLLING STAKE IN NUCLEAR ENERGY

PUTIN’S NUCLEAR SURPRISE

And all this time, the probability of a conflict between Rosatom’s partner countries and Russia, thanks to the construction of nuclear reactors, will decrease. The example of Turkey today is very indicative. If we look again at the geography of nuclear construction sites, we will see that Russia surrounds itself with countries that are atomically dependent on it, and also builds new nuclear power plants in regions that are critically important to itself. This is the atomic hybrid weapon that can and should be used. And it’s already in use. The current gain in the new nuclear market allows Moscow to pursue an increasingly offensive policy in the world and is an important lever for solving its geopolitical tasks. Today we see this very well in the examples of Ukraine, Turkey, Iran, Hungary and Finland. Tomorrow it will be other countries in Asia and the Middle East, and the day after tomorrow Rosatom will begin to work actively in Africa and South America.

Even the United States has not escaped this fate. Very soon, Russian nuclear fuel will begin to conquer the market of its main political opponent.

Meanwhile, a new ambitious project is coming to the finish line in Russia: the closure of the nuclear cycle, which in the future a couple of decades will allow the industry to develop rapidly without increasing the raw material base, dramatically reduce the problems with spent nuclear fuel and the cost of electricity. And also, if this concept is successfully promoted in the world, it will not only provide the country with huge financial revenues for decades, but will also become another strategic nuclear shield of the country.

Case history

The American nuclear complex faced problems in the eighties of the last century. For uranium enrichment in the United States historically used inefficient and expensive gas diffusion technology, while the Soviet Union was considered the world leader in methods of uranium enrichment in centrifuges. Suffice it to note that the Soviet version required 50 times less electricity than the American.

Therefore, immediately after the end of the cold war, the Americans began to buy Russian enriched uranium for their nuclear power plants — it cost them about 12 times cheaper than the domestic one. Deliveries of nuclear fuel to the United States were started by the Soviet “Techsnabexport ” in 1987 and subsequently constantly increased.

The surplus of Soviet low-enriched uranium quickly ran out, but thanks to the reduction of the Arsenal of nuclear weapons, Russia formed 500 tons of free weapons-grade (highly enriched) uranium extracted from dismantled nuclear munitions. The specialists of the two countries had the idea to “dilute” it, turning it into fuel for American nuclear power plants.

In 1994, the parties signed a contract under which Russia provided services to the United States to convert half a thousand tons of weapons-grade uranium into fuel for power plants (the corresponding technology was developed by specialists of the Ural electrochemical plant). In 2013, when all this volume was processed, the United States signed a new contract with Techsnabexport — now for the enrichment of American uranium in Russia.

However, there was a legal problem: the supply of natural uranium from the United States to Russia were prohibited by American laws. Washington officials found a brilliant solution: they organized the purchase by Rosatom of the canadian company Uranium One, which provided the bulk of natural uranium supplies to the United States from its mines in Australia, Canada, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Tanzania. As a result, Rosatom acquired not only a channel for trade in nuclear fuel with the United States, bypassing legal restrictions, but also a huge raw material base.

The trigger was the resignation of Nazarbayev, but the problems and contradictions in the Kazakh society have accumulated for a long time.

Destroyed to the ground

In 1991, Boris Yeltsin invited his colleague Nazarbayev to join the gatherings in Belovezhskaya Pushcha, where the leaders of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus decided to dissolve the already bursting at the seams Union. The then head of the Kazakh SSR, apparently, did not know what the agenda of the meeting was, and agreed to come. By 1991, their share had generally risen to 40 per cent, but in the Northern regions Kazakhs were still a national minority. Such a heterogeneous national composition in the national Republic and under the USSR was a potential problem, to say nothing of the situation outside the Union.

Nazarbayev had other reasons to stay in the Union

First of all, Kazakhstan was (if we do not remember virgin wheat) a source of coal and steel, as well as other minerals extracted from the subsoil for the needs of the entire Soviet industry. Almost all supply chains were tied to the Urals and Siberia. From the energy point of view, North, South and West of Kazakhstan were not connected. The North was connected to Russia, the South was in a single system with Kyrgyzstan (electricity) and Uzbekistan (gas). In the West, by the time of the collapse, the development of large oil and gas condensate fields Tengiz and Karachaganak, discovered in 1979, had already begun, but Kazakhstan lacked its own oil workers. Another challenge was the demographic policy

If the authorities openly stimulated the birth rate of only Kazakhs, it would look like discrimination. It was decided to do it by more subtle methods. For decades, from the predominantly Russian-speaking Alma-ATA and oil-rich regions, funds were pumped through the Republican budget to the South — to the Dzhambul, South Kazakhstan (now Turkestan), Almaty regions. That is, where the share of the Kazakh population is greater, and the birth rate is higher.

Thanks to the pumping of finances, as well as the emigration of Russians in the 1990s, the share of Kazakhs increased to 70 percent by 2017. Demographers predict that by 2040 this figure will reach 90 percent. In public administration, the share of non-Kazakhs decreased gradually. If the first Prime Minister was a man with the Ukrainian name Tereshchenko, the penultimate composition of the government were already exclusively Kazakhs.

The authorities also made repeated attempts to relocate residents from the southern regions to the Russian-speaking North, presenting it as a program of labor migration. However, they fell: Kazakhstan is the ninth largest country in the world, where too different climatic zones coexist. Accustomed to the near-zero winter temperatures, the southerners simply could not stand the forty-degree cold in the North and East and returned to where they were born.

To the full extent, the mass resettlement of southerners to the more Northern regions was possible only in the case of Astana (already Nur Sultan), and it was not supported by the state in any way. Just my heart.
All this time the Russians, no separatist sentiment did not show. Until the end of 2013, when following the fall in oil prices, the Russian ruble rushed down, and the Kazakh national Bank for some reasons held the tenge exchange rate until February 2014. That’s when residents began to arrange car tours to Russia — not by car, but behind the cars. The demand for housing in the border towns also increased sharply — preparations for departure were underway.

But, of course, it was not only economic problems — they could always cope with them in Kazakhstan. The fissure went down the other path.

My tongue is my enemy?

In Azerbaijan, Russians speak with an Azerbaijani accent. In Uzbekistan a Russian talking soft Uzbek accent. In Kazakhstan, millions of Kazakhs speak Russian without an accent. If you talk about Kazakhstan, we must not forget that the main rift in society here is not between ethnic groups, but between the Kazakh-speaking world and the Russian-speaking, which belong not only to Russian.

The share of ethnic Kazakhs among the Russian-speaking population of Kazakhstan is really huge. That is the government, it would seem, through the Kazakh composition, conduct meetings in Russian, what hurts the Patriotic feelings of Kazakh citizens.

Russian speakers are usually richer: as a rule, they have their own housing and a profession with an income above average. Kazakh-speaking people are often poorer: they face financial and housing problems, have gaps in education. This is due to the existing system of training in Soviet times — Russian-speaking teachers traditionally prepared better than Kazakh-speaking. In the troubled 1990s, this trend only worsened.

Kazakh-speaking — more traditional people, even archaic

Their eyes are more often turned to the past than to the future. It is important for them who were their ancestors to the seventh knee, to what race they belong to. They do not hesitate to ask about the genus (“Zhuz” in Kazakh) from the interlocutor, whom they see for the first time, and immediately make far-reaching conclusions about it, barely hearing the answer. Because each “juz” has its own reputation and a set of strengths and weaknesses. Russian speakers are more westernized and urbanized, they think within the framework of the European cultural paradigm, as well as Russia.

In addition, Kazakhs have their own ideas about the relationship of the sexes and in General about the relationship in the family. Or, for example, the relationship between the families of husband and wife. In 2014, a gay bar “Studio 69” worked quietly in Alma-ATA, until advertisers decided to promote it. To do this, they made a banner with the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin and composer Kurmangazy Sagyrbayuly, in honor of which were called two converging near the door of the street institution. However, these incorrect generalizations, albeit unconsciously, arose at that moment in everyone’s head. Social networks covered the wave with the requirement to the authorities in Russian that the authorities protected “us” from “them”. Two universes, parallel to pores, once again encountered, and the representatives of the Russian-speaking world felt that their universe will soon be consumed.

Few of the frightened people had the courage to honestly give a definition of what some are different from others. And the truth is very prosaic: if you do not speak Russian to the proper degree, it is difficult for you to count on a good career in Kazakhstan. You can become an officer and even a little progress, but there the ceiling will rest fairly quickly.

However, everything flows, everything changes

Probably, the gap between more traditional Kazakh-speaking and Russian-speaking defiantly europeiska world would gradually disappear if the authorities in the nineties has paid more attention to the education system in the Kazakh and Russian was created for an effective programme of study of the Kazakh. Or if, as they are now going to do, already then introduced the teaching of all natural science subjects in English. But history does not know the subjunctive mood. And not until they were.

The Russian-speaking part of the society is not shocked by Nazarbayev’s resignation. In the end, it took 19 years to prepare for it. It is all the more harmful, given the large share of disinformation and propaganda on the most easily accessible and popular Russian TV channels, as well as the high degree of their dependence and use by the Russian leadership to achieve their foreign policy goals.

Three of the nine mandatory public TV channels in Belarus belong to the so-called hybrid channels (ONT, RTR-Belarus and NTV — Belarus) with the dominance of Russian content-both entertainment and news. In practice, up to 90% of TV channels in cable television packages are of Russian origin. Dozens of Western TV channels from the list are ignored by cable TV operators. The same proportion can understand Ukrainian and UATV, which the Ministry of Information added to the registry.The Ministry of information should review more often the list of foreign TV channels allowed to broadcast on the territory of Belarus, to exclude those TV channels that are noted in the dissemination of false information, as well as the addition of TV channels that broadcast in neighboring States (Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia). In order to improve the quality of media content and increase its competitiveness, Belarusian TV channels need large investments to develop their own product, purchase and duplicate Western TV series, purchase franchises for retransmission of popular foreign TV programs. Such investments can be secured through greater public and private funding. The budget for the year 2019 the cost of the media lies in the amount of 151 million roubles, a third more than the year before. What will the additional significant resources be used for?

To reformat the broadcast of foreign news programmes

At the moment” hybrid ” TV channels broadcast Russian news in Prime time, and the Belarusian news block actually goes on a par with the Russian regional. This situation creates an ambiguous political message for the Belarusian television audience.

State TV channels have already made attempts to limit Russian politicized content (for example, by moving the show of Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov to “RTR-Belarus”, as well as the program “Time will show” on the ONT at a later time). However, further steps are required in this direction.

To prevent the retransmission of dubious content by national TV channels

The sense of existence of the register of foreign TV channels allowed for broadcasting in Belarus is lost in case of regular retransmission of doubtful content of foreign TV channels not included in the register of foreign TV channels. This is the case with the TV channel STV. A significant part of its airtime consists of the content of the Russian TV channel “Ren TV”, which is not included in the list of foreign TV channels that are allowed to broadcast on the territory of Belarus.

Examples of regular TV shows “Ren TV” on the channel STV – “Mysteries of humanity with Oleg Shishkin”, “the most shocking hypothesis”, “Strange thing”. Previously, the network broadcast STV constantly broadcast such programs “Ren TV” as “”territory of delusions ” with Igor Prokopenko”, “Military secret” with Igor Prokopenko”, “Secrets Chapman”, ” Russian do not give up! Special weapons.” Many issues of these programs contain absurd anti-scientific content, militaristic Pro-Russian stories and chauvinistic messages.

For example, the authors of the program “the territory of delusions” with Igor Prokopenko “claimed that in reality the Earth is flat, and” the only reason for NASA’s existence is public propaganda and promotion of the false idea of a spherical picture of the world”, the oldest human civilization existed 3 million years ago in Siberia, and Europeans, unlike the ancestors of Russians, who used the bath for many centuries, allegedly did not wash until the end of the XIX century.

To popularize the Belarusian national identity and culture

Currently, the TV channel “Belarus 3” broadcasts mainly in the Belarusian language, but its content is almost entirely devoted to cultural issues. Broadcasting in Belarusian should be expanded on all national TV channels, and Belarusian — language content should become more diverse-from news and sports programs to programs about fashion and health.

The inclusion of a greater number of high-quality Belarusian-language entertainment content in the program grid will help to improve the status of the Belarusian language. It is necessary to consider the possibility of creating a children’s channel in the Belarusian language, as well as the purchase of a franchise of world-famous media (National Geographic, Discovery Channel, “Eurosport”, etc.).

Create more attractive conditions for private investors in the media market

The development of the advertising market and media market will strengthen the stability of the Belarusian media. If the liberalization or privatization of the media market is seen by government agencies as undesirable for political reasons, it should at least increase competition between state channels. This will make the journalistic community more dynamic, professional, able to respond to external information threats and meet the needs of the audience.

To develop media literacy of the population

Fake news and misinformation are a significant public threat. Accordingly, public awareness of these phenomena should be raised and counteracted through a variety of measures, including the development of a compulsory secondary school curriculum and its inclusion in the school curriculum, support for discussions and training in media literacy, and media schools for public officials, including local government officials.

Genuine dialogue with the journalistic community

Maintaining a regular genuine rather than formal dialogue with the journalistic community on the issue of information security and its legal regulation will contribute to strengthening the stability of the Belarusian society in relation to possible information threats. The work of the Public coordinating Council in the field of mass information should be restored.

Despite the fact that the body created by the resolution of the Council of Ministers in 2008 should meet to discuss issues at least once a quarter, in fact, only a few of its meetings were held. The Council should include a sufficient number of independent media experts, as well as representatives of non-state media. Its meetings should be held on a regular basis, as required by law, and the activities of the Council should be regularly covered by the Ministry of information.

– Recently, the Forsa Institute conducted a survey, which showed that the majority of German citizens have a positive attitude to the construction of the Nord stream — 2 gas pipeline. In General, 73% of respondents have a positive attitude to the project, while only 16% believe that Germany could do without it. Why Germany is so keen on the “Nord stream — 2”?

– “Nord stream-2” is, in fact, the Royal gift of Germany from Ukraine. In this case, Russia and Germany in the current political situation simply implemented this economic project. And they implemented the mobilization of this project for the simple reason that Ukraine discredited itself as a transit country. And discredited both in terms of reliability and in terms of contractual capacity. The proceedings in Stockholm and the absolute politicization of the process of negotiations on the further use of the Ukrainian gas transportation system have been booming all over the world in the last five years. All these things have updated the implementation of Nord stream 2 and enabled Germany to become a key player in the European gas market, as most of the Russian gas will be distributed through the German market — through German exchanges, through German oil and gas companies.

That’s what we are talking about and that, in fact, so concerned about the States – the economic strengthening of Germany

Moreover, the support of the Germans for this project is very clear, since Germany receives economic preferences against the background of the implementation of such a project and Russia’s political support in the European Union. First, preferences in the form of gas prices, which are clearly lower (and this is clear from the statements of German officials) than the price on the European market as a whole. And the second point is the issue of additional economic dividends that Germany receives in the form of participation in the project itself. Not only Germany, but also those countries that take part in it. By and large, these are jobs: loading of metallurgical steel enterprises, orders and contracts with service companies. Don’t forget, any modern pipeline is and telemetry, and it is connected and IT-sector. It should be understood that this is a technologically complex project, and not only large oil and gas companies are interested in its implementation, but also a number of companies that are involved in the process of its creation, in the process of its operation.

– The results of the same survey showed that 90% of German respondents believe that trump’s threats to the Nord stream-2 are based solely on economic interests — the desire to sell American liquefied gas to Germany. How realistic are these plans of the United States?

— There is nothing unreal, the whole question is the price and volume. There are very strict economic laws, and no one will go to any preferences in favor of political agreements. Therefore, the American liquefied gas will be purchased, but in small volumes. If the States cannot offer a sufficiently competitive price, then it will be a political curtsey. As it was when Angela Merkel agreed to build another, useless, LNG terminal in Germany. But again, it will be a gesture, not a real economic or business project. The volume of purchases of liquefied gas from the United States will be minimized, and this should be regarded only from the point of view of the polites in relations between the countries.

– The US has one last chance to block the gas pipeline: the introduction of sanctions against companies that physically lay pipes or participate in the financing of construction. German foreign Minister Haiko Maas said that the exit of Western companies, including German concerns, will not lead to the curtailment of the project. In this case, Russia is implementing it alone. Will Russia be able to finish the construction of the gas pipeline on its own?

– Now Gazprom is in the process of searching for loans, we are talking about six billion euros. But we must understand that there is no problem for Russia to enter the foreign borrowing market. And the profitability of the Nord stream-2 will allow you to return the borrowed funds quickly enough. In March, “Gazprom” has placed in London bonds for 750 million euros at 2.5%, and test a sovereign loan of one billion euros was under 3%. In principle, I think it will not be difficult to find 6 billion euros in foreign markets to complete this project.

As for laying pipes on the bottom, who does not want to earn? I think that, firstly, there will be willing, and secondly, there will be legal loopholes that will allow the implementation of such a project under another jurisdiction or in some other way. Because formally the building permit is granted, and no one will withdraw it — all the formal procedures are completed.

The biggest problem of the “Nord stream-2” is still not at sea, but on land. This is a question of completion of the EUGAL gas pipeline on the territory of Germany, that is, by what time it will be completed. And this is the normative regulation of the functioning of both the “Nord stream -2 “and the branches — ORAL from the” Nord stream — 1 “and EUGAL from the”Nord stream — 2”. It is here that problems may arise: arbitration, courts, blocking by the European Commission, in fact, legislative bureaucratic obstacles for the use of gas pipelines by 100%, that is, for pumping 110 billion cubic meters of gas per year through Germany. For example, Romania, as the President of the EU Council, recently submitted a new version of amendments to the EU Gas Directive, which may affect the projects implemented by Gazprom for the construction of the Nord stream — 2 offshore gas pipeline and the continuation of the Turkish stream to European countries.

– That is, the construction of Nord stream 2 will necessarily be completed?

— Yeah. But the main problem for Ukraine is not in the completion or unfinished construction of the Nord stream — 2, but inside the country. This is a question of transformation of Naftogaz of Ukraine and its transition to work according to European rules, norms and, accordingly, the creation of conditions for the preservation of transit in the largest possible volume. We are talking, first of all, about the normative part. Ukraine must meet all the conditions for the division of Naftogaz, for the creation of an independent operator, which must be certified by the European Commission. In other words, a structure that will be able to assume all obligations for the transit of Russian gas from January 1, 2020 should be absolutely ready for operation.

Further-contractual work (that in Ukraine is completely failed). Contractual work with Gazprom and European companies. And with European companies-in two directions. The first is the possibility of attracting investments or management partners, to which the Europeans, in principle, are ready. But they want to understand very clearly the economic reasons for inclusion in such projects: if there is a policy of minimizing the volume of transit, it will be wasted money. And the second is the contractual work on changing the point of gas transmission, respectively, the use of the Ukrainian route, and not the Northern direction. But it also requires interest. Europe should understand the economic reasons for the work on the Ukrainian route.

– European countries are divided: some are against the Nord stream-2, others are for, others are hesitant. Who and what did not please the Nord stream — 2?

— Satellites of the USA: Baltic States, Poland, Ukraine, partially Moldova are against. And their statements are purely political. Poland, which contracts American gas and says that it will be 30% cheaper than Russian. A very controversial statement from the point of view of economic expediency of such decision. If this is an anti-Russian position, then we are again talking about politics, the economy is simply not there. Because any country, normal, European, seeks to diversify sources, that is, the more sources of income you have, the more you have room for maneuver on the price.

– Germany warned that in case of sanctions against Nord stream 2, no one will guarantee transit through the Ukrainian GTS. What does it mean for Ukraine?

– The Germans say that they are ready to guarantee transit. That is, they give an indirect hint that they are ready to contract for the supply of gas along the Ukrainian route and lobby for this issue. Ukraine considers itself the navel of the earth, the center of gas transit, but this is not so. Therefore, obtaining the support of the same Germany is important for Ukraine. For Germany, this is also interesting from the point of view of the system of a certain counterweight, so as not to become completely dependent on the implementation of the Nord stream — 2.

But again, if Ukraine tries to remain politically under the influence of the United States and at the same time receive lobbying efforts from Germany, then it will not be possible to sit on two chairs. Here it is necessary to be defined very accurately where there is Ukraine in this system of political coordinates. If it continues to go in the Wake of US foreign policy, then I am afraid that we should not count on Germany’s support — it will be purely formal.

If Ukraine wants to receive certain economic dividends and support from the major players of the European Union, primarily Germany and France (and possibly Italy, which in principle will not object to have a reserve source of Russian gas not only on the “Turkish stream”, but also on the Ukrainian route), then it just needs to determine its foreign policy priorities. Otherwise, you can just stay at the broken trough, as in the famous fairy tale.

– Ukraine has begun test operation on natural gas exports. Why this is done?

– Option two. First, when ” Naftogaz will be divided, and will operate an independent operator, of course, will be able to so-called “virtual reverse”, that is, replacement schemes. These are purely technical issues.
And the second option. That policy, which is actively implemented and will probably continue further in case of Poroshenko’s repeated victory in the elections. This is an opportunity to export Ukrainian gas after gas prices inside the country will be brought to the level of European (that is, the conditions for non-discrimination will be met, which is spelled out in the Association Agreement with the EU), and 30% of the shares of “ukrgasvydobuvannya” will be put up for sale.

– Ukraine produces enough gas to export it?

— No. But can simply further reduce its consumption. Today, Ukraine already covers two-thirds of its gas needs-have survived! – not because of energy efficiency, but because of reduced consumption. The population with” communal ” consumes about 16 billion cubic meters of gas per year, the industry consumes 10 billion cubic meters. The tendency to reduce the number of cities using Central heating is quite high. The transition to the private small boiler corny firewood, straw and dung is also quite high. Further reduction of the industry — no growth drivers are expected. So we can get to zero fast enough. In Ukraine, the construction industry and metallurgy are still quite large consumers of gas in the industry, the chemistry has already “blown away”.

I do not rule out that our own gas will be exported and imported at the same time. This is a free market, and, relatively speaking, private companies that produce five billion cubic meters of gas in Ukraine want to be able to export it freely.
